EASILY ACCESSIBLE: We are located 50 yards from the intersection of Main Street and Park Avenue. Once you arrive, you can park your car in our free, heated parking garage.... and you don't need to drive again until you leave (unless you want to take a short drive to the Jack Nicklaus-designed Breckenridge Golf Club, the award-winning Breckenridge distillery, or perhaps a scenic mountain drive on a sunny day). The unit can be easily reached by elevator, as well as a corner stair case immediately adjoining our unit.
LOCATION: The location is perfect, especially if you want easy access to skiing, shopping, dining, nightlife, and people-watching. Enjoy the great mountain views, as well as the relaxing sounds of the running creek from the balcony while drinking a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail as the sun sets. You'll be 175-200 yards from the Quick Silver lift at the base of Peak 9. Start off your day with a 1-2 minute walk to grab some coffee or a delicious breakfast at Cool River or La Francaise. If you feel like skiing or snowboarding, we have two ski shops in our building so you can be on the lift as soon as it opens. After a day of skiing, you can relax in the on-site hot tub, enjoy a margarita and great food at Mi Casa restaurant downstairs, or take a short walk to enjoy happy hour at one of the numerous restaurants or bars. There are all kinds of options when it comes to dining, from casual to formal, from burgers and pizza to Italian, Mexican, Cajun, or Czech.
OUR CONDO: This is a studio loft corner unit located on the 2nd (top) residential floor, and it is a two-level floorplan. The unit sleeps four (possibly five, but might be crowded) and is perfect for a family trip, a group trip, or a romantic getaway. The loft bedroom has a queen bed and a twin futon bed, as well as a full closet. The downstairs living room has a comfortable full-sized futon that folds out, a 42' LED TV with cable (FREE WIFI), a fireplace, and access to our private balcony. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a bar area with seating for three. The full bathroom is updated. A laundry facility is located on the same floor.
