Maison de 4 chambres sur l'eau idéale pour les familles! Près des commodités, du canal et plus encore!

C'est un super endroit pour séjourner avec la famille! La maison surplombe la magnifique baie de Buzzards, paisible et sereine. Venez tenter votre chance en pêchant dans la cour / plage ou programmez une sortie de pêche. Ramassez des coquillages, trouvez des palourdes et des huîtres et observez l'océan pendant que vous sirotez votre café. Faites du kayak dans la baie ou descendez la rue pour jouer au mini-golf ou manger dans un restaurant familial - il y a tellement d'options pour s'amuser tout en restant dans cette maison bien entretenue. Il y a aussi une grande cour arrière pour les enfants à jouer.

Au premier étage, il y a une belle salle à manger, cuisine, salle familiale, salle de bain complète et 2 chambres - Une chambre a un lit Queen et une chambre qui a 2 lits jumeaux comme lits superposés, qui peuvent facilement être mis en place comme un lit King-size.

A l'étage, il y a aussi une salle de bain complète, un lit king-size, un lit queen-size et une petite chambre avec des lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres ont un accès par câble à l'exception de la petite chambre lits jumeaux.

Nous aimons tellement cet endroit que nous avons 4 maisons d'affilée! Nous restons dans l'un et louons les autres; laissant de nombreuses options pour vous en tant que vacancier! Vous avez toujours voulu emmener la famille en vacances, mais donner aux beaux-parents leur propre endroit pour dormir? Aucun problème! Perfect for families with little kids

Private beach and large grass area kept two 6 year olds and a four year old happy and exhausted. Use of two kayaks kept adults on the go. Owner was helpful and responsive.

Great location!

Easy access to big beaches and ferries. Little ones enjoyed the splash pad/playground down the street, and built many sand castles and splashed at our own beach. We could see the railroad bridge from the yard. The house was clean, the kitchen had all you need, and the beds were comfy.

Perfect location

We came to the area for our son’s graduation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. The house was in a perfect location with a beautiful view of the water. We had several family members with us and there was room for everyone. We planned to grill for dinner and found the grill was missing a propane tank. We messaged the owner and they had one for us the next day. Communication was easy and always received quick responses. Recommend for large families coming to the Cape for a summer vacation.

Family beach vacation!

We had such a great time staying in this house with my sister in law and her family. My other sister & brother in law stayed next door. There were 12 of us total. The house was nice and clean and plenty of room for all. We had 4 adults, 4 kids in the house. The backyard was amazing where we spent a lot of time in the yard playing games and relaxing on the chairs. Everyone swam and used the kayaks. My 5 year old was asking to go back before the week even ended. Thanks Ralph!

The Right Place with Plenty of Space.

The five bedrooms were a perfect fit for our family. We had plenty of room to spread out. Everything we needed was included except personable items. We stayed in January so while we all spent some time on the sandy little beach it wasn’t our main attraction. Due to the cold we spent more hours in the windows overlooking the bay. The ducks and geese were a favorite attraction. The backyard was very comfortable to sit in looking over the water and relaxing. The small neighborhood was wonderful for walking as there was no traffic and it loops around. Multiple amenities and attractions are only a short distance away.

Wonderful stay

Location was amazing, close to great trails, the Cape and Boston, private beach was quiet and great for swimming all day. Host was attentive and welcoming!

Perfect Summer Getaway

Ralph and his family are so helpful and easy to work with. Property was wonderful, clean, and fully stocked for our arrival. It was the perfect beach getaway for our family. We hope to be back again very soon!

Classic New England Beauty

What a wonderful property! Beautiful overlook of Buzzards Bay and the shore area is perfect for young children. Home is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Owners are extremely kind. Everything on Cape Cod is a reasonable drive from here. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location, clean house, great host!

