Rosita #3 is a two bedroom, two bath condo that can sleep up to six. This deluxe townhouse-style unit is three story with lots of front glass to overlook the Continental Divide. It is three miles from world-class skiing and is located on the complimentary shuttle bus route. This is a non-smoking unit and No pets allowed.

Hideaway Village is a sparsely populated condo association with only 110 units on 33 acres. The building is backed up to a forest of tall pines.

The kitchen is fully-equipped including a microwave. There are private wood decks on the second and third floors. Included is a large moss-rock fireplace with new gas logs. There are two queen beds and a queen-size sofabed pullout in the living room couch. The main bedding is 'world class' Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Nightly rates from $85 to $250. Completely remodeled in 2005.

At the clubhouse is an indoor pool with hot-tub, and coin-operated laundry facility. The owner provides a free locker at the ski area that will hold four sets of skis, boots, and poles.

Wonderful place for our summer visit!

Beautiful surroundings! The condominium was a very nice, comfortable place for our family. We have 2 teenagers and a tween and it was very roomy for all of us. All of the amenities felt like home. The pool, hot tub and laundry facilities were within walking distance. Many activities, hiking, shopping, etc. in Winter Park and surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Best vacation rentals ever! Tim was so much help!

We had a perfect vacation how often can you say That! My family was comfortable and had a great time we had everything from a blender to a pool,the views were breath taking! We have told all our friends and family members about this great rental property! Tim was so helpful and everything was very clean! We will be coming back to winter Park to stay here again! It's so often that description does not match the place,well it did they were very stocked up and everything was very accurate and up-to-date information! If you are looking for peace and quiet. This is the place it was close to everything we had a wonderful vacation. The pool was so much fun the kids loved it! Thank you so much The Cawlfields

The ideal winter cabin

My friends and I had a blast snowboarding at Winter Park, and having such a comfortable unit to come back to at the end of the day was just what we needed. It is homey and cozy, and the owners very much keep after it. We'll have to come back!

This condo was ideal!

It was easy to find this condo, as we drove right to it. Everything was clean and it was well stocked with linens and kitchen equipment. Our family used the hot tub and swimming pool at the nearby Recreation Center, each night after skiing and snowboarding.

We did not have very good cell phone coverage in the condo, unless we went to the 3rd floor. Also, we couldn't access the WiFi. The code we were given didn't work.

We liked going to Fraser to the tubing hill. Wow that was fun!

We would recommend this condo to our family and friends.

Great location and great property

I stayed her over Labor day. The unit was very nice, extremely clean, and well stocked with towels and toiletries. There are also pots, pans, glassware and plates for 8. The refrigerator and stove worked great as we cooked several meals in the unit. They have dumpster outside for trash which is way easier than garbage cans. Keys were mailed over a week ahead of time, and there was postage paid envelope to mail them back in. I would highly recommend this unit.

Rosita is located in the Town of Winter Park and is only 3 miles to the Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Areas that provide all levels of world-class snow skiing. It has the largest mapped mountain-bike trails in the U. S. It is in close proximity to Grand Lake and summer boating and the very popular Rocky Mountain National Forest. There are extensive marked mountain hiking trails and numerous professional level golf courses.
