Private 'Mountain Cabin: middle of Everything!!!

Perfect family get away!

This recently renovated home sits on a quiet dead end street, off 'The Kancamagus', in the center of the Village of Lincoln. We do have close neighbors, but once you are enter the cabin, it feels like you’re in the woods. Not only are you close to the slopes and all the White Mountain attractions, you are within walking distance of shops, restaurants, grocery store, movie theaters, ice cream, pizza, breakfast!!!, etc.

We took our nice, but simple, mobile home and transformed it into a cozy log cabin. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a family sized dining room. The living room has a comfortable L-shaped leather couch (pull out queen sleeper) with tv/cable/dvr/wifi and an electric fireplace with heat. A surprisingly large bathroom, including washer and dryer. Bedroom 1 - queen bed. Bedroom 2 (the 'Bunk House')- with 'three' sets of bunk beds. Perfect size for a family or small group. Instead of the typical condo, why not have a place of your own?

A great BASE CAMP for 'the slopes', 'the lakes', 'the Pemi', hiking, biking, shopping, Clark's Trading Post, Lost River, Whale's Tale, The Flume, and on and on and on. Or do what we love to do.....nothing!!! Just kick back relax and breath the mountain air.

Whether it is ski season, foliage season, or spring and summer, Lincoln/Woodstock and the White Mountains are a great place to be! Come

The place was great! Clean and cozy yet spacious enough as well for my puppy to frolic around!

Great downtown location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. I'd definitely recommend this cabin and will most likely return soon!

Amazing Stay

Came for a 3 day stay so we can go skiing and snowboarding. This place is clean and well prepared for everyone. Games, extra towels, clean sheets and even cold beer mugs in the freezer. They thought of everything and it made the stay that much better. Absolutely nothing negative to say.

Misleading policies

While the "cabin" (trailer) was fine overall, the owner states in his policies that there is a "Minimum 3-day vacancy between guest stays," which just wasn't true. We booked the place based on this statement, having a medically vulnerable person in our group. Looking at the bookings the weekend before we were set to travel, I realized that the owner had people leaving the day we were supposed to arrive! We therefore moved our stay by one day and one person in our party ended up staying home for safety reasons. It just makes it hard to enjoy a time away when the person you're renting from is misrepresenting themselves online.

Great weekend getaway

We loved everything about the property! Location can’t be beat and the house has everything you need. It’s much more spacious than we expected which was great. It was hard to tell from the photos but there’s a fully stocked kitchen which was a huge plus. We’ll definitely be back!

Clean and Great location

Very easy to get to both Loon and Cannon. Super close to restaurants and front porch was perfect place to leave snowy gear. Kids loved the bear theme and bunk beds.

Excellent location and perfect for our family of four!

My family was very comfortable in our stay in Lincoln. The location is perfect as we just had to drive 6 min to Loon Mountain to ski and only 5min from the awesome Ice Castles. There are a lot of food options nearby just within walking distance even. My 5 and 7 year old were very happy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. I would recommend and our family would love to return!

Great stay in Lincoln!

Thanks for sharing your home with us. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 and enjoyed being able to bring our dog. As other reviews mentioned, the property is close to neighbors. We didn’t mind at all. The neighbors were friendly and helpful in suggesting great fishing and swimming spots. Everything was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed! We love the natural beauty of the area!!!

Great weekend getaway

The cabin had everything we needed and was close to a lot of great hikes as well as restaurants and shops. Everyone in my party loved it and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location for a great getaway!!

Overall this was a great stay and a great property. The owners were great and the "cabin" was great. Great collection of games and movies to use. Lots of available bedding. The water pressure is AMAZING. The location could not have been better. You can walk to anything that you need. The breakfast place around the corner was awesome. I think it was called flapjacks? Enzos pizza place is good too. There are a lot of neighbors really close to you (you share a driveway), but it was still really quiet. Everyone that we came across were really nice. Just bear in mind that this is an animal friendly property (bring some benadryl if you have animal allergies). The place was clean and comfortable. There was a great amount of care given to the decorations in the place. Everything was adorable. We had a great time and would stay again.

Feels like home

Cabin with 2 rooms perfect fit for us 4 people. Equipped well and complete more than my own house. Mom loved it as she can do all routines just like at home as weather is too cold for her to join us for walking/exploring outside

Perfect Ski Weekend Getaway

We skied at Loon for two days with our girls and loved returning to the cozy cabin. It had everything we needed, the girls loved the bunk room (and the bear : ) and the location was perfect. Thanks so much for a great weekend!
