This home comfortably sleeps up to 11 people; the Master Bedroom features a King size select comfort bed & its own Full Bathroom, Two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk room with full size bunks and pull out trundle bed. Three Full Bathrooms make it easy to get up and get going in the morning! There is a fully equipped kitchen with Kenmore Elite appliances and granite countertops.

Recently added a sauna in the lower level. Perfect for after a day on the slopes.

Two separate living areas with comfortable furniture and a huge deck with unobstructed views of Buffalo and Red Mountains.

Recently renovated the exterior of the house with new siding and rebuilt the deck.

Easy access to I-70, restaurants, grocery store, Target and the Silverthorne Outlet Mall is just minutes away.

Dillon is located in the Heart of Ski Country.

• 7 miles to Copper Mountain

• 10 miles to Breckenridge

• 10 miles to Keystone and Arapahoe Basin

• And about ½ hour drive to Vail and Beaver Creek

(The Free Summit Stage bus will take you to Copper, Breck, Keystone & A-Basin and the stop is only a block away)

The Frisco Nordic Center is only minutes away, which has 46 kilometers of groomed Cross Country Ski trails for all abilities and trails for snowshoes.

This home is right next to Summit County’s extensive system of paved bike trails. There is also great mountain biking and hiking in the area.

Our Thanksgiving getaway at your home did not disappoint. From the time we pulled up to the residence until we drove away at the end our of stay, we were nothing short of delighted with your home and our stay.

The view, location and convenience to Dillon, Silverthorne and Frisco were phenomenal. We had plenty of room and all the amenities were perfect. There was nothing like having gorgeous weather on Thanksgiving Day enough to be able to partake of our meal outside on the deck.

Perfect house for large group

This is a great house - very open and clean and not full of junk! 12 of us stayed here for a wedding weekend and we especially enjoyed the view from the deck, the spacious open living areas, and comfortable beds. We will definitely be back!!

Great location near the lake, looks small on the outside, nicely done and spacious inside

We had 8 people in the house and found it to be comfortable, well maintained, clean and roomy.

The house appears much smaller than it is in the exterior photos. All 8 of us had plenty of room.

The master bed was a SleepNumber bed, which was kind of a novelty for us and comfortable.

We enjoyed the sauna and used the 1ish car garage space to pile out excess gear (coolers, etc).

The entire house seems to be recently remodeled and it was refreshing to see that quality materials and workmanship used in the remodel, rather than the cheap work most rentals get.

We would happily stay there again. -Tim

Perfect for Summer

The place was perfect for our large family. The split levels gives you plenty of room but the main floor is great for the gathering.

Management was very responsive to contact.

Very basic but very nice

Kitchen was excellent! Sleep number mattress in Master was difficult to navigate with no instructions. I found it very uncomfortable and longed for a good basic mattress. We absolutely loved the back deck and wished for nicer more comfortable seating. It was such a beautiful view but with sparse uncomfortable seating, we didn't use it as much as we would have liked to.

Location was awesome. Walking distance to everything! Loved Arapaho breakfast and the Farmers Market. Appreciated the bikes!

Everything that a renter could need was available at this home.
