Perfect Location

We loved our stay at Pinnacle Port. The condo was clean and had everything you could possibly want. The views are fantastic and the beach is just steps away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby along with several grocery stores. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Incredible location for convenience to everything

Great location. We were convenient to everything in Panama City Beach, 30A and not far from Destin. We took advantage of it all! The beach is incredibly close to the resort, so not a long walk with all of your beach "stuff" to set up.

Peace and Quiet

My best friend and I stayed here and it was safe, clean, and well appointed. It has great views and is very close to shops and restaurants. The beach chairs and umbrella were used everyday! A big thanks to Michael for the wildlife viewing tips and making us feel so welcome.

Beautiful location, exceptional property & over the top customer service!

Beautiful views of the bay or the ocean from either side of the condo. The most thoughtful and up-to-date touches made for an enjoyable stay with everything we could need. Michael is a great host who cares about his guests experience. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer…but it certainly gave us something to look forward to coming back to!

Amazing place for quiet getaway!

Accurate description

Great views as advertised. This unit was clean and very nicely decorated. Unfortunately it was quite chilly when we visited at spring break but still managed time on the beach :) Rosemary beach community is a short 10 minute drive and Publix is just down the road.

We enjoyed the fact the the condo included very nice beach chairs and umbrellas. Also included a pac n play and booster seat which came in handy with our 1 year old. The pac n play also had a very nice mattress pad.

The condo was a great place. It is all updated and comfortable. It has a lot of the amenities that you need. It is so bright and cozy. Located on Lake Powell on one side and gulf views from the bedroom on the other side. I would recommend this condo. The owners make sure you have everything you need. They communicate well. Great place to stay!

If a gorgeous white sand beach, crystal clear tropical water, nestled in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful gated community is what you are looking for...this is your next vacation home. The owner is awesome! He truly wants to make your stay the best ever. He is always quick to respond with any question you might have and check-in was the easiest I have ever done. The condo and grounds are immaculate and kid friendly. My family definitely wants to return to Pinnacle Port and book with Michael. A great vacation...I can't say enough!

We are from Louisville, Kentucky. We have been vacationing along the Panhandle of Florida for about 25 years because we love the area, the beach, and the ocean. We've been blessed with the unique opportunity to buy a summer vacation and retirement home and look forward to sharing it with other families who are looking for a great ocean-front vacation stay, at a great resort, at a great value.

Why they chose this property

We selected Pinnacle Port due to the memorable vacationing experiences we have had here with our family. The property has fantastic ocean and inlet lake-front views. Getting to the beach is a breeze - no gates or board walk mazes, just steps from the elevator. Pinnacle Port is secluded, has a good selection of amenities, and offers a myriad of activities such as fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just relaxing on a quiet beach. Pinnacle Port's location is also a 10 or 20-minute scenic drive to Panama City or Destin to spend some time shopping, dining, and enjoying nightlife. It's also a family-oriented resort with affordable rental rates, especially compared with comparable resort condos in other complexes.

What makes this property unique

The views of the gulf and coast line from the gulf-front balcony are peerless and, to use a cliché, breathtaking. That we are located on both the ocean and inlet Lake Powell is a bonus because we have a lot more active sea life such as our returning great blue heron, ospreys, pelicans, seagulls, and even fish and crabs swimming back and forth through the inlet that often connects to the ocean. Being able to saunter down to the docks with a simple crab trap to catch dinner, or walk to the beach with a fishing rod for a few pompano is hard to beat. Then add that Pinnacle Port is one of the closest resorts to the water, but at the very, very west end of Panama City Beach or at the very east end of famous Highway 30A and you have the best of both worlds - a quiet, family locale with the ability to jump in the car and take an ocean-front drive to either the vibrant activities at Pier Park's upscale shopping and dining, or the more quiet and quaint beach towns along 30A.
