IT IS SITUATED ON A GENTLE HILL OF THE CHIANTI AND SORROUNDED BY A THRIVIN COUNTRY IN ABSOLUTE PEACE.-THE ART CITIES ARE REACHABLE WITHIN A FEW MINUTES AND THIS ALLOWS FAMILIES TO PLAN PART OF THE DAY TO VISIT THE CITIES OF ART AND PARTLY TO SWIM IN THE NICE FENCED POOL ON BOARD OF 12X6M WITH A SALT ECOLOGICAL WATER PURIFICATION PLANT.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang in englisch! Gute Erklärung und Einweisung. Heizung war möglich und effektiv,da nachts noch kühl. Sehr ruhig und für unsere Hündin ein Paradies,auch Marcella ist Hundebesitzerin. Daher gab es keine Probleme! Wir haben die 3 Tage genossen und denken dass wir wiederkommen

Erholsamer und entspannter Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen. Der Pool ist gesalzt und nicht gechlort. Das war richtig super. Das Grundstück ist toll und es gibt einen sympathischen Esel.

L' accueil chaleureux de ...

L' accueil chaleureux de Marcella, qui parle très bien le français et ses conseils pratiques pour bien démarrer les vacances. Le gîte est très bien placé pour rayonner dans toute la Toscane. Les chambres sont spacieuses ainsi que les salles de bain. Bon confort, bien équipé...et cadre magnifique surtout au petit matin durant notre séjour au mois de mai.

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, au calme, en pleine campagne. La maison est très bien située pour rayonner aux alentours (Florence, Sienne...)et la piscine très agréable au retour des excursions. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous recommandons fortement."

"Un acceuil simple et tré...

"Un acceuil simple et trés chaleureux. Les propriétaires sont charmants avec le vrai sens de l''hospitalité italienne. Le cadre est magnifique, Une ancienne ferme rénovée avec goût dans le respect du paysage : Espaces verts et piscine trés agréables au coeur de la campagne Toscane. La maison est idéalement située pour les visites touristiques entre Sienne et Florence et à 2 pas du Chianti. Il y a de trés belles ballades à faire en sortant de la propriété. Par ailleurs il y a de trés bons restaurants dans le village voisin ( Colle val d''elsa). Nous avons séjourné en famille ( avec nos deux enfants 9 ans et 10 ans). Nous avons vraiment passé une merveilleuse semaine."
