Etwas Besonderes

Das Haus, das Grundstück und die Lage sind etwas Besonderes. Wer eine ruhige Zeit verbnringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist ein rustikales, schönes Landhaus mit liebevoll gestalteten Details. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.

So nice!

It was the second time we stayed in Can Vives. We enjoyed our stay just as much as the first time. The house is so clean, so fully equiped and the owners are very helpful and concerned.

Very cozy house with amazing garden

We loved our stay at Can Vives. The house was nice, very relaxing and well equipped and the garden is simply amazing! We’d love to go back!

Spanish rustic gem by the sea

It is not easy to find good accommodation for 3 people and a dog but this cottage ticks all the boxes. The house has so much character and the garden is heavenly with all its exotics trees and shrubs. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, a very well equipped kitchen and overall a very homely feel. Situated 2kms from the nearest beach, the house ensures rest and relaxation but many other coves are just a few kms away,as well as all the shops, cafés and restaurants. So take you pick. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Enric for your nice welcome and help. we will definitely return. Isabelle and Jonathan Sept 2023

Maison très chouette dans un immense jardin

Maison au calme avec un immense jardin. Nos ados ont apprécié l'originalité de la maison et de sa décoration qui respire le conte de Blanche neige. Le propiétaire fournit toutes les explications pour s'orienter vers les plages, les restaurants et les visites à faire.

Very good!

We had a wonderful time. The house is so authentic, so complete and clean. Perfect! The surroundings are calm and peaceful. We stayed without children, but it is also a very good place to stay with children. They have plenty room to play and the beaches are nearby.

Fantastisch huis om je vakantie te vieren vooral als je een hond bij je hebt

Alles was geweldig! Keurig netjes en schoon! En wat een fantastische plek! Je eigen villa! Een Hobbit huis , alles was overdacht en alles aanwezig ! Je kan het zo gek niet bedenken of het was aanwezig ! Geweldige tuin , eigenlijk een heel privé bos! Wij hebben enorm genoten , zeker de moeite waard om hier te verblijven ! Bedankt Enric dat wij onze vakantie hier mochten doorbrengen ! Genoten van jullie Hobbit huis met alle uilen !

Einfach nur schön !!!

Wir sind mit 3 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind ( 2 Jahre ) und unseren 2 Hunden angereist. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von dem Gastgeber Enric herzlichst empfangen, dazu gab es Tips zu den Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Das Haus ( traditionelles Landhaus ) ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Es ist sehr, sehr sauber bis in die letzten Ecken , das haben wir in anderen Häusern schon anders erlebt Den Garten als solches zu bezeichnen ist maßlos untertrieben, es ist eine kleine, sehr gepflegte Parkanlage, voll umzäunt, sodass unsere Hunde den ganzen Tag unbeaufsichtigt rumlaufen konnten İn der Umgebung befinden sich nur wenige Häuser, daher auch sehr ruhig. Zum Einkaufen muss man etwa 3 Kilometer fahren, was uns aber nich gestört hat, dafür hat man diese unvergleichliche Ruhe in dem Haus Viele kleine schöne Strände und Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Wir werden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder kommen Danke an die tollen Gastgeber Nuria und Enric.

Erster Urlaub in 2022

Es handelt sich um ein wunderschoenes mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes kleines Anwesen. Fuer 2 Erwachsene und eventuell 2 juengeren Kindern komplett eingerichtetes Haus im spanischen Stil in einem Park, der abgegrenzt ist (nicht ganz abgelaufen, da gehbehindert. 2 Punkte sollten vielleicht geaendert werden. Zufahrt ist fuer normal liegende Autos kaum zu bewaeltigen. Kuga setzte jedesmal auf Bodenwellen auf. Und fuer aeltere Menschen ist vielleicht die Badewanne mit Duschkopf nicht so richtig geeignet. Das sind allerdings die einzigen 2 Punkte, die fuer uns zu beanstanden waren, Ansonsten alles sehr gut, vor allen Dingen der wilde Park in himmlicher Ruhe. Es waren gelungene 2 Wochen.

Un merveilleux séjour dans un endroit idyllique

Nous avons passé deux semaines grandioses dans cette maison de rêve avec notre chien boxer qui était tout aussi ravi que nous. Nous recommandons cette maison pour sa tranquillité, c'est un véritable havre de paix. Le jardin est immense, très beau, une vraie petite forêt privative avec de beaux arbres, quelques fleurs, des cactus, des plantes, totalement clôturé. Tout pour se sentir bien! Quand il fait très chaud, il y a des endroits ombragés pour se mettre à l'abri de la chaleur. Le soir il fait un peu frais, pour les frileux prévoir des pulls! Il y a une table de ping-pong, la possibilité de jouer au foot, des chaises longues, du mobilier de jardin. Pour un chien joueur et des enfants : un terrain de jeux parfait! La literie est très confortable, la cuisine totalement équipée (il y a même une machine à café Nespresso). On prend plaisir de cuisiner, mais aller au restaurant c'est bien évidemment aussi plaisir. Prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse avec les premiers rayons de soleil, que du bonheur. Nous nous sommes bien relaxés pendant ses deux semaines et avons déjà hâte de revenir aussi tôt que possible. Nous recommandons cette propriété à tous les amoureux de la nature et à ceux, qui ont un chien curieux et joueur comme le notre. Impossible de s'ennuyer dans cette demeure! Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, parlent très bien français et tout s'est bien déroulé pour l'arrivée comme pour le départ. Le contact est impeccable

