BEAUTIFUL 3000 SQUARE FOOT BEACHFRONT CONDO IN PUNTA MITA!!!

As close as you can get to the water's edge is where you will find this large modern Condo. With amazing floor to ceiling glass doors to open up the entire space you feel as though you are living on top of the water. Enjoy indoor outdoor living with a huge patio to relax and watch the sunrise and sunset! The Large master suite has a king bed with large walk-in closet and the bathroom boasts a shower over looking the beach. The second Master suite also has a king bed, private balcony and private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom as well. As you lay relaxing on the daybed or walking along our sandy stretch of beach, you will experience something unique and different. The 12 unit building allows you the privacy you want on a vacation, and the 24 hour security gives you the piece of mind to relax and enjoy. We are walking distance to all of the great restaurants in Punta Mita and a couple will even deliver pool-side. We know you will love our little sliver of paradise as much as we do, and make Punta Mita a regular destination. We are on the 5th floor with 180 degree views of sand and water. We take great care in choosing everything from our dishes to linens to ensure that our guests have an amazing holiday. We have apple TV in the 2 master suites and blue tooth Bose speaker for music. Daily maid service and cook are available upon request. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE A 19% MEXICAN INCOME TAX ADDED TO ALL RENTALS. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR MORE DETAILS

Has it all!

Our group of 3 adults and 1 baby loved this condo’s view of the beach and bay, and everything else about it. Michael was extraordinarily easy to deal with and responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. The town of Punta de Mita is charming and offers much to do and see as well as dining options galore. The nearby area is interesting if you choose to explore. It also did not hurt that the weather was perfect every single day. Will return for sure!

The place was more than we expected. The patio overlooking the beach was beautiful with tremendous views. All three bedrooms had their own bathroom suite which proved to be excellent for the family. The air-conditioning units worked tremendous to cool off the rooms at night. Everything was available and provided to cook meals at home. The Town was walking distance 5 to 10 minutes away and very easy to access all the beautiful restaurants on the beach in town. Can't say enough about the perfect location and that quietness and peace of this beautiful town.

2nd time! Better than the first!

Michael's apt is beach front luxury at its finest. We love it so much this was the second year in a row we booked it! Punta Mita is just what we look for when traveling; enough adventure to keep us busy (we surf so this place is great) and enough comfort to feel like a vacation (Michael's apartment provides this in spades)! And, the real treat is having Leti, who also cleans the apt, cook dinner for us. She prepares the most amazing typical dishes! And not having to worry about going out and just enjoying relaxing in the apt after a long day surfing is priceless! We'll be back for sure!

Fantastic Vacation

What a great place! We loved the quiet town of Punta De Mita, the surfing, the beaches and THAT BALCONY! What an amazing condo- Very well appointed and clean. Wonderful view! Our time was extremely relaxing. The pool was perfect, the facility staff were so friendly and helpful. Michael was very accommodating and easy to work with. He has GREAT recommendations! Thank you so much! We will return!

When you see our condo you will know why!! There are only a few buildings that are literally on the beach and Punta Vista 1 is one of those. It is spacious, open, and beautifully appointed!

Everything in our home was personally selected because we fell in love with it. From our art to our dishes you will see how special everything is. What we hear again and again however is that nothing is better than lounging on our hand-carved daybed watching the sunset sipping on a margarita
