SansSouci "No Worries" Summerwoods of Amelia Condo,Walk to Beach! OR Enjoy Pool!

Summerwoods of Amelia, a newer community located on the south end of the island where the parkway is canopied with majestic oaks. It is beautiful. Located between the Ritz Carlton and the renowned Summer Beach area, it is in my opinion the perfect location. We welcome you to stay at our Vacation Home, names SansSouci meaning "No Worries" and enjoy Amelia Island as much as we do. Within the majestic canopied oaks is a dedicated beach walkway from the condo to the ocean. (see photos) The villa style condo has a community pool for our guests.

The interior has a Luxury Master Suite with Master Bath that includes 2 shower heads, granite counters, dual sinks. The Master Bedroom has an exterior door leading to the screened lanai; all backed up to a line of trees for privacy. There is a large, upscale kitchen with a granite breakfast bar, which seats three and a dining area for four people.

This property is more desirable because it is newer built community and includes more high end amenities such as 10 foot ceilings, raised panel doors, full size washer and dryer, screened lanai, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and tile flooring.

The Location is perfect near everything. The walk to Beach is quite a haul too far to carry chairs and umbrellas but the drive to several close Beaches worth it with plenty of parking. The condo was clean, comfortable and stocked well. No problem if you have a question or concern Laurie is just a text away.

This was a great vacation and this condo made it feel like home. Perfect location, close to grocery, beach, and some restaurants. Condo is super clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beds are comfy, Directv Stream in living room and both bedrooms, kitchen is roomy, and a nice screened in patio outback. Stop looking and rent this place, you won't be disappointed!

The pictures don’t do it justice! Well stocked and very clean place. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Laurie is wonderful about communicating all information needed for your stay. If you have a lot of beach stuff, consider renting a golf cart or bringing a wagon. We will definitely be back!

Laurie was a great host and provided some excellent suggestions about how to enjoy Amelia Island. Although I walk to slow to reach the beach in 5 minutes, it is an easy shade-covered walk from the neighborhood to the beach access.

Why they chose this property

To me this is Paradise. That's why I named it Villa Sans Souci, a place with 'no worries', where you can be 'carefree' and enjoy your time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life back home. I always get pulled back to Summerwoods of Amelia. My favorite past time is enjoying the beach, boating and beachcombing. You never know the treasures you will find while exploring nature and enjoying the wonderful surroundings that await you here on Amelia Island. Please come and stay awhile. You will be glad you did!

What makes this property unique

Villa Sans Souci has Free WIFI, 3 Flat Screen TV's, Netflix available with your subscription, and DVD player. The screened in Lanai is a great place to relax for an evening cocktail after a carefree day of enjoying all the island has to offer.
