CASA INDEPENDIENTE EN CENTRO HISTORICO DE GRANADA junto a Alhambra-Plaza Nueva.

Una casita recomendada para hacer de su viaje a Granada un recuerdo inolvidable.
Es una casita independiente y en planta baja, situada en pleno centro histórico de Granada, se alquila por días. Está a 3 minutos caminando de la Catedral y de la Cuesta de Gomerez (Acceso peatonal de la Alhambra). Al bajar la calle se encuentran bares de tapas, restaurantes y todas las tiendas en pleno centro comercial. Situada en una calle peatonal, sin ruidos. Dispone de cochera opcional en la misma calle a 50 metros de la vivienda.
La casa está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para que su estancia resulte cómoda y agradable. El suelo de tarima flotante aporta comodidad y calidez a la vivienda. Ustedes no necesitan traer nada. Se dispone de:juego completo de sábanas, edredón de plumas, juegos completos de toallas, gel de ducha, bañera con grifería termoestática para fijar la temperatura del agua, menaje para comer y una plancha de asar por si quieren utilizarla en el patio que cuenta con mesa y sillas y así disfrutar del buen tiempo. La casa mantiene una temperatura estable durante todo el año, aún así, para la época de invierno el salón está dotado de una chimenea eléctrica, termoconvector programable por tiempo y temperatura en el dormitorio y estufa halógena en el baño. El precio base de 60 euros 1 ó 2 personas de domingo a jueves en T. baja y los niños no pagan en esta casa. Semana 350 euros, en T. baja. Resto de ofertas consultar. T. Alta: Semana Santa, Navidades, Puentes Nacionales. Más un pago de fianza 100 euros que se cobrará el día de entrada y se devuelve el día de salida en la casa si todo está correcto

Perfectly sized flat!

We had a great stay at this perfectly sized flat in Granada. Emelia, our host, met us there upon arriving and showed us everything we needed to know about the flat. She was beyond welcoming, helpful and kind! The flat was very clean, comfortable bed, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Flat is close to walking around for restaurants, the Alhambra, groceries and plazas, the location. We highly recommend staying here!!

Cozy apartment, centrally located

This is a cozy apartment, with character, located in the heart of the tourist district. Easy to access all the major attractions. Added bonus is a sweet, shady patio surrounded by plants. Emilia is a charming hostess who gave an extensive primer on Granada.

Wonderful stay, amazing host, great property

Conveniently located in historic town centre within easy walking distance to many of the popular tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. Comfortable property equipped with everything you need to have a lovely stay. Emilia the host made us welcome from the minute we arrived until we left a month later. We had the most wonderful and memorable holiday and will definitely be back. Would highly recommend.

An incredible host and casa in Granada!

We couldn’t recommend this place more! Emilia is so kind and welcoming, and gave us great recommendations of how to spend our short time in Granada. When our rental car was larger than we expected, she helped coach us through how to get it in and out of the parking garage - we couldn’t have done it without her. We highly recommend staying with her and can’t wait to visit again.

Well equipped flat on a hill!

This flat is located up a hill on a pedestrian street. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We could walk to Alhambra, and all the sites in the city.

Great location

A nice apartment in a great location. The host was really nice and communicative even though she didn’t speak English. She showed us all the spots to see on the city map. Also came by when we checked out. It’s a noisy neighborhood but what you might expect in such a good location. We enjoyed the outdoor patio.

Charming house in the heart of Granada

The little house is well-equipped and clean and the location couldn't be more convenient. It is with-in walking distance of public transport and taxis, shops, the cathedral and lots of restaurants. But be prepared to climb steps and lots of them. The location is on a pedestrian street with no access for cars.

Location Location!

The apartment is in the heart of Granada, yet tucked away on a pedestrian only quiet street. Walk along the river to the Alhambra and up the hillside to the Albeicin neighborhood where you can see a beautiful sunset. Find a terrace restaurant with views of the Alhambra or catch a Flamenco show. Pre-purchase your tickets for the Alhambra with a tour guide in advance. This was my favorite region to visit in Spain!

Granada visit 2024

We had a wonderful 2-day stopover in Granada. The place we stayed was very comfortable, centrally located and close to Alhambra. Emilia, the host was amazing. There when we needed her, helpful with answering our questions and even helped us park our vehicle. Note: if you're driving in Granada area, think about a smaller vehicle. Streets are tight. We had a great stay, despite the weather. This place was great.