Traumhaftes Haus , mit viel Liebe zu handwerklichen Details, Riesengrundstück!

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in einem sehr großen parkähnlichen Grundstück in traumhafter Ruhe. Das Haus wurde vom Schwiegervater des Vermieters mit sehr viel Liebe zum handwerklichen Detail erbaut. Noch nach zwei Wochen entdeckt man kleine Besonderheiten der Konstruktion und Dekoration. Bereits der Empfang durch Enric war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Jederzeit hätten wir uns bei Problemen bei ihm melden können. Es war aber nicht nötig, da das Haus perfekt für uns vorbereitet war. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen der Ruhe und Erholung in diesem kleinen Paradies verbracht. Viele lange Spaziergänge an den Küstenabschnitten, Ausflüge nach Barcelona und Girona und die nähere Umgebung waren ganz wunderbar. Die Abreise war wieder sehr unkompliziert und Enric außerordentlich aufmerksam und entgegenkommend! Wann immer möglich werden wir sehr, sehr gerne in das "Haus der Eulen" wiederkommen!

Schön war es!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Palafrugel. Uriges Gemütliches Haus mit riesigem Garten. Der Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Gerne wieder!

Casita de cuento

La casa se encuentra ubicada en un pequeño bosque, lo cual asegura tranquilidad y desconexión, pero a la vez está cerca de la costa, supermercados, núcleo urbano, así como de diversas rutas de senderismo. Todo ello , hace que la ubicación sea perfecta. La vivienda parece sacada de un cuento de hadas, llena de detalles que la hacen encantadora y mágica. Estando además equipada con todo lo necesario. La chimenea es ideal para las tardes de invierno. Además tiene un jardín maravilloso en el que poder disfrutar tanto de día como de noche, y más aún si vas con tus perros. Hemos pasado una semana tranquila y divertida, totalmente recomendable.

Wir waren fast vier Wochen in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Auch für unsere beiden Hunde war das große Grundstück super, da es auch komplett eingezäunt ist. Kommen gerne wieder.

A home from a story book

Wonderful grounds love by us and 2 dogs, comfortable accommodation and loved open fire on chillier November evenings. Wonderful hosts and so close to 3 beaches, Palafrugell and great visits to botanical gardens and Gerona was within an hour and loved. So many personal touches to this property to make a stay magical in every way.

Wunderschöne Finca mit großem schon Parkähnlichem eingezäumten Garten

Wir haben uns in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Finca sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Der umliegende riesige Garten ist einfach zauberhaft und läd zum verweilen ein. Es ist ruhig und etwas abgelegen aber alles schnell erreichbar. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen. Die Region ist ebenfalls traumhaft und lädt zu zahlreichen Wanderungen ein, die von der Finca aus super zu starten sind. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke Enric, auch für die tollen Tipps.

Einfach magisch

Was für ein schönes, sauberes und liebevoll gestaltetes Haus! Das Grundstück ist riesig und uneinsehbar, absolut ruhig und auch mit Kindern wäre es ideal. Wir haben uns jeden Tag aufs Neue darüber gefreut, hier unseren Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen. Der einzige Nachteil waren die vielen kleinen Mücken draußen. Im September sollte man abends auf jeden Fall einen Mückenschutz auf die Haut auftragen. Ansonsten alles wunderbar, Danke Enric!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Nuria et Enric. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique et chaque recoin de la maison a une histoire. L'emplacement permet de rayonner dans la région et d'accéder aux plages à proximité. A louer sans hésitation !

Un accueil irréprochable - Bien situé - un peu a l'écart pour trouver le site - mais une fois dans les lieux c'est un enchantement. Dans le style chalet douillet, la maison est a 10 minutes de la plage en voiture et un peu plus à pied. La plage est également accueillante mais vite remplie de vacanciers. Les environs sont charmants et le centre ville dispose de rues piétonnières avec de nombreuses offres pour les touristes. A vingt minutes en voitures en direction de San Antoni, il y a une superbe base nautique avec de nombreux toboggans spectaculaires - on y passe une journée de rêve. en résumé, cette location vous fera vivre des vacances innoubliables.
