We are from Louisville, Kentucky. We have been vacationing along the Panhandle of Florida for about 25 years because we love the area, the beach, and the ocean. We've been blessed with the unique opportunity to buy a summer vacation and retirement home, and look forward to sharing it with other families who are looking for a great ocean-front vacation stay, at a great resort, at a great value.

We selected Pinnacle Port due to the memorable vacationing experiences we have had here with our family. The property has fantastic ocean and inlet lake-front views. Getting to the beach is a breeze - no gates or board walk mazes, just steps from the elevator. Pinnacle Port is secluded, has a good selection of amenities, and offers a myriad of activities such as fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just relaxing on a quiet beach. Pinnacle Port's location is also a 10 or 20-minute scenic drive to Panama City or Destin to spend some time shopping, dining, and enjoying nightlife. It's also a family-oriented resort with affordable rental rates, especially compared with comparable resort condos in other complexes.
What makes this Condo unique
The views of the gulf and coast line from the gulf-front balcony are peerless and, to use a cliché, breathtaking. The views of the inlet Lake Powell are as picturesque, and include a lot more active sea life such as our returning great blue heron, ospreys, pelicans, seagulls, and even fish and crabs. Being able to saunter down to the docks with a simple crab trap for dinner, or walk to the beach for a few pompano is hard to beat. Then add that Pinnacle Port is one of the closest resorts to the water, but at the very, very west end of Panama City Beach or at the very east end of famous Highway 30A and you have the best of both worlds - a quiet, family locale with the ability to jump in the car and take an ocean-front drive to either the vibrant goings on at Pier Park's upscale shopping and dining, or the more quiet and quaint beach towns along 30A.

- Quiet hours are from 11 PM until 8 AM. Use of loud appliances, tools, etc. during quiet hours is prohibited.
- No trash or refuse shall be left in the building hallways and must be disposed of in the trash chute located just beyond the elevators at right.
- Guest must read, accept, and abide by the Rental Agreement (download link provided at booking)
A much needed and socially distanced getaway
Such a perfect place to get away and still remain socially distanced! From booking to check-in, everything went very smoothly. Michael was very attentive to every detail and the condo was perfect for our family of four. My husband and son enjoyed fishing in the lake. My daughter and I enjoyed daily walks to the inlet where the lake meets the gulf. The condo is in the gated community of Carillon Beach, so the location was peaceful and secluded. My husband and I enjoyed waking each day to beautiful views of the gulf from the master bedroom. The pool was great and my children enjoyed a break from the sun in late afternoons with a indoor / outdoor split on the pool. The property did a great job of encouraging social distancing with signs to limit elevators to one person or family group. Most folks adhered to that request. We cooked each evening and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We highly recommend Buddy's Seafood Market, right down the road, for fresh seafood. It was so good and had very reasonable prices. Our family made some wonderful memories during our stay here and we definitely hope to return! Thanks Michael and family!

Last minute birthday getaway
We plan our trip very last minute amidst the Covid-19 vacation rental ban in Florida. The ban was lifted and Michael was on top of it with the rental process. Everything went very smoothly and we had a wonderful trip. The condo is in a gated community and the beach is private to those in the community, so it was not too crowded. We was able to social distance and enjoy both days on the beach.
We had a wonderful get away in the midst of all of the corona virus concerns.

First Class Rental
This is our third year staying in this unit during the month of February, and we are never disappointed.
Prior to 3 years ago we had stayed in other units at Pinnacle Port and have seen other units our friends have stayed in. We have not seen another unit that is so well appointed, clean, well organized and comfortable as A905.
The view is amazing, We enjoy watching the dolphins from our balcony as well as on the beach. The convenience to activities is just a few steps away. This is one of the very few areas of Panama City Beach you’ll find that is gated and safety is a priority.
The icing on the cake is our Owner! Mike is always just a phone call or text away. His priority is making your vacation a great one!
Our recommendation ... DON’T PASS ON THIS UNIT!