THE place to stay in Granada

The location was perfect…walking distance from everything in the center of the city including the Alhambra. Our host met us at the bus stop by the catedral and walked us to the apartment. She was able to show us on a map how to get to places we wanted to visit . The bed is comfortable, the shower was wonderful and the kitchen had everything we needed. The small patio in front gave us a private space for morning breakfast and evening wine. The windows provided great breezes in the evening and overnight so we never needed a fan. We would definitely stay here again!

Adorable apartment

This cute apartment is perfectly located for visiting Granada. It was very clean and comfortable for our 2-night stay. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Emilia was a great communicator. She met us at the bus stop and brought us to the apartment which was very helpful. She pointed out key spots on the map and oriented us to the neighborhood. Thank you, Emilia!

Great little house, in the center of everything

It was really wonderful, everything is nearby. Old town center, Alhambra, you name it. Emilia was very helpfull with everything, if you want you can park in her garage for €15/day. Pros: Nice owner, good location, clean, has kitchen, comfortable but very small bed Cons: Poor directions need updating which we explained, took hours to find, very hard to drive to especially at night — use the WAZE app if you can, small (but comfortable) bed, fits one average sized woman, spouse slept on pullout sofa, very strong deodorizer used to mask sewage smell in bathroom, needed to use space heaters in November.

Great location!

The location could not have been better! Parking the car in Emilia’s garage was quite an experience and worth using her place rather than someplace on the street. We used Google maps and it took us right to the place through some very narrow and interesting streets after the tunnel. Emilia was a great host and told us about the market and we had an early dinner there of fresh fish. We were able to communicate via translation apps! We had planned a trip in 2020 and had to cancel and rebooked March 2023 with her. The place was offered for a very fair price and she was a wonderful host!

Perfect place for a short stay in magical Granada

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped for anything we needed for a few days' stay, and comfortably and stylishly furnished. Emilia had communicated with us beforehand, and was there to give us a warm and enthusiastic welcome (and farewell when we left). She does not speak any English but we got by! The apartment is in the heart of the city - everywhere we wanted to see was in easy walking distance, including some excellent places to eat. A little warning for anyone with restricted mobility - the little side streets are very steep and have quite a slippery surface. Granada is an exceptionally beautiful city, and this was the perfect base. Thank you.

In The Heart of Granada

Emelia is an excellent host. Her hospitality is exceptional. And in spite of her limited English her communication with us before, during and after our stay was superb. As others have noted, the property is not easy to find using google maps or gps (it's the nature of tiny streets some of which are not navigable by car and some streets which cannot be used unless your stay has been pre-arranged with the police- fines can be expensive). We found a parking garage walking distance from Emilia's holiday home . She accompanied us back to the car and with her expert guidance we were able to drive to the garage, park and leave on our departure date without any damage to the car or fines. She is truly amazing! The unit is not a parador but has everything you need to be comfortable and within walking distance of Plaza Nueva with its restaurants, shops, and access to city buses and hop on hop off tourist buses to anywhere in the city. It is located on a relatively quiet street and has a lovely private patio. A perfect spot from which to explore the city at a very reasonable price.

1 Bedroom, in historic Barrio Realejo Jewish Quarter.

My stay was from January 2nd to January 6th, 2020. Despite a language barrier, my limited Spanish and Emilia's limited English, with a little patience and perseverance, we were able to communicate effectively. Kindness always helps to resolve such matters, which Emilia has an abundance. The apartment is great. A nice patio, an efficient living/dining room combination. Galley kitchen. Space heaters for chilly winter nights kept the apartment warm and cozy. The bedroom was very comfortable. The water was nice and hot in the kitchen and bathroom. Emilia provided advice and recommendations on a map she provided. My 3 full days in Granada I enjoyed sunny weather with comfortable afternoon temperatures. Not too bad for a winter getaway. I rented a Fiat 500 compact and it fit perfectly in the garage space Emilia provides as an option. The parking space is best for smaller cars. I highly recommend Emilia's apartment and the wonderful opportunities it allows for exploring spectacular Granada. Thanks Emilia! Michael R. Pittsburgh, PA USA

Porque es un sitio diferente en pleno corazón del Realejo, es un sitio tranquilo ya que es una calle peatonal. El patio le da mucha vida y a 30 segundos encontramos Plaza Nueva que es el punto central de la ciudad donde se encuentran: parada de taxi, microbús, restaurantes, bares y todo lo que necesiten.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Las ventajas son muchas ya que es una casita muy practica para visitar toda Granada caminando y equipada con todo lo necesario para que nuestro clientes se sientan como en casa.
