Light, spacious, 930 sq. ft. condo, with bedrooms situated on opposite sides of unit. Two screened lanais, four patio doors(one from kitchen, from living room, and one from each bedroom, onto the lanais. Laundry in unit. Master features king bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, and hide-a-bed in living room is full size. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Fully appointed kitchen with stainless appliances. Very nice home away from home.

About Jeri Woodall or Joyce Buck

I live in Missouri, and have a granddaughter in the Clearwater area, she is my only grandchild, so I wanted to be able to visit, and yet feel at home, so this condo was a perfect choice. I do not need it for long periods of time, so thought I could share it with others who want to visit the area, and need a comfortable home for a week or two.

After searching the area for several months, I chose this condo for it's peaceful and secure setting. I feel right at home, and comfortable here.

What makes this condo unique

I Love this property, because it is so quiet, and peaceful. It felt like home, the moment I walked onto the back lanai. Nice water view from back lanai, and it is just minutes from everything the area has to offer. I feel very blessed to have found it, and hope I can help others afford to visit the area, and enjoy all it has to offer.

Close to everything!

The condo and property was very nice. Even tho you are close to major roads it is quiet back in the gated community. Close to two pools. Enjoyed watching the alligators in the lake. We were close to Tarpon Springs, loved our visit to Safety Harbor and Honeymoon Island I was a little disappointed at the amount of cleaning we were expected to do before we left, but all in all it was a nice place to stay.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation.

This gated community in Oldsmar is wonderful. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom floor plan worked well for us. It was a little cool while we were there but the lanai on the lake was a great place for coffee or eating our meals. The condo is close to all our favorite spots like Tarpon Springs and the Whistle Stop in Safety Harbor. Can't wait to come again!

Quiet gated community conveniently located

Have stayed there a couple times now and have already booked for next year. The condo is very nicely decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and handy washer/dryer for the longer stays. The gated community is quiet with friendly residents. Morning coffee on the back porch overlooking the lake with the local resident birds was relaxing. Conveniently located, with restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers right outside the community. Relatively short drives to pretty much all on itinerary including beaches/kayaking at state parks, Tarpon Springs sponge docks, Tampa Bay Downs horseracing and golf courses/golf practice facilities.

Property is awesome. Perfect location!

The condo is beautiful with a lovely view of the lake . Very comfortable and clean ! The condo is furnished with everything you need and more . Grocery stores, movies and shopping all within 5-10 minutes away. It is a very short drive to Tampa airport. We definitely will book again !

It takes about 20 minutes to get to the Sponge Docks at Tarpon Springs (highly recommend a day here) Greek food, fresh sea sponges, boat tours to islands to pick up shells. Busch Gardens is 30 minutes away. St.Joseph's sound is 5 minutes away. Fish from the pier, or just take a stroll. This unit is just minutes from everything the Tampa area has to offer, and it is in the gated, quiet Eastlake Woodlands. After a busy day at the beach, Sponge Docks, Busch Gardens, Honeymoon Island, fishing, shopping, etc, you can retreat to this peaceful oasis, relax at two pools(just a minute's walk from your door)or have dinner on one of the two screened lanais.

To help keep the property affordable. We use an honor system for keeping it clean. Guests are required to leave unit clean, and tidy, for the next guests. Housekeeping is available via a private company. They charge $100.00 to clean the unit. Business cards can be found on desk beside living room television. Call owner for further details. We accept Paypal. There is a 3% fee on charges in the U.S. and 5% on all charges outside of the U.S. This fee will be deducted from the deposit. A $50.00 unit inspection fee is applied to all bookings of less than one week, if housekeeping is not requested.
