Renovated farm house with 7 rooms, located in Umbria, in a village called Cannara, to 10km from Assisi and 30km from Perugia , the center of an area rich in culture and gastronomy. At the first floor there are 5 bedrooms with 12 places (3 rooms have a bathroom inside, while the other two share a hallway bathroom). Outside the ground floor lounge equipped large kitchen next to the house where are the rooms. . This accommodation is situated in an agricultural property with large garden, parking, pool, bowling alley, table tennis. The bed linen and towels are provided, any saturday there will be the change of the linen, the final cleaning is included in the price. Supermarket at 1km. To 150km from here the most beautiful italian towns like Rome, Florence, Siena, the lovely lake Trasimeno is to 50Km, the sea to 115km.

Parfait pour deux familles

Le propriaitaire était trÚs chaleureux et sympathique. La maison est grande et permet d'avoir de l'intimité. L'emplacement est ideal pour visiter la région et une partie de la Toscane. Je recommande.

Ferragosto indimenticabile!!!!

Io ed i miei amici abbiamo deciso si passare il ferragosto in questa carinissima proprietĂ  nella campagna dĂŹ cannara, la struttura Ăš confortevole ottima per passare del tempo in compagnia, attrezzata dĂŹ tutto il necessario. Proprietario gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi su richiesta, la mattina si occupa della pulizia della piscina, ma non ci accorgevamo neanche nel suo arrivo. Tutto veramente stupendo, ci siamo dispiaciuti per aver prenotato solo 2 giorni

Ottimo per rilassarsi, silenzioso.

Proprietario gentile e pronto a dare consigli. La struttura Ú in campagna con un bellissimo spazio all'aperto con tanto verde curato e piscina mantenuta pulita giornalmente dal proprietario dotata di ombrelloni e sdraio. Lo stabile Ú datato, e necessità di ristrutturazione interna con 3 camere complete di piccoli bagni interni e 1 camera con 4 letti e 1 cameretta con bagno grande esterno in comune, tutte al 1 piano. La cucina Ú collocata in una dépendance con bagno che permette di mangiare sia internamente che esternamente nel porticato o sul prato. Essendo in aperta campagna presenti insetti e ragnatele.

Schöner Sommerurlaub

Zimmer sind zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet die Austattung ist vollstĂ€ndig. Der Pool ist super mit Sprungbrett, alle waren begeistert. Nach einer Woche wurden das Haus gereinigt HandtĂŒcher un BettwĂ€sche gewechselt. Der Pool wurde tĂ€glich gereinigt. Walter konnte bei Fragen immer helfen und war sehr zuvorkommend. Super Urlaub uns hat nichts gefehlt und können das Objekte mit Garten, Pool und Zimmer ohne weiteres weitempfehlen. Danke Walter Gruß Konrad

Super piscine et super espace extérieur

La maison était bien équipée au point de vu loisirs. Plusieurs possibilités pour rechercher l'ombre dans le grand jardin. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation avec les 37° que nous avons eus. Le wifi fonctionne uniquement dans les chambres. Merci Walter pour le vin, l'eau et le café.

Esperienza da ripetere

Ottima posizione, piscina fantastica, sempre pulita, spazio esterno ampio e recintato, sicuro se presenti bambini. Siamo grati al signor Walter per la disponibilitĂ  e la presenza discreta ma efficiente. Noi siamo un gruppo di quattro nuclei famigliari con ragazzi dai 4 ai 14 anni e consigliamo il soggiorno.

Relax in libertĂ 

Ottimo rapporto qualitĂ  prezzo, struttura estremamente funzionale, con spazi divisi ottimamente che permettono anche a tre famiglie di poter avere la loro privacy....le camere hanno il loro bagno privato, la piscina e il giardino sono molto belli e curati. Si possono raggiungere facilmente mete di interesse. La vera ciliegina Ăš il titolare persona genuina e molto disponibile.

PropriĂ©taire agrĂ©able et rĂ©pondant trĂšs vite aux diffĂ©rents messages. La maison Ă©tait parfaite, et bien Ă©quipĂ©e au point de vu loisirs (table de Ping pong, babyfoot, terrain de pĂ©tanque, grande piscine...). L’endroit est calme (exceptĂ© le chien de la voisine qui a tendance Ă  aboyer :/). SĂ©jour au global trĂšs satisfaisant, je recommande !

