This newly renovated condo in the Gulf Front Blue Lupine complex is BEAUTIFUL!! It has recently been painted throughout and new tile flooring installed. All of the furniture is also new! The condo offers plenty of living space as the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room all open to each other. The
living room has a comfortable sitting area with a TV and DVD player and opens to a large, 400 square foot patio, which offers comfortable seating and dining.
We have recently upgraded the internet service in our unit...MUCH faster and more reliable.
The fully equipped kitchen offers three barstools to enjoy your morning coffee, while the adjacent dining room comfortably seats 7. The split floorplan provides privacy, as the master suite is on one side of the living area, while the other two bedrooms are on the other side.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and large walk-in closet and opens to a private balcony with seating for two. The master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub, his and hers vanities and separate walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bath, along with access to the main balcony.
The third bedroom also has a queen sized bed. The third bath is just outside the bedroom.
All three bedrooms have TVs and new, comfortable mattresses and bedding.
For those with little ones, we have just purchased a pack n play with an infant sleeper. There is also a new high chair in the unit.
The balcony has a beautiful treetop view. Because the unit faces the East, it is a nice shaded getaway after a day in the sun!
The unit is only steps away from the beautiful gulf beach. The pool is heated in the cooler months and, along with the hottub, provides a lovely view of the beach and ocean. What a great place to relax!!
There are beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys in the unit which are available for guests to use.
There is a gated garage on the ground floor of the building for one vehicle. Additional parking is provided just outside the building. Codes are required to enter the building and the unit itself has a keypad entry so there are no keys to worry about.
All 48 units at Blue Lupine are entered through the 50 foot atrium. There are conversational areas to meet with friends and family in the spacious main lobby. There is also a comfortable seating area just outside the unit door.
The third floor houses the workout facility, where there are several treadmills, elipticals, nautilus equipment and free weights among other items.
Blue Lupine sits on scenic 30A between Destin (10 miles) and Panama City(28 miles). Grayton Beach, Watercolour, and Seaside are all within 5 miles. There is a 27 mile trail for biking and walking.

Beautiful condo with easy access to beach!
Very spacious condo with easy access to beach. Very responsive owner. Great location in Blue Mountain/Santa Rosa Beaches.
We had a great time and the property is fantastic! Great for the parents and young teens as well.
The property was in great condition and we loved the location. We had a great time. The were only a few minor things. We didn't get a parking pass but after a few days the security guard was familiar with us and was able to find one he gave us. Although checkout was 11 in our letter, the cleaning crew came at 9:30 and needed to get in as they said it should have been ten and they needed in because of busy schedule. So we let them in but it was a bit hectic packing while they were cleaning. Very minor things and we would definitely stay in this beautiful unit again if we come back to the area!
Thanks, Barry. I'm so glad you had a good week and I enjoyed working with you. I have spoken to Amy, the property manager. She has already picked up parking passes for the summer and will have them placed in the unit for each guest. Until this year, the dates did not have to be on the passes and we could leave one in the unit for each guest to pass to the next. She is also speaking to the cleaning service and hopefully they will never arrive before check out again.

Lovely stay at Blue Lupine #202
We had a lovely time at Blue Lupine #202 and didn't want to leave! We will definitely return next year.
Here is some information that may help travelers considering this unit / building.
-The beds in this unit are very comfortable! The sleeper sofa was great for the kids. The unit has a pack & play, which we didn't need, but I know families with small kids would appreciate it.
-The unit was very clean upon arrival. No complaints!
-The owner and management company are lovely; we had a minor issue with the A/C during our visit and it was fixed quickly and the owner mentioned it will be replaced soon.
-The building was quieter than I expected - no rowdy guests or screaming kids disturbing our sleep.
-We loved the keyless entry to the unit. It was great not worrying about carrying a key/key card around with us.
-Beach items provided in the unit include: a few beach chairs (a little uncomfortable - next time we'll rent them from the provider on the beach), a smallish beach umbrella, a few sand toys. Bring your own beach towels.
-The kitchen was very well stocked with just about everything we needed. The only thing I missed was having a pizza pan (or a pan large enough for a frozen pizza) for our first night.
-The pool is a little small, but we didn't mind, as it didn't get crowded much. Our kids practically lived in the pool the entire week.
-The beach is wonderful! Can't say enough good things about the location - there are no high-rise condos nearby. The building is flanked on either side by private homes, so our stretch of beach was not crowded.
-Best meal out: Grayton Beach Seafood Co. AMAZING!

Janet was so wonderful to work with. She was super accomodating with our dates and really went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed.
I did not mention that the condo was perfect for our family of 7. It was beautiful and had everything we needed.

The condo was immaculately clean and furnished. The building provided a heated swimming pool and hot tub on a breathtaking stretch of 30a beach! Janet was so quick to respond and absolutely delightful to work with! Will be back!
Perfect family vacation
This condo was beautifully decorated and very well furnished for a week at the beach. Going in, we read that there was not a beach view, but everything else made up for that. The way the complex is set up allows you to walk inside to the elevator that leads you with 30 steps of the pool that overlooks the beach. Having two grown and married children, the bedroom set up with 1 king and 2 queens worked perfectly for us (it is hard to find a third bedroom that doesn't have twins or bunks)! Beds were super comfortable, too! We were also glad to have overflow parking available for two additional cars. Loved being close to great dining along 30a and the Publix on 98 is super convenient. The only complaint we (and other guests we talked to) experienced is that the internet wi-fi connection is not good at all. I was personally glad to be "unplugged", but my daughter had problems connecting to the internet for her post grad summer class. Thankfully we could use one of our phones for a "hot spot"! Overall, we were very pleased and hope to return in the future! Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!!
Thanks so much, Trish, for the nice comments. We, too, have two adult married children so the two queens work well for us. The Internet is handled through the Homeowners Association. I have reached out to them to see if there are plans to upgrade. If there are none, then we plan to do it ourselves. We understand that many people need to stay connected to school and work.
