The unit heats quickly, please be conservative when turning up the heat and remember to turn it down when you leave. Please respect the building quiet hours. This is our home away from home so we do leave condiments and such in the fridge, please be kind and replace anything you may eat or drink.

Great time at the Blues at the Top

Wonderful location, easy walk to the festival grounds. The place was great and well equipped, very comfortable. The only drawback is because of construction the hot tub was not available; otherwise, we would love to come back at another time. Thanks for a great home away from home.

Nice place close to everything

Very clean condo that was perfect for our small family ski trip. Good restaurants across the street and shuttle was right outside the building. This place was comfortable and had everything we wanted and needed.

Getting back into the Winter Park area and enjoyed my stay

It was great to get back to Winter Park, and I appreciated the convenience and accesability of the condo's location. It is with walking distance of some primary attractions, food options, and bussing options in Winter Park. Things were clean, organized, and i appreviated the downhome feel. Could use some more outlets for charging devices. The extra humidifier was appreciated. Covered parking was challenging with a full size truck. Lots of parking out side, which wasnt a big deal. Really appreciated the electronic lock on the condo, as it was easy to access and secure. Didnt need to communicate much with property manager as things were simple and straight forward. We are looking forward to getting back out to Winter Park. Thank you!

Amazing Stay

This is our second time staying at this condo. It has everything you need, the location is perfect - right on the shuttle line to the resort and walking distance to town, and the host is very responsive. We plan on staying here again!

Very well stocked at an ideal location!

Our party of 5 stayed here comfortably during the week before Christmas. The unit was very well-stocked with blankets, towels, sheets, and kitchen utensils/appliances. Garage parking with elevator service (and luggage carts) was very convenient. The location is great: it's a short drive to the resort, and is very close to the Cooper Creek Transit Center for bus service. Host was polite and responded promptly. We had a great week and would highly recommend!

Excellent weekend stay!

We were in Winter Park for the annual Jazz Festival and this place was within walking distance of the concert venue as well as restaurants and the shopping center. We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive.

Convenience

The owner was readily available to answer questions. Condominium was clean and comfortable. The photos and description are accurate. A walk out patio, garage parking, ski locker storage, elevator in the building, next door to Cooper Creek Square and the shuttle right outside the complex made this the ideal location. You won't be disappointed with this property!

Great Location

Great location to ride the bus. The stop in front on the main road is great, almost any bus will stop and pick you up for the slope. The property is small, but we expected that. The parking situation in the garage was fine and always space. The hot tubs were closed and seemed to be that way for some time. The TV signal would randomly disappear but always came back and we were constantly battling the thermostat as it would set back to around 50 mid day and midnight. I would stay here again. Also the communication from the owners were super easy and efficient.

Ideal location and good value

We had a great stay. The unit is quite small and outdated, but pretty much what I expected at this price point. The unit was clean. We did have a bit of trouble with the Nest thermostat at first. It had a programmed schedule to drop to 52 degrees during the day, and then come back up to 62 later. It took us a while to realized why it would never stay at the 69 degrees we tried to set it at. The bathtub didn't drain well at all, so you end up taking a shower in a couple inches of water, which is kinda gross. Otherwise the place was clean.

Cute and cozy condo in a perfect location.

Winter Park is a small town and this condo was in a great location. In walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Nothing fancy. Great location in front of shuttle stops to the mountain and across street from most the businesses you will want to visit in WP (brewery, coffee shop, Deno’s....). Walked into the condo not having been cleaned at all. Owner got the cleaning crew out immediately and basically refunded the cleaning fee. Was inconvenient but they did their best to resolve the incident. If you are just looking for a place to rest your head while you hit the mountain, this place will work.

It was perfect!

We were within walking distance of everything in Winter Park. It was a little tricky figuring out where to enter the building at first, but we figured it out in the end. It was a quiet space with a nice outdoor area. I would go back!

Nice place to stay. Close walking distance from town where they are plenty of places to drink and eat. Private covered parking. Only bad thing was the refrigerator and freezer had several expired items.
