This beachfront house is your perfect beach time getaway. The ocean is steps from your front patio. You could throw a Frisbee into the ocean from the front lounging area. You have your own private walk over where you can sit to enjoy coffee, read a magazine, or watch passerby's as they walk on the beach. This beach house is located on a private stretch of the beach that does not allow cars so the only sound you'll hear is the ocean.

We have recently renovated the exterior - new decking, pavers, shower enclosure. We have also fully renovated the kitchen. The house is located in an upscale neighborhood with million dollar houses flanking each side. The inside has been completely overhauled. The owner has replaced all windows, sliding glass doors, the air conditioning unit, most appliances, and the flooring throughout. The downstairs main living area has a mounted flat screen TV with full cable, including a sports and entertainment package (i.e. millions of channels!). The house also has free WIFI internet. One bedroom has a king size Sleep Number bed. The guest room has two sets of new bunk beds. It comes fully equipped with towels, linens, dishes, and cutlery. Just bring your bathing suit and flip flops! The downstairs unit has a full laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer.

The location is superb. You are 2 minutes from the famous J.B.'s Fishcamp Bar and Restaurant. J.B.'s has fresh seafood and live music almost every night. You are also less than 2 minutes from the intracoastal waterway - think kayaking, manatee watching, and fishing! You are about 10 minutes to Flagler Ave, which is the main strip in New Smyrna Beach. Flagler Ave now touts several new trendy restaurants, luxurious spas, and unique shopping. The place is hopping all year long. And, of course, you are only one hour from Orlando (that is, if you ever want to leave the beach!). Orlando is home to upscale shopping, a culinary explosion of restaurants, and some of the best attractions in the world.
