Luxury Condo/Premier Membership and Housekeeping within the gates of Punta Mita

PURE LUXURY within the gates of Punta Mita at Hacienda de Mita Building 5. This unit includes daily housekeeping (excluding sunday) with breakfast or lunch daily and an 8 passenger golf cart.

A spectacular ground floor 3500 sq ft 3 bdrm-4½ baths luxury villa within the exclusive 5-star Four Seasons and St Regis gated community of Punta Mita, a 45 minute drive from Puerto Vallarta.

Sophisticated design and architecture provide exquisite comfort and luxury. A wall of sliding glass doors in the living area opens 20’ onto the 450 sq ft terrace which offers tropical outdoor living. Step off of the terrace to the edge of an infinity pool – exceptionally convenient for families with kids at play! A second pool is located at the private beach club which also houses an array of services including massage rooms, a sun-sheltered social area, as well as a kitchen for day-use. The 5 beach clubs are accessible only by Hacienda de Mita owners & guests and with premier membership.


Enjoy full membership access to the two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses (voted the best resort course in the world by Conde Nast Travel, June 2020), where you’ll play the famous 'tail of the whale' hole. After golf, enjoy a tennis match, pickleball, surfing at Hacienda de Mita’s private beach club, kayaking, fishing, boating, or one of many other activities all of which are available at the tip of your fingers. Additionally, you’ll have complete access to our concierge service. Would you like dinner prepared in your home by a gourmet chef, an airport pickup or drop-off, or a massage? Our concierge will gladly accommodate you.

Hacienda de Mita’s location is ideal: central to Nayarit's best beaches and world renowned surfing, only a 15 minute ride to Sayulita, and offering a fabulous and cost effective option to join your friends when they marry at Four Seasons or the St Regis Punta Mita. If you wish for a taste of Mexico, directly outside of the gates is the authentic quaint town of Punta de Mita where you’ll find numerous restaurants and boutiques. For your convenience you may choose to rent a car or you may travel the grounds by ease in our golf cart.

Perfect Punta Mita

Everything about this property was excellent with easy access to pools, the beach, golf courses,tennis courts and town. The unit was exactly as advertised, comfortable and very clean. The owner was easy to communicate with and Rosaria our housekeeper and Alan our concierge were amazing and made our stay very memorable.

LOVED this gorgeous condo in Primo location!

We really enjoyed Punta Mita and this condo was so perfect for us. It is in the best location for so many reasons. Only a 5 min walk to the restaurants, etc. The condo was so clean and had eveything we needed. Highly recommend! Can't wait to rent this again!

Perfect place!

We had such a relaxing time on our vacation. Lori is fantastic to work with. Beautiful unit and was great to walk out to the pool. Everyone at Hacienda is so helpful. We loved eating in the village which is near by, but nothing could beat the food made by our precious cook! Totally recommend.

Great Walk Out in Punta Mita

This is a perfect condo if you want to walk right out to the pool from your patio. Everything is as described in the listing and photos. The condo itself is very nice. Concierge and housekeeping are great and will arrange anything you need. I would recommend this to families for sure.

Perfect place for Punta Mita

What a great villa… the villa itself was spacious with a state of the art kitchen. The bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and the beds all had high end bedding. Outside of the villa door you can go to the pool. Or just steps away is a great surf wave. You can rent boards from town and keep them right at the beach. When the waves look good you can pop out for a surf. The restaurants in town are fantastic. The golf cart and premium membership gives you access to all the Punta Mita resorts beach clubs and golf/tennis. Great stay. Cannot wait to return.

Spectacular Views are only the Beginning...

Our family had a terrific vacation! This property was very beautiful. The views were spectacular! The setting was generally very peaceful. However, when sitting outdoors, you could hear all discussions and music of the neighbors due to the layout. Additionally, there was an ant problem outdoors. The ants were all over the patio and in the grass by the pool. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious! The beach clubs included were lovely and offered many other wonderful ways to enjoy the area. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with our family!

Amazing views

We loved the location of this property, the view of the bay from the terrace and master bedroom is spectacular as is the easy access to town from the Hacienda de Mita gate. The unit is spacious and if you have ever stayed in HDM you know exactly what the layout is. The decor is sparse, as though someone just moved in or out and furniture is basic. Beds are comfortable and linens are fine. We had no problems with anything during the stay except requesting that the many light bulbs that were burnt out were replaced and it was completed within hours. The concierge service was excellent!

Amazing

My family immensely enjoyed our time in Punta Mita. The condo's outdoor living room is my favorite spot because it is the perfect location- morning coffee, watching the sunrise, easy access to the pool, reading a book, etc. We took full advantage of the golf cart and concierge services: JJ, the concierge, planned snorkeling, ziplining, and nightly dinner reservations. Additionally, the beach club access is an outstanding amenity.

The view itself is worth the trip. We felt safe and secure. The amenities were great. My little guy had a blast.ake sure to bring plenty of cash. House keeping and excursions were all cash only.

Spectacular

We love Punta Mita, but had never stayed in Hacienda de Mita. Lori's condo is perfect. She was so helpful getting us situated and her home is gorgeous. Great views, ample space to chill, stocked kitchen. We loved the beach clubs and our kids we so happy to ride in the golf cart. Will 100% return.

Paradise!