Ralph was a wonderful host, quickly answering any questions we had prior to renting, as well as during our stay. He was very friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Upon arrival, the house was extremely clean and the fact that linens were provided was a plus! The house provided plenty of space for a large family. We traveled with my parents and 2 children; we all had a bedroom in which we could sleep comfortably…and still didn’t use 2 of the bedrooms! It was great that each bedroom had some drawer space and a place to lay/open a suitcase. The view of the bay and the spacious yard was amazing. It was nice for the kids to be able to go crabbing or fishing and we were able to watch them from the yard. We also enjoyed some kayaking on the bay and appreciate being able to use the kayaks! The kids loved it! We had a wonderful time and hope to come back again! Thank you Ralph for being such an amazing host!

Great family time on the water

My wife and son and I rented this home over an extended Memorial Day weekend last year (2016) Not sure what happened to my post when I tried to review this last year.... posting problem could very well have been on my end. Being familiar with the general area over the years, I was pleasantly surprised with the exact location. Ralph was very helpful and welcoming and made sure we were all set to enjoy our time. My son and I fish, so being right on the water and having that access was priceless. The proximity to the bridges, restaurants, stores, gas, etc, makes this a great location to efficiently use vacation time too. The house was in great shape, clean and spacious, the backyard and entry porch spread things out even more and made us feel very at home. Good times for sure...

It is a lovely year round home in a beautiful location

The landlord is a very pleasant and friendly person that makes sure his property is taken care of. We didn't call him over any issues(that were very minor) but I'm sure he would have responded and resolved any problems. These happened after only one day and we were able to fix them right away without bothering him even though he was right next door.. The property was spotless which was a big plus. We had a few mix-ups before checking in but they were resolved easily. The negatives would be the check-in - check out. I don't mind a check in of 4:00 which means most of the day is gone but I felt the check out time of 9:00 AM meant another day gone making it really a 6 day rental. .. Most of my family had to leave the night before so we could leave the property spotless (which we did). We didn't ask to use the kayaks that were mentioned in the listing .and didn't think the gas grill should be used. These things were not deal breakers and did not diminish the .wonderful time spent there. This property should be at the top of the list for anyone wanting waterfront and a great location.

Cape Cod Family Reunion

We rented this home for a mini family reunion. We ranged in age from 8 months to great grand-dad at 85! It was a great place to let us adults rest and relax, but close enough to everything for the kids to go out and enjoy themselves too. We brought our Kayaks (but there were some there to borrow also). Being in the Bay it was a great place for the young kids to play on the beach and not worry about large waves. The back yard was very large, and where we spent most of our time. The house slept 10, but we had extended family visit on one or two days. It was a week full of wonderful memories. The absolute only thing we could have asked for was more parking as it was a bit tight. (4 cars max), but Ralph (the owner) was willing to work that out with us too. The owner and his wife live two houses down, so if you needed something, like a lobster fork, they had it for us. Over all we had a great time, and would love to go again sometime. Wonderful place and location!

My husband and I spent a delightful week at this property. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very wonderful host/renter and shown around the large house. It included great kitchen with high quality amenities, a separate room with washer/dryer (again, high quality), bedrooms with comfortable beds, huge flat screen TV with surround sound, plenty of air conditioning, nice bathrooms, a private, outdoor shower (one of my favorite things) and a spectacular view. Everything very clean and spotless. Walking out into the yard and sitting in the Adirondack chairs you realize that the beach is right there! At your feet! I really enjoyed swimming there. There are numerous good restaurants, a Walmart (for all the things you forgot or didn't know you would need) and also a large grocery store with a good fish department that has lobsters, scallops, etc. (And they will boil the lobsters for you at no charge). In the opposite direction is a local seafood store with a small restaurant attached. That place had wonderful fresh oysters. All within minutes away. This place is wonderful and so is the owner!

This property has a large yard to play, a nice stretch of beach. I raised a family on the ocean, and enjoy everything the ocean has to offer: fishing, boating, water skiing, etc!
