Our Association has changed its rules and no longer allows 30-day rentals in our community. The rental time is now 90 days.
Set in a quiet neighborhood the Patio Home has two walled patios, one in the front and one in the back, and a two-car garage. The interior has a living/dining area with a fireplace, den, two bedrooms, and two baths. The den has a 32-inch flat-screen TV and a full sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has an on-suite with a shower, king bed, and a 32-inch Flat Screen TV. The second bedroom is set up with a queen bed. The home is fully furnished including a washer and dryer, all the linens, and kitchen supplies. Granite Counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is cable TV and wireless internet. A propane BB grill is in the back patio for your use. The home has central air and heat for your comfort.
There is a walking path through the greenbelt just outside the front door that will take you to the pool/Jacuzzi and mailboxes, all shaded with mature trees.
Within a few minutes' walk outside the community, you will find the following: A small family park, Oakland A's minor league training facility, grocery store, drug store, eatery, and HoHoKam Stadium, Oakland A's Spring Training facility.
Located within 5 miles you will find the new Cubs Park at River View boasting a large family park that includes a lake. Across the street from the Stadium is River View Shopping Mall where you will find many restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater. Quick drive north on the 101 freeway will take you to Salt River Fields at Talking Stick where the Arizona Diamond Backs and the Colorado Rockies hold their Spring Training games. On the east side of the 101 across from Salt River Fields is the new Talking Stick Resort and Casino. There is a museum, a large library, and an Arts Center in downtown Mesa. You will find a number of Shows going on at the Arts Center along with weekend fairs on Main Street also. Within 5 miles there are two city golf courses, Royal Palms will give you 9 holes and Dobson Ranch is a full 18-hole course.
There are many things to do in Arizona in the winter with our fantastic weather. Use the patio home as your start for the day and weekend trips around our beautiful state.

Wonderful location, wonderful homeowners!

This is the third year where the four of us (two sisters and their spouses) have rented a house in the Phoenix area together but our first year in Mesa. The location here was perfect for us as we were close to friends and to most of the places we like to go. The house itself was very clean when we arrived and tastefully decorated. The beautiful common pool and hot tub area was a definite highlight of our stay. The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Thank you Nancy and Roger!

Awesome first VRBO experience!

This was our first experience with using VRBO, and it was a great one! My father was receiving medical/health care at a clinic less than 2 miles from the home. The owner met us at the home, and upon arrival everything looked clean and as expected from the photos. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything that we needed to get us started living comfortably in this home for the next 6-8 weeks. My mom kept saying, "Oh, they really thought of everything!". From kitchen items, to desk items, paper goods to night lights--it was all there or to be found in the closest cabinet or closet. We enjoyed the two sunny patios on the home in which we could sit and soak up some sun--good for healing mind and body! We were impressed how pretty the development was with neatly trimmed landscape and pool area. The owners were very nice (and prompt) to deal with, which made us feel like we would use them again if we ever need a vacation rental in the future. Overall, it was a super first-time experience that will definitely encourage us to use VRBO again.

Great place to stay!

Our winter stay was excellent. This townhome met all our requirements. We were comfortable and close to everything. Downtown Mesa was close as well as the light rail. Nancy and Roger were wonderful to work with and were quick to respond if we had a problem. We look forward to staying here in the future and would recommend this residence to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay at this home. The owner was easy to work with and available when needed. The home is very well furnished with everything needed. It was very clean. The furniture is comfortable and works well in each room for both renters and their guests. There are enough decorative objects to make it homey without being cluttered. The electric candles and fireplace were appreciated!

What better way to honor a loved Uncle who left me a bit of cash than to do what he loved to do, investing his money in properties. So I bought this Patio Home!

I chose this patio home because it is so close to the main freeways in our Valley which will take you to many sports, and cultural activities throughout the valley. Plus give you a quiet place to rest up for your next adventure.
