We really enjoyed our stay. We've been staying at Maravilla for about 20 years and have stayed in several different condos over the years. It's our favorite place, and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.The condo was very nice, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the included beach chairs were a huge bonus. (Only one time in all the years we've stayed at Maravilla were beach chairs not included, so we really appreciated having them.)If I had a few suggestions, they would simply be to replace the primary bed with a king-size bed, install a taller toilet in the primary bathroom, and consider replacing the carpets with hard flooring. Those are really just personal preferences, though. In fact, if those upgrades were made, I'm sure the nightly rate would increase, and one of the things we appreciated most was the excellent value.Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for providing such a comfortable place to enjoy our vacation! A well earned 5-star rating

This is a perfect condo for a family!! Convenient to the beach, the walking path, the shops and restaurants etc!! The management was fantastic with communication! Our second stay and we will be back!

wonderful location

This unit was very clean and welcoming. There was plenty of room for everyone and we felt at home. The walk to the beach is short and as described, right across the street.

Relaxing Beach Condo

This is our fourth time staying in Maravilla and the first time in this condo and it didn’t disappoint! It was perfect for my crawling infant and five year old. Very clean and close to the beach with a patio perfect for relaxing after a day at the pool/beach. Would highly recommend for families needing a beach getaway!

This place has not been updated since it was built in the 90s which was truly disappointing. The tile, the carpet (ICK), the furniture, the appliances etc. But that wasn't what really bothered us - it was the dryer!! It is SO OLD that it smells like burnt urine - I have no other words to describe it. It also doesn't work! We put a small load in there (before realizing ALL OUR CLOTHES AND TOWELS would smell like burnt urine the rest of the time!) in for 3 hours and everything was still soaked. I ended up rewashing everything and hanging to dry but we still couldn't get the nasty smell out. That dryer needs to be taken out of the unit ASAP as it made the entire place smell after just that one usage. I would never stay here again unfortunately.

Maravilla 3202

The unit was clean, well stocked kitchen, very close to the beach and most of all, a very responsive customer service. Would recommend this unit for family's with 2 or more kids. We wish this was a pet friendly unit but all in all, we enjoyed our stay here.

Spring Break Getaway

This is our 8th time staying at Maravilla. 1st time in this condo. Everything was as stated and very clean. We love being in Building 3 can still catch a glimpse of the Gulf but from enough away from the Scenic 98 that you don't hear all the traffic noise. Will definitely be requesting this condo again. Perfect for a family trip. We had everything we needed to be able to cook quick meals during our stay. Highly recommend.

Great location, clean spacs

The hotel is near the beach in walking distance, big parking lot, but one thing could b improved is the quickness of the gate closing. IT CLOSES TOO FAST THAT ALMOST HIT MY CAR. Somebody in my group have to step out and press the code so i can sprint in and pickup that person when im inside

Needs to be updated. Washing machine left clothes too wet and dryer took way too long to dry clothes. Step up into room was dangerous and husband fell and got hurt. Tubs need something in bottoms to keep from slipping. Bugs in rooms.

Bad: pots stained and useless. Electrical outlets do not hold plugs. Water pressure low in shower and toilets. Good thing had plungers.

Serious bug problem

Pros: I love the location of this property. The owner was very responsive. It smelled clean when we arrived. Cons: There were so many roaches, which creeped my whole family out. There were babies. There were adults and every size in between. When I called about the roaches, they sent someone out to spray promptly which I appreciated. That unfortunately didn't solve the problem, so i texted the second day. They promptly sent someone out to spray again. Again, appreciated. Still didn't solve the problem. They really need to get the bug problem under control. Other than that, I loved it. Now I will go home and wash every single thing that I brought and pray that I didn't bring any home with me.

Relaxing long weekend

We always stay in the Miramar beach area but first time at this condo complex. The condo is as advertised. One minor issue at check-in was quickly addressed. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook and there are plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We appreciated the beach service just note they set them up early.

Family vacation

The property was as exactly as the pictures! Perfect location to restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. The chairs that came with our stay were wonderful to have while on the beach. Plenty of space for us and our three kids. Having two pools was super nice because you never run into either being too busy. Would definitely stay there again.

Short family vacation

Great location for family with small children. Easy walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants near by. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Beach code did not work but folks were nice enough to let us in. Messaged the rental company and they provided us with correct code.

Great family friendly location!

This location is great for families. There are miles of bike/walking path along the ocean. The condo comes with 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella per day which an attendant sets up for you. There are games, beach toys and hand of full book/movies use to. We flew in from Mn and had to bring our own beach towels (wish they were provided). A medium beach cooler would also be a nice addition to add to the condo. Overall, we loved the area, hot tub, heated pool and gated complex. There are some older but clean vanities in bathrooms. Placed worked great for us.

No glowing recommendation.

We spent 15 winters at this complex, this. says a lot. This unit was nice, not perfect. The living room furniture was worn out and smelled of animal. Carpet needs a deep cleanig. No mail box key available. Would only return to this unit if these items where remedied.

Dean, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with some feedback regarding your stay so far in this nice two-bed, two-bath Gulf view condo. Prior to your arrival, this unit's schedule was blocked for a deep clean after the owner's stay. We would have been more than happy to send someone to come and assess the carpet and living room furniture had we been made aware. If you would like for us to get the carpet cleaned, we would be more than willing to schedule a cleaning once the owner approves. In June, you were informed that we do not have access to the mailboxes. Those belong solely to the owners. We had requested the mailbox keys from the owner of this unit, and they have agreed to let us drop them off to you. Someone will also be inspecting the furniture. A great location!

The location was perfect for a family trying to stay away from the younger crowds. The pool was way too cold for our liking, but the gulf was perfect!! The room had everything we needed for our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the condo is always a plus for me. A few roaches were spotted but it was definitely not because the rooms were not clean. Everything was spotless.