Lori’s beautiful Hacienda de Mita condo was the perfect place to spend the holidays! The view from the ground floor unit is gorgeous and it was so nice to just stroll out to the pool- which we had all to ourselves for the week!! We enjoyed playing tennis and pickle ball everyday and working out at the gym. The beach clubs were beautiful and the town of Punta Mita has wonderful restaurants along with the great food at the resort restaurants. Everyone in our family had an amazing time and came back rested, relaxed and rejuvenated from the incredible week!! Thanks Lori, we can’t wait to go back!!

Excellent Stay- Perfect Condo for Families

We had a wonderful trip to the quaint town of Punta Mita. We arranged for transportation from the airport to the condo (40 minute beautiful commute) through the concierge service. They also had the kitchen stocked with groceries upon arrival. I would highly recommend using their services. The owner, Lori was extremely helpful as well. They did a great job showing us around the condo complex and explaining all of the amenities found "behind the gate". We were travelling with elderly parents and kiddos. The set up was perfect with one level floor plan (no stairs), a swimming pool just beyond the covered patio, and amazing views of the Bay of Banderas. The condo is really 4 bedroom suites with the fourth bedroom perfect for kids with a set of bunk beds and 3/4 bath. We had access to 2 golf carts which was so fun and the highlight of our boy's trip! The condo was very quiet and well maintained. The grounds of the resort were beyond extraordinary. Having access to the beach clubs was a big benefit and they rival any 5-star resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt very safe and secure here. Would definitely stay in this condo again!

Our first trip to Punta Mita. Highly recommend. Perfect for my kids, 9 & 11. Unit is very well located (and so nice), direct pool access, close to one of the 5 beach clubs. All 5 beach clubs are worth visiting. Played tennis. Enjoyed the town. So fun cruising to all on the golf cart. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing stay

We don't have enough good things to say about this property. It was simply amazing. Huge, clean, comfortable, and with everything you could possibly want. The location was perfect within Punta de Mita, and so wonderful to be able to walk to town and not be totally dependent on the (amazing) golf carts provided. We are a family of 5, and had more room that we knew what to do with inside the condo. The large patio and pool our front were so convenient and luxurious. I actually preferred this location to the beach front condos-which tended to be louder and have more people. It is located in a quieter building(so if you're loud and looking for action I would not advise this particular unit). We will be back as many times as we can as we found this condo and Lori to be superb!!

Idyllic Mexican Vacation at a perfect location.

This is my 3rd visit to Punta De Mita and to this particular condo. My family and I absolutely love this property and I highly recommend staying here for a variety of reasons. 1/ Location: HCM 501 is just within the gates of Punta Mita. A short stroll into the nearby quaint village with all the outstanding restaurants and shops, as well as beach access. Easy access to the village via walking - which is fun at night for meals or during the day to get to the shops. 2/ Ground floor: great for family and entertaining visitors. A short stroll to the pool. Being on the ground floor - This condo is very spacious, as you have more floor space with having the outside/inside living space. 3/ This property is very well cleaned and maintained with tasteful furniture that is true to the lifestyle of living in Punta De Mita. 4/ The golf carts are a great addition for getting around within the gates as well as venturing into the nearby village and beach clubs. 5/ Safety. You feel extremely safe and secure here and staff are very friendly and attentive. 6/ The pool and all surroundings are beautifully maintained. The owners of HCM 501 provided excellent customer service and up to date information. Very prompt with feed back with any questions you many have. I have and will continue to recommend this magnificent property to family/ friends as it truly is a perfect getaway with your family. The weather is wonderful and Punta Mita is very easy to travel to from mainland USA, with flights from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Houston, Chicago etc. Activities that we enjoyed : the 2 world class golf courses, the beach clubs with body surfing and board surfing, stand up paddling, jet skiing and relaxing on the beach reading a book and sipping on cool drinks. The food in Punta De Mita is outstanding at the restaurants, hotels and beach clubs. Our favorites are: Si Senor, Blue Shrimp, Casa Theresa. At the St Regis, Mita Mary, and then the Four Seasons. The Beach clubs : Kupuri for day time, catching the waves and either dining at the Beach Bars or on your lounge. The Pacific Beach Club or Residence Beach club : for watching the sun set. In closing : we can't wait to rebook as this place really feels like" home away from home" for us. Easy to get to, beyond comfortable to stay, super relaxing once there, perfect weather all washed down together with the colorful Mexican culture. The only down side is leaving!

Best Family Vacation !

This condo was perfect for our party of 8. So beautiful, crisp, clean with stunning views. Each evening we took the golf cart to a different beach for sunset and cocktail. We felt safe and secure on the property. It is an easy walk to the village for some of the most amazing meals, I am going to miss fresh fish tacos! The kids loved the pool just a few yards from the open back doors. I am looking forward to booking on this property again!

We are 2 families: a local MD and a realtor, all best of friends for more than a decade, living in Aspen, CO. Combined, we have 6 children that all grew up spending vacations here !

Why they chose this property

Punta Mita is a wonderful spot to watch our young children learn to swim & play endlessly in the sand, while we enjoy the comforts of a 5-star resort. The older children play golf with us daily, and are taking up surfing & stand up paddle boarding. Golf cart rides are always a favorite of all of the kids.

What makes this property unique

We love that our unit is our ground level-pool-side. The first thing we do every morning is open our 20' sliding glass doors so that we can enjoy indoor-outdoor living. Our pool is 4' from the edge of our terrace, so we do not have to navigate stairs or the elevator when we are lounging poolside & we wish to top off our drink, or get a new book. This location enables the kids to have more freedom: they can run & play in the grass without us having to take them outside/downstairs.
