Questa proprietà è il luogo perfetto per accamparsi per una settimana in spiaggia. Si tratta di circa 200 passi verso la sabbia. È in una posizione perfetta lungo questo piccolo tratto di costa per utilizzare tutti i moli circostanti. È a circa un miglio a piedi fino al molo di Newport. Abbastanza vicino a piedi o in bicicletta per i negozi e ristoranti, ma abbastanza lontano per sfuggire ai parcheggi che portano grandi folle. L'unità comprende una camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. Una seconda camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e una terza camera da letto con un letto a castello pieno e pieno che ha un singolo rotelle estraibile. Ha un secondo bagno in comune nella hall. Quando si entra nella proprietà ha una zona living aperta con un divano e un tavolo da pranzo in modo che tutti possano rilassarsi nello stesso spazio. Tutte le camere da letto e la zona giorno dispongono di grandi TV a schermo piatto sul muro. La cucina è fornita di tutto ciò di cui avresti bisogno per mangiare. Ha anche una macchina per il caffè, tostapane e microonde. C'è un patio sul retro con una zona salotto, un barbecue e un piccolo pozzo del fuoco. Questa unità ha spazio sufficiente per parcheggiare 2 auto. (uno nel garage e uno nel vialetto d'accesso.) Il parcheggio in strada può essere difficile da trovare, quindi questo spazio riservato fa una grande differenza! Ci sono sedie a sdraio, giocattoli di sabbia, ombrelloni e una lavatrice / asciugatrice nel garage. Facciamo del nostro meglio per rendere speciale questa casa. Manteniamo tutto ben mantenuto e lo stile aggiornato. Tutti gli elettrodomestici sono in acciaio inossidabile e i ripiani sono in granito. Stiamo apportando continui miglioramenti per far sì che sembrino una casa lontano da casa. Siamo lieti di aiutare con qualsiasi parte della vostra vacanza che possiamo, dalla pianificazione ai suggerimenti di ristoranti per rispondere alle chiamate di manutenzione. Pensiamo che lo amerai tanto quanto noi!

The location can't be beat! Property is as described and all three of us were delighted. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and highly recommend this property. The communication was excellent!
Enjoyed taking some of the sand chairs to enjoy wine on the beach and the glorious sunset.

Place was perfect for our family of six, sooooooo close to the ocean! We were mainly there for DL (25 min), and this was a great jumping off point. But we could have easily enjoyed a week just hanging locally at the beach, pier, etc! On a rainy week, very glad for the washer and dryer, which got a workout!

The property is in a great location and is comfortably furnished. Unfortunately, it is on the ground floor and two nights we were awakened about 4-4:30am by what sounded like someone walking around in clogs and moving furniture. Where they cleaning between renters? That should definitely be improved.

We loved how close this place is to the beach - just a quick walk! The beach amenities were such a nice touch, and the back patio was perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. It’s also an easy walk to shops and the grocery store, which made everything super convenient.Bring coffee pods (or ground coffee) and earplugs if you’re sensitive - the neighborhood is lively and the houses are close together, so you’ll hear the everyday sounds of people and beach life.We’d definitely stay here again!

This was our 4th trip to the “Neptune” house. And it was wonderful as always. Clean, spacious and steps to the beach. It would have been nice to have screen doors on the backyard slider and front door.

Great location. Very clean, had plenty of kitchen items to cook with. Laundry facilities worked well. Only issue was not being aware there was no ac and it could get stuffy if fans and doors not left open and on.

Great Location!

Location was conveniently close to the beach . . . a short 100 yard walk. We were able to experience the ocean without having to drive and park. The three bedrooms were adequately furnished and the beds were comfortable.The host was extremely accommodating and replied to messages quickly. We would definitely consider staying here again.

My family and I love to travel. We enjoy seeing new places, although we also tend to revisit favorites. All four of us are fish and could spend all day in the sun and water. Unfortunately, school and work like to get in the way!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

After going on vacation in Newport Beach we were all hooked. We knew this was some place we wanted to visit every summer with the kids and eventually the grandkids. When we found this property it felt like a perfect fit. We like that it is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and we can go back and forth from the house to the beach easily. Our walks to the pier together every morning to look for shells and pick up a coffee (and the uninterrupted talks that go with that) are priceless to me.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

It is so awesome to be able to park the car and get out and exercise. During our beach week we take long walks on the beach, ride bikes, swim, paddle board and kayak. For us it is less than an hour away from our home but feels like a world away without all of the everyday distractions. It is so great being near 50th. You miss the traffic and crowds that come with being closer to the pier and the parking lots. This downstairs unit stays hidden from the street and sun and feels very quiet and private. It also tends to stay pretty cool in the summer heat. We love it!!
