This 2BR 2 BA BEACHFRONT condo located on the second floor in the 15 story Beachside 1 bldg of the Sandestin Golf and Beach resort. THIS CONDO IS MANAGED BY THE OWNERS. YOU ARE SPEAKING AND BOOKING DIRECTLY WITH THE OWNERS. No need to worry if your booking is valid. You will be speaking with us and know that this is the condo that you will stay in. This condo is their second home and not a stripped down condo. It is equipped fully with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach equipment.

Completely renovated and newly furnished, this comfortable condo has everything that you could want. Freshly painted and updated with new furniture and flat screen televisions. The master bath was just completed in Dec 2015.

About Ann and Tom Haller

This unit is owned and managed by Ann and Tom Haller. We have twin sons and are now empty nesters living in historic Annapolis,Maryland. We have rented our homes in Annapolis to the families of the United States Naval Academy graduates for their families for Commissioning Week. We are excited to have made Sandestin our second home and look forward to sharing it with others who will come to love Sandestin as much as we do. We also own a second condo right on the same floor. If you are traveling with family or friends and require a second condo, you can now do so. Rent 2 condos and deal with one owner. Our other property is VRBO #296070

Why Ann and Tom Haller chose Sandestin

We first visited Sandestin in 1993 when our boys were only four and fell in love with it!! Since our first visit, we have travelled throughout the southeast and the Caribbean but never found a better resort community with as many features and activities. The water and beaches are spectacular, perfect for young children. The fall sunsets are breathtaking. Our children are grown now but there is just as much to do, we have just as much fun, as we did when our children were young. There is something here for every age group. With so many vacations spots, you outgrow them as your family ages, but not here.

What makes this condo unique

We love that the activities that we like to do are so accessible. The biggest advantage to this unit is the access to the beach and pool. The second floor location is right on the walkway to the beach and pool so there is no waiting for the elevator. It makes it easy to go in to grab a quick lunch or cold drink without leaving the beach too long.

The best!

Loved every part of this property! Everything was so clean & beautiful. It was so nice having beach access right on our floor. The closet full of beach items was so helpful too. Saved us a lot of space not having to bring those things. I could not say enough great things about this property & the owners are even better! Very kind & responsive to messages. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Wonderful condo! Location, comfort and amenities were perfect!

We had the best week at this condo. Sandestin is a very nice community. The view is breathtaking, coffee every morning on the balcony was a perfect start to our days. The beach is just steps away. The owners make every opportunity to make sure the stay is up to par. We will be back!

This was our second time staying in this unit, and we will, most definitely come back!

We loved the kitchen; it has everything you need to cook anything. Even a Belgian waffle maker! We also love the view from the patio whether we are enjoying a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Beautiful!! And the beach is so close! We love the ease of walking to the beach. No elevators or stairs, just a short walk from the unit and there it is! The owners are thoughtful by providing beach chairs, towels, toys, and coolers! Nice touch! Can't wait to return!

Fantastic Condo - Excellent location of unit and wonderful facility.

Tom Haller the owner was very helpful through the whole process which I needed since this was my first condo rental and first experience with VRBO. Everything went perfect including getting my security deposit within a week of leaving the property. Will definitely be back for this vacation bargain.

The condo was quiet, clean, and beautiful with a private balcony (with a view of the swimming pool, beach, and landscaping). Everyone was friendly and children/teens were all well behaved. We did not have to use a elevator or stairs to get to the beach, whirlpool or sauna since the the unit was on the same level. The shared spaces were not crowded and we found time alone in the hot tub and pool. The unit contained so many amenities that all we had to do was buy food. Everything else was there from pans to bake, to a colander for pasta. There were 4 sets of beach chairs /mini surfboards/bath towels, and more in a closet. All the bedding and bath/kitchen towels were clean and of good quality.

The area was a safe gated community that was extremely well maintained. We were very lucky with 5 days of sunshine in the upper 70's. The kids went parasailing at sundog about a 20 min drive. A real bargain at $45/ea which included a 20 min boat ride with many dolphin sightings that took us to the parasail boat. Our teens were in the air for almost 15 mins. We also took the free shuttle to Village of Baytowne Wharf and saw a concert for free. There was also live music in the restaurants and many other attractions.
