Located at South Seas Northwest, Tower 4, Condo 304. This unit is located right on the white sand beaches of Marco Island. Beautiful ocean and beach views right from the balcony of this condo. 2 Bedrooms, features a master bedroom with a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a full (double) size bed, and a single size bed. Most condos At South Seas only have 2 single beds in the guest bedroom, so this is a big advantage over those other units. 2 Full bathrooms. Sleeps 5 adults on the 3 beds , and up to seven with children in the living room pull out full size bed and a Pack & Play for a baby. Condo has been completely remodeled since 2013, new flooring, kitchen cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. All furniture was also new since 2013. The entire unit has new tile, this makes it easy to keep clean and eliminates allergens that are in carpet. The inside of our condo is pretty much all new, this is unlike many of the units at the South Seas. Both bed rooms and the living room have cable TV (approx. 100 channels), wireless internet through out the unit is also provided. Gated complex includes a large outdoor heated swimming pool, fitness room, and tennis courts close buy (fee required for tennis). There is parking on-site for one or more vehicles. Balcony opens to master bedroom and living/dining area. With a view of the beach and the gulf of Mexico to the southwest. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Marco Island is at the south end of Florida's west coast and the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful white sand beaches and warm winter temperatures, warm ocean waters, and gentle waves. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, beach cart, and a cooler on wheels provided. To give you an idea of the value here, the Marriott just down the beach gets over $500 a night in February just for a single hotel room. No smoking, and no pets please. I have two other condo's in this complex so if you have others traveling with you that need a condo, please let me know. Marco has some BIG advantages over Mexico, almost no crime, excellent medical services (Mayo Clinic), and a large new state of the art hospital. This is a gated complex, with direct entry to the beach, the beaches are generally not crowded. The warm ocean waters are good for swimming in year round. This is also probably a shorter flight, the International Air Port in Fort Meyers (RSW) is only an hour from the condo complex.

It is in the sub tropics, with the warm weather and white sand like the Caribbean Islands. The ocean waters are warm year round. But, this property is in the USA with the very best safety, security, peace of mind, amenities, and health care facilities close by if needed. Marco Island is a very clean and very safe city. There is almost no crime here. Also, the beautiful large outdoor year round heated swimming pool as can be seen over looking the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay. The pictures say it all. The Condo was beautiful and very accommodating for our family of five. Pool was very nice. The Pool has a lot of rules (mainly directed at kids). We had to walk a ways to the beach, but it was worth the walk. The Beach and Ocean are beautiful.
Excellent! Clean, Spacious and Comfortable
We just came back from a week at Marco Island and were very pleased with the condo. It was spacious and well-maintained, and Frank is easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this condo to anybody considering a stay in Marco Island.

Great location, Excellent Property, Apartment condition could use some freshening up
The overall property, access to the beach, pool, parking, and the town/restaurants were fantastic. Frank Buckles was a real gentleman and extremely helpful. As we think about 2019, we would definitely consider a longer stay here. The apt condition was a bit tired but we got accustomed to it and it turned out fine. Some simple things like curtains that closed completely, closet doors that opened/closed/stayed on track, and TV's that worked without having to be re-wired by me (one was totally disconnected wit the cables tucked into a drawer) would be inexpensive improvements. A warning to all, that is not specific to this property alone, is an awareness of the amount of noise due to reconstruction or repairs primarily due to the recent hurricanes. We were awoken every morning except the weekend by drilling, cutting, banging and carting.The apt directly above was one of those sites.The noise even reverberated between the towers as one sat by the otherwise beautiful pool area during the day. With all of those reservations, I still think that this is a great place for a family vacation.
I am sorry about the noise. Hopefully the work on the condo above is done soon. I can have my handyman fix the closet doors staying on track, and the curtains closing. The previous guest must have taken the wires off the TV for some reason? Thank you for staying at our condo we try to keep it clean and updated.

Property rents Saturday to Saturday (weekly). Contact me with your choice of dates. Longer stays are possible and discounted from the weekly rate, contact me for specific date information. A refundable $250 security deposit is required for first time guests. Payment can be made by check, paypal. Rental agreement required. I will e-mail you the rental agreement which you then sign and then return to me by postal mail. The 25% deposit is NOT refundable.
