Many Five Star reviews on this bright & sunny beach home with two bedrooms, 2 baths, very private, fenced yard, hardwood and tile floors throughout, huge covered lanai, sleeps four Plus sleeper couch in private room. Washer, dryer, eating bar. The most desirable area on lLido. Two Blocks to Ritz Carlton Beach House, one block to Lido beach & pool, short walk to bay and kayaking, St. Armands Circle, shops, restaurants. Ringling Brothers museum, downtown Sarasota minutes away. Relax, kick back and bring your cloths and flip flops. Just about everything else included. This is a great place to enjoy the sun, nature, shopping, golf, great restaurants, nightlife and just plain fun.

Why they chose this property

We were intrigued by the fact that the property was built in the 1920's by John Ringling for his staff with seven stand alone homes in White Sands Of Lido. After looking around Florida, the Sarasota area has such beauty and so many cultural and outdoor activities that we were hooked. We are looking forward to retirement, but didn't want to be in a 'retirement' area. This is a fun, active, diverse and healthy place to enjoy and laid back at the same time with so much to do.

What makes this property unique

A unique vacation property value. Located one tenth of a mile from the Lido Beach, two tenths of a mile to wonderful pool on the beach, 3 tenths of a mile to a park on Sarasota Bay with shower facilities and Kayak rentals and launch, rental & electric bikes close by, bike paths, about a half mile to St. Armands Circle.
