Este condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra en el principal desarrollo frente al mar en Wrightsville Beach en el Dune Ridge Resort.

Bien decorado con un gran balcón que ofrece una espectacular vista panorámica del Océano Atlántico desde el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y baño privado completo. Las dos habitaciones de invitados están en el lado del pantano, una con una reina y otra con dos gemelos. August 2021: Week at Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we love the location, we found the apartment to be lacking in quality. The kitchen was not clean. A cleaning service actually broke our kitchen faucet. We reported the issue and were promised a plumber. No plumber ever came.

Hello Jon. . Thank You for bringing this to our attention as were able to get a plumber out and place a temporary faucet after we sent our maintenance tech tried to fix the faucet. I am glad that we were able to get housekeeping out to take care of the kitchen that was not to cleaning standards. We look forward to seeing you on your next vacation stay.

The unit is well supplied, the furniture and beds are comfortable, the view is magnificent. The only thing that I would like to see changed is that the living room rug needs to be cleaned. That is not a reflection on the owner, but on previous guests.

Beautiful View

The location and view was amazing. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property as we discovered several dirty dishes put away and half used things all over. Luckily the view helped make up for it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stunning views of sunrise & sunset. This was our first trip since Covid. The beach was not too crowded & all precautions were taken. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Beds were comfortable, had everything we needed for cooking in most meals. Loved the balcony and it's furnishings, we ate most meals out there. The kitchen & baths could use updating, but overall we were pleased. As a fellow Charlotte Artist, I greatly appreciated all the original art. Would definitely stay here again.

Reasonable for the price. Cable did not work and Wifi really poor, a lot of restaurants within 5-10 minute ride, nothing really walkable, with some upgraded paint, furniture and repairs this unit could be Really good

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived to unlocked door. Closet door off the track. Two water bottles and paper towels behind nightstand in bedroom. New stove and microwave but microwave no hooked up so no exhaust fan in kitchen. Trashcan in cabinet track was sticking making it difficult to use. No ceiling fan or overhead light in one bedroom. Carpet in front bedrooms was dirty.Won't be going back to 2409 Duneridge again.

Nice Location, Needs Refreshing

We love it. We have had an assortment of units over the years. This unit, while on the prized 4th floor, was a disappointment. While the initial appearance looks nice, it clearly has not been updated and many fixtures/appliances are original. The cabinet for the garbage can is broken and hard to open. The stove is original - meaning 20+ years old. Countertops original. Floors original. Kitchen equipment is original and needs to be replaced. Bathrooms need to be updated. The blender was probably 25 years old. The light i the bathroom does not work. The sliding glass door to the porch was difficult to open and there was no screen. The majority of updating wouldn't cost that much, so it makes you feel like the owner just doesn't care.

They were even able to accommodate us staying an extra day. Pool was really fun and close to the beach. Overall very happy. Only complaint is that for the price I would expect it to be cleaner. There was carpet except for the kitchen and bathrooms and it was very dirty. Dishes and silverware had to be rewashed before use b/c hardened food on many of them. I called to get a new comforter for our room b/c there were were stains on it that looked fresh. New comforter was delivered very quickly.

Always happy at Duneridge

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at the Duneridge many times so obviously enjoy the location and amenities. this particular condo was well furnished on the whole,but could have supplied a TV in master bedroom. Also the carpet was badly stained, which could have happened this season.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Wrightsville Beach area and Duneridge is a wonderful property! We have stayed in several units in past years but this was the 1st time in 2409. The unit has stunning views for the 4th floor, the beach chairs and sand toys were a pleasant surprise but the unit itself is badly in need of updating. The carpet was filthy in the living room and had suspicious sticky spots in the master bedroom. The closets were half full of unused furniture and pictures and the bed in the Queen bedroom was a double bed!

8/20- The owner plans on cleaning carpets during the off season and we will address organization issues at that time. We hope to see this guest next year so we can find them a unit at Duneridge that better suits their needs. KMF

Gorgeous Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Wrightsville Beach. This condo had a great view -- 4th floor allows you to see over the dunes and across the sand. Just beautiful. If you like to surf, the Duneridge resort beach seems to be the place where many of the surf camps and lessons take place -- there are lessons going there all the time, it seems, perhaps because there is no lifeguard there, but also maybe because the surf conditions are pretty good. The unit itself was good, beds comfortable, all we needed for our stay with the exception of a vegetable peeler. The sliding door handle was broken on our arrival. We called on Saturday night and someone came by on Sunday to fix it. The unit was basically clean, though the AC intake grill was incredibly dusty and there was a lot of dust and small debris in the drawers of the bathroom vanity. As with many beach locations, the water tasted sulfurous and had a sulfurous odor. While not a reason not to go there, I wondered if there was a way to ameliorate it.

Would I recommend--Maybe

Reviewer Comments: This condo has a very dated, poorly functioning kitchen and older laundry appliances. The A/C went out repeatedly; sleep was impossible until we activated the reset on the unit. Only then would the space begin to cool. Finally, the twin beds were unusable for sleeping. They would be great at Gitmo! PS I stayed in another unit within this complex previously. It was beautifully appointed, clean, and extremely comfortable. So, yeah, maybe I would recommend this unit--then again, maybe not.

7/23 So sorry this guest was disappointed. Bed preferences unfortunately change for everyone, these owner do prefer a firmer mattress. We are always happy to resolve an issues, we unfortunately weren't aware of the AC during their stay. It is has been fixed now, hope to have them again! CMM

Original Kitchen, horrible mattresses, 1 TV, maybe a 25inch. 2 rooms without ceiling fans. Coffee Maker does not have proper carafe. No linens or towels. Could also use updated plates, cooking utensils, etc. would not recommend this unit.

A Week at Wrightsville