Einfaches Haus mit Platz fĂŒr 12

Das Haus befindet sich in einer gĂŒnstige Lage, um die touristischen Highlights Umbriens zu erkunden. Nach Assisi fĂ€hrt man 15 Minuten, nach Perugia 30, nach Bevagna 7, nach Orvieto oder Gubbio 60. Die Zimmer sind zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet, vier von fĂŒnf verfĂŒgen ĂŒber ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, WC und Bidet. Alle Zimmer liegen im ersten Stock. ie KĂŒche (mit Essplatz fĂŒr 12 Personen) liegt in einem kleinen ExtragebĂ€ude. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber vollstĂ€ndig. Aus der Beschreibung geht nicht hervor, dass es kein Wohnzimmer gibt. Im Sommer und bei gutem Wetter ist das egal, da man sowieso den ganzen Tag im großen und (wichtig) schattigen Garten verbringt. Dort ist auch genug Mobiliar vorhanden, um mit 12 Personen zu essen. Der Pool ist hervorragend, groß, mit Sprungbrett fĂŒr die Kinder und zur alleinigen Nutzung. Auch abends spĂ€t darf noch gebadet werden. Walter ist ein toller Gastgeber. Einmal pro Woche wired das Haus geputzt und es gibt frische HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche. Der Pool wird tĂ€glich gereinigt. Dadurch ist Walter tĂ€glich vor Ort und ansrechbar. Als die Kaffemaschine kaputt ging war innerhalb eines Tages Ersatz da. WAlter bemĂŒht sich, alle Probleme uind Fragen umgehend zu klĂ€ren. Als mein Schwiegervater einen Arzt brauchte, ist Walter mit ihm zu seinem Arzt gefhren und hat ĂŒbersetzt. Wir (zwei Familien mit 5 Kindern im Alter von 8 bis 16 Jahren, zwei Senioren) haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Eine Unterkunft mit inem so tollen Pool und so großen Garten wird man zu diesem Preis sicher nicht oft in Umbrien finden.

Superbe semaine !

Superbe accueil de Walter (boissons fraĂźches, tomates, salades, ...) qui cherche toujours Ă  nous satisfaire ! La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e : prĂšs d’Assises, de PĂ©rouse et de magnifiques petits villages qui valent le dĂ©tour. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour (nous Ă©tions 9) grĂące Ă  la super piscine, au extĂ©rieur ombragĂ© bien agrĂ©able, Ă  la maison suffisamment Ă©quipĂ©e !

Trevligt och rent hus med vÀlskött pol. Bra kontakt med Àgaren varje dag,! NÀra till stor affÀr!

Huset ligger strax utanför Cannara, en mil frÄn Assisi. Rent och fint. Stor pol med ca hÀlften 1 meters djup och resten ca 3 meter med en svikt. Polen stÀdades varje dag och fylldes pÄ med vatten. Bra kontakt med Àgaren dagligen! Stor supermarket inne i samhÀllet. Ingen aircondition,men bra takflÀkt och bra fönster med fina myggnÀt som rullgardin och fönsterluckor,! VÄr dubbelsÀng hade lite vÀl hÄrd resormadrass, men dÀr tycker sÀkert mÄnga olika. Slutomdömme! Ett prisvÀrt och trevligt boende för vÄr storfamilj, barn och barnbarn 13 personer!

Fantastisch

Hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad.het huis was zeer schoon.prachtig zwembad .groot.wij als volwassenen en de kinderen hebben genoten.de eigenaar Walter is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam..maar heel discreet.Willen zeker nog een keer terug.

Ottima posizione...vicina a tanti luoghi bellissimi dell Umbria. Il giardino offre tanto spazio per poter essere liberi di giocare..soprattutto per i bambini..la piscina molto grande ma non sempre pulita purtroppo...le stanze le abbiamo trovate pulite e spaziose, ma per quanto riguarda la cucina non Ăš molto grande per poter pranzare in 15 persone...noi siamo stati sfortunati perchĂ© non abbiamo trovato bel tempo e siamo stati molto scomodi a cenare e pranzare nella cucina.. Il signor Walter una persona cordiale gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste peccato perĂČ che contrastavano con le idee dei suoi genitori...Un grazie particolare va proprio a lui perchĂ© ci ha accolti e aiutato nei momenti del bisogno....

Séjour trÚs agréable

"Le gßte trÚs calme est trÚs bien situé en Ombrie avec aux alentours de nombreux villages et villes médiévaux à visiter. Les enfants ont beaucoup appréciés le jardin, tous les jeux mis à disposition et bien sûr la piscine toujours trÚs propre grùce à Walter, le propriétaire. The property and the welcome were to an excellent standard, the swimming pool was large, as was the garden. The whole place exceeded expectation and was the ideal scene for a fantastic holiday. Family by hosts that were both attentive and discreet.
