Luxury Summerwoods First Floor Villa 2 Br / 2ba W / Acceso exclusivo a la playa

Summerwoods, una nueva comunidad ubicada en el extremo sur de la isla donde la avenida está cubierta con majestuosos robles. Es hermoso. Ubicado entre el Ritz Carlton y la famosa zona de Summer Beach, en mi opinión, es la ubicación perfecta. Le invitamos a quedarse en nuestra casa de vacaciones y disfrutar de Summerwoods of Amelia tanto como nosotros. Dentro de los majestuosos robles con dosel hay un camino dedicado a la playa desde las Villas hasta el océano. (ver fotos) El condominio estilo villa tiene una piscina privada y cabaña para nuestros huéspedes.

El interior tiene una Master Suite de lujo con baño principal que incluye 2 cabezales de ducha, encimeras de granito, lavabos dobles. El dormitorio principal tiene una puerta exterior que conduce a la terraza filtrada; todo respaldado en una línea de árboles para mayor privacidad. Hay una gran cocina de lujo con una barra de desayuno de granito, con capacidad para tres y un comedor para cuatro personas.

Esta propiedad es más deseable porque es de nueva construcción en 2014 e incluye más comodidades de alta gama, como techos de 10 pies, puertas con paneles elevados, lavadora y secadora estándar, lanai apantallado, mostradores de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y pisos cerámicos.

Perfect Peaceful Stay

The Location is perfect near everything. The walk to Beach is quite a haul too far to carry chairs and umbrellas but the drive to several close Beaches worth it with plenty of parking. The condo was clean, comfortable and stocked well. No problem if you have a question or concern Laurie is just a text away.

We absolutely loved our condo. It was clean, fresh, tidy and comfy. The host Laurie was available and in touch about gate codes before I could even ask. A must stay for your trip. It’s close to the beach which is where we spent most of our time. We will be back for sure!

Quiet and peaceful

Laurie was a great host and provided some excellent suggestions about how to enjoy Amelia Island. Although I walk to slow to reach the beach in 5 minutes, it is an easy shade-covered walk from the neighborhood to the beach access.

The bed in the master is shot, the queen is OK. Could use new carpet. The condo is dark, no front or side windows, only windows face NW. Only one space to park, under palm tree which drops small black seeds and brown stains on car each night. Condo is well maintained and clean. 10 minute walk to beach. Must drive if you have chairs and umbrella.

Excellent as always

This is the second time we have stayed at Summerwoods and we have thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The condo is beautiful and clean. We brought our bikes and rode literally from one end of the island to the other (and beyond to Big Talbot.). I hope we can come again.

This is the most well-thought out, and well-equipped villa we have EVER stayed at. Everything was provided: paper towels, toilet paper, dish and laundry detergent, nightlights are just a few. Nice pool, and the garage has chairs and beach umbrella. Would give Laurie and her property 10 stars if we could!

Laurie was very helpful with restaurants. We played a lot of pickleball, tennis and golf. Great location and accommodations. Very clean. Definitely coming back.

Beautiful, comfortable, delightful property and location.

Laurie was incredibly responsive and helpful and made everything easy from pre-check-in to communication about a very short power outage during a lightening storm to check-out. I wondered if she/they might be a little new to VRBO-ing as she did seem rather concerned at times about the number of people staying, etc. Of course that’s understandable in general as a property owner. I had hoped it didn’t mean that things would be difficult or big-brotherly but that wasn’t the case and the stay couldn’t have been much more wonderful. One small suggestion I would have is if they could make arrangements to have the garage available either for a car or a golf-cart rental (that’s where they keep their golf-cart which is not usable by others) but it didn’t hamper our enjoyment as we had family staying right on the beach and we could park there and/or it was a pleasant half-mile walk along the walkway in the shade/foliage. HIGHLY recommend.

Stunning & Cozy!

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood. The pictures don’t do this home justice. Stunning! So cozy and beautifully decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. We loved the lanai type porch on the back. Wonderful for morning coffee and a book. Would highly recommend to any friend looking to visit Amelia Island. We will be back!

Great place to stay,. Excellent experience

We had a wonderful time . Condo was clean , spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Pool was close by. Never crowded. Beach was fairly close but we chose to drive . Plenty of parking.. Would definitely stay again.

To me this is Paradise. That's why I named it Villa Sans Souci, a place with 'no worries', where you can be 'carefree' and enjoy your time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life back home. I always get pulled back to Summerwoods of Amelia. My favorite past time is enjoying the beach, boating and beachcombing. You never know the treasures you will find while exploring nature and enjoying the wonderful surroundings that await you here on Amelia Island. Please come and stay awhile. You will be glad you did!

Villa Sans Souci has Free WIFI, 3 Flat Screen TV's, Netflix available with your subscription, and DVD player.
