Se trata de hermosos condominios "de Lake Tarpon Villa". Se trata de un pequeño y tranquilo complejo de asociación de 40 unidades en el lago Tarpon. Este condominio totalmente amueblado está situado en una laguna como el establecimiento en el Lago Tarpon, diez minutos al este de algunos de los más populares de arena blanca del Golfo de México playas y puestas de sol en la nación. Este precioso complejo está rodeado de agua y pasarelas, una característica notable de la paz y tranquilidad!
Este segundo piso del condominio cuenta con una piscina comunitaria climatizada y un jacuzzi de 6 personas. patio trasero del condominio domina la zona y barco muelles piscina donde dispondrá de su propio 2006 de 19 pies barco pontón privado espera de su llegada!
El dormitorio principal es amplio y tiene un patio adjunto adicional.
El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio para la familia o invitados.
El sofá de la sala de la familia tiene un sofá-cama para dormir dos en la comodidad también.
Lake Tarpon es de aproximadamente 4 millas de largo y 2 millas de ancho,
perfecta para la pesca baja y esquí acuático. Este condominio es uno de los 40

Lake Tarpon

We enjoyed use of the pontoon boat. Breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun was relaxing. Also cool breeze during the day was an added plus on Florida’s hot days. It’s close to many restaurants and shopping. Anderson park was near by so we were able to walk along trails.

We stayed 28 days. The weather was less than ideal, cold so we were unable to use the pool and used the pontoon boat twice.Property good points are:Clean, well stocked kitchen, safe neighborhood, responsive hostAreas we didn't like:The linens, pillows and towels have been well usedThe décor and paint are dated and darkThe condo is located in a populated area and the traffic is heavy. Traveling anywhere took much timeThe condo is locked in by a highway and lake so there is no walking paths

Awesome condo and boat!

I went with my 19-year-old son to go fishing on Lake Tarpon. Place was perfect with separate bedrooms and baths for us and everything you would need. The balcony is nice looking out over the canals. However, the boat was the big selling point and was easy to use and get around the lake. We spent all day fishing out on the lake and it was really easy and fast to get around. Paul was great to work with and gave us a quick no-nonsense overview of the boat which worked perfectly for us. It’s a great way to see like tarpon!

Immaculately clean!

This property was better than advertised. The owners stocked the cabinets and left a notebook full of information about activities and restaurants in the area. We didn’t have time to use the boat, but it was a wonderful addition.. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Great condo and boat

This was our second stay and we were just as happy as our first. The condo is clean, well stocked and comfortable but the best part is the boat. Being out on the water is just amazing and being able to drive it ourselves makes it perfect

Lakeside apartment

Good communication and check in info from Paul. Good size apartment with good size communal outdoor pool, feels like your own as no-one else was using. Good area with lovely beaches. Disappointed, due to lack of rain in previous months, that unable to take boat out onto lake. However, Paul more than compensated by taking us out on his searay sundancer cruiser ‘Charming’ for the afternoon and lunch

Tarpon Villa comfortable condo

The condo itself was comfortable & roomy. The view from the balcony in the evening is pretty with palm trees & docks lite up near the pool. The pool wasn't heated, so pretty cool even though the weather was in the 80"s it was colder than the Gulf. We stayed for a few weeks in April. This location is on the east side of Route 19, which is a very busy 8 lane road, 4 lanes North and 4 lanes South. At times it was very difficult to manage to get around. Ubers were readily available. The towns of Palm Harbour, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs are nice to visit.

Enjoyed our repeat visit

Repeat renters. Enjoyed our stay and use of the pontoon boat. Some minor issues resolved quickly by Paul who is always a pleasure to deal with. Unit updates quite nice. Near everything we needed and only downside was the traffic on US19 during the rush hours.

Nice condo in good location

The area is a bit busy/noisy, and the neighborhood is somewhat landlocked. However, it’s a great location to drive to local (and not so local) interests. The owner connected with us a couple of times. The use of the boat was great, although our weather wasn’t the best for boating, pool or hot tub. But we did utilize it several times. The interior is in need of some attention such as quality painting and refresh. We also felt there were too many “extras” in every closet and cupboards for our five week stay. In-unit washer/dryer would be nice!

Great Place with Great Location

Quiet and comfortable. The lake was amazing and all the nearby parks were wonderful. The boat added daily adventures and great times by all. The Town of Dunedin was a gem. The stay here was relaxing and we enjoyed every minute.

Wonderful trip and host

My wife, family and I had a great time. The place was just as described. The pool felt like our own and fishing / boating was great fun for all of us. I recommend this property highly. Kids already want to go back. Owner of the property, Paul, was great to us.

Wonderful

The condo is close to many excellent restaurants and tourist places such as the Sponge Docks, Honeymoon Island, and Anderson Park. The condo is clean and provides for anything you need. The ponton boat and Tarpon Lake are awesome! Defintely recommend staying here!

Comfortable

I was there for my granddaughters first birthday so I was basically only there at night. The bed was comfortable so I slept well. My husband was unable to go with me so we did not get to take the boat out, which was something I had looked forward to.

The Villa surpassed our expectations.

We enjoyed the week with friends. The accommodations were exactly as pictured on VRBO. The pontoon boat was a plus-plus. It was a pleasure to meet Paul, the host. Would highly recommend.

Highly Recommend!!!

My family and I never used VRBO and Paul made it a great experience! Villa was amazing with more than enough amenities. The pontoon even "topped the cake"! We used it daily on the beautiful fresh waters of Lake Tarpon. Plenty of things to do for old and young. My young kids had a blast as did us! Community pool area was quite our whole vacation. We hope to make this trip a yearly vacation. Was sad to leave. Thank you Paul for a family vacation we will never forget!

I hale from Chicago Illinois (1985) and have been in the Military & Law Enforcement field for most of my career. I started a Yacht Management, Transport and Training business in the Tampa Bay area. My wife Karen, in the Insurance field, originated from Tennessee, but has been in Florida since childhood. Karen and I are retired from our career jobs now and want to focus on adding additional condo's and homes to our rental vacation business.

Lake Tarpon Villas is unique in many ways. It has the peacefulness of a romantic getaway on Lake Tarpon but it is nestled in one of the most beautiful beach areas in the country. You can fresh water fish out your back door in one of the best bass fishing lakes in the state, or head to the fishing docks in Tarpon Springs and Clearwater Beach where you can hop on a deep sea fishing boat to catch the big ones! You are within driving distance to Busch Gardens, Sea World and Disney World. The city of Tampa is just a drive over the causeway with many venues you would seek in a larger city. Beach life, entertainment and fine dining in the Florida Suncoast. What more could you ask for!
