Hand crafted cabin on a beautiful five acre property with gorgeous mountain and meadow views. This lovely cabin sits adjacent to wetlands protected for wildlife. Charming home with upstairs master bedroom offering full bed and an adjacent loft area with a futon couch that folds out into another full bed. Downstairs is a great room with a memory foam mattress in the hide-a-bed couch. Has a DVD player and Dish TV. Outside, there is space to run around or throw a ball for your pup. Swing on the front porch swing and watch the birds flying by, or the occasional neighbor taking off for flight on a beautiful day. Enjoy an evening drink while staying warm next to the outdoor propane heater on the wrap around deck, or relax in the hot tub under the stars. Pilots can fly in to the private airstrip with advance notification and approval. (Please see below for our holiday dates, on which holiday rates would apply.)

Love the place. It’s a cozy cabin to enjoy the much needed relaxation.
Aside from the cleanliness of the cabin there are few flaws that need to check. We’re coffee drinkers and first thing i did, make coffee but there’s moldy coffee in the coffee maker. Need to check supplies too as paper towel is half roll and when it’s gone i cant find at least one roll. Upon reading the house rules on checking in and out, i’ve read that you need to at least do one laundry and dry. I’m ok with it since i have time but if i’m in a hurry i dont think i can. Normally doing laundry is not included in the stay. These are the things that can be fixed and pay attention to little details but overall, my family love the cabin.
Cute cabin central to many cool spots
My family of four enjoyed s'mores at the fire pit almost every night! One morning, we were greeted by a family of deer in the front yard. The property is very close to The Olympic Game Farm which turned out to be a highlight of our vacation! The Cabin was a base camp for our adventures to Olympic National Park, Lavender Farms, the Dungeness Spit and Victoria, Canada. We wish we spent more time on Main Street in Sequim but breakfast at The Oak Table is a must. The Cabin is small but it has rustic charm to it and was equipped with everything we needed. Overall, the Cabin is a great base camp to explore the Olympic Peninsula and even a day trip out to Canada.
Really cute , nice layout
Cabin is nicely laid out and really cute ! The living room furniture isn’t comfortable and can really only sit 2 people as the only options besides the futon are wooden kitchen chairs . I also wish there were blinds or curtains on the windows as it is directly across from another house , i felt a bit exposed . Other then that , it was cool to see all the unique wood work that went into building it . Oh and the shower is made for kids I think ...
Cozy, warm and thoughfully decorated cabin
We very much enjoyed our stay in this quintessential cabin --warm, cute and well decorated. Perfect location to enjoy activities in Sequim, spend a day in Victoria. A few little hiccups with waking up to no water our first night (after an unusually cold night outside and frozen pipes) and then figuring out the tankless water heater -- but the manager was extremely responsive and water was flowing after our days activities. We were 4 people (my father, my spouse and I and our teenage son) and the 2 pull beds + full bed in the bedroom were more than adequate, but definitely cozy.
This little cabin was a cozy retreat.
Very cozy atmosphere! Felt like a secluded country retreat. We wish the hot tub would have been functioning and wish there was a more comfortable couch rather than just a futon. Not the most comfortable to sit and watch movies etc. The master bed felt quite small, especially for anyone over 5’-9”... to say the cabin sleeps 5 is a bit of a stretch. The two futons would be sufficient for children, but they didn’t seem large enough for adults. Overall, the cabin has everything you need for a nice getaway. Loved the wrap around deck and rustic log construction! Really cute place.
We had a great time spending time here with some out-of-time friends. The home is beautifully built and feels surprisingly large considering the square footage. The only downsides were that the hot tub was completely drained and that the furniture was quite old, so the chairs and table were sort of wobbly. We were constantly scared we would break something. Overall, however, we loved the property and would recommend it to folks looking to get away from the city and spend time in a beautiful environment.
Thank you so much for your lovely review! This is such a cute little cabin and the property it sits on is a quaint, beautiful area. Yes the hot tub motor is being replaced and won't be up and running until this summer and that's why it is not in the description. We know our guests love hot tubs and we hope to get it up and running shortly. I know the owner likes the look of an antique, wood cabin and the furniture to match. However I am glad you informed us that the dinning room table and chairs are wobbly. We will definitely get that fixed! Thanks again Amy!
