This newly renovated apartment is a private desert hideaway in a residential neighborhood on horse property. We don't have any but many in the area do. It is a short walk, bike ride, or drive away from everything that makes Tucson a popular winter destination. From outstanding golf and shopping to world class restaurants, you'll find it all nearby. This 1150 sq.ft apt. comes with its own secluded yard with a 50 ft. covered patio, seperate dining and grilling area, and natural desert gardens. The living room is large and comfortable for relaxing, entertaining, watching TV on the 48' flat screen. There is a desk/computer area with a printer for your convenience and internet/wifi service. Multimedia and games are also available. Bedding, linnens, and towels are new and luxurious. Kitchen is very well stocked for all your cooking and entertaining needs. The second bedroom includes it's own mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker for out of town guests or just convenience. It has it's own seperate entrance as well. Both bathrooms have safety rails in the shower. Toilet safety frames or bath chairs are available . Laundry has full size washer and dryer. Overhead fans in all living areas. This apartment offers complete privacy but also some security since it is atached to a private residence occupied by the owners. About Stanley Ossman

We moved into this home just before getting married and have raised 3 children here. Stan is a nurse and Nancy is an occupational therapist. We both still work full time. This apartment was used for years as a winter rental for the same couple from Rochester, NY. My parents lived with us for years in this apartment as well, affording them independence and privacy as well as the close assistance and comfort of family nearby when needed. Our children are grown and my parents are gone now. This apartment has been renovated and refurbished. It is ready to rent to you now.

PEACEFUL RETREAT in beautiful Tuscon

This is a great place for a vacation. Out of all my VRBO stays, this property is by far in the most quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation. Next time we are in Tuscon we definitely will want to stay here again, such a tranquil place to come home to after a busy day of hiking in Tuscon. The owners are very responsive to questions, my Mother and I thank them very much. 5/5 rating for sure.

What a great place to stay!

We were very happy with our stay at this property. Very private and very comfortable. We spent many relaxing mornings on the patio. Location is convenient to everything we needed. Everything and more you could ever need is provided in the kitchen and elsewhere. Will be our first choice for our next visit to Tucson.

Everything you need in a quiet setting

We had a last second incident that left me looking for a place to put my family, and luckily I found this property. The house had literally everything we needed to live for 2 weeks, and the house was lovely! It is an attached apartment to a main house but don't let that detract from anything, we never heard a peep from the owner in the main house. They were so accommodating and very nice people. The apartment has a private yard as well full of plants and seating for your relaxation at night. If you are visiting tucson this is a very nice family friendly area and there are lots of good restaurants surrounding and a short drive to many different activities. Would 100% stay there again, and recommend to anyone!

Great location for walking and bicycling!

This is a delightful place to rent! We loved the landscaping and the general atmosphere of the apartment and private patio. Stan and Nancy were excellent hosts and have included many very thoughtful touches to the comfortable apartment. It is a great place to relax, but if you want to be more active, the location is a biking and walking paradise! There are several miles of quiet streets in the pleasant neighborhood around their home. For those who want more distance, there are literally more than 100 miles of paved biking/walking/jogging trails in the Tucson area. We found 3 ways to get to and from the closest paved trail—2 are great for those seeking a challenge and 1 is a much more gentle route (through the neighborhood to McCarty, then a short distance on the sidewalk or a bike lane along La Cholla and onto the Canada Del Oro section of the paved pathway). From there we could ride for miles in either direction. The views of the surrounding mountains are marvelous. We arranged with Stan and Nancy for a place to store our bicycles and bike rack. We also found that we could bicycle along back streets or the bike path to several shopping centers. We definitely recommend both the apartment and the location.

Excellent...fully equipped, close to everything, very considerate landlord!

This property is definitely a home-away-from-home. It's equipped with everything you could imagine...too many to mention. The private patio is beautifully landscaped and has deck chairs, umbrella table, and gas grill for your use. The location is close to shopping, great restaurants, and only 8 miles from a great hospital with a fantastic cardiac unit should you ever need one like we did in this visit.

Our gracious hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We definitely recommend this property and will stay here again when we visit friends in Tucson.
