Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath, 8th floor end unit located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Fabulous large open Chef's Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Master bedroom features king size bed; 50 inch flat screen cable TV; ceiling fan; blackout drapes; new carpet April 2023
Master suite bathroom has oversized walk-in shower & single vanity with granite countertops.
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; 38 inch flat screen cable TV; ceiling fan; new carpet April 2023.
Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity with granite countertop.
Living room has 50 inch flat screen cable TV, & blackout drapes
Full size washer/dryer in the condo.
Linens/towels furnished.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Everything was amazing! The condo was so cozy and such a nice place to come back to and relax. The view on the balcony was amazing and the sitting area outside was great to take a nap or drink your morning coffee! We loved it so much and will definitely return for our next visit!

Look no further for a great stay in Destin! Breakers East is our favorite place to stay in the area. The views are unparalleled and the condos in this building are so accommodating and spacious! Nice Condo & Great Location

Condo was spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was close to restaurants, groceries and attractions. Also great to have a private beach with lounge chairs and umbrella. And the view from the condo balcony is spectacular! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location in Destin FL!

Great rental with amazing views of Destin Beach! We had a lovely visit in this spacious and comfortable unit, complete with relaxing sounds of the ocean. Additionally, communication with the property manager was timely and responsive. Hope to stay at this wonderful unit at Breakers East during our next visit to FL!

We had a great time, the place was better than the pictures. The corner spot was nice having the light from the side and I love how the deck is furnished. We had plenty of space to all spent most of our time out there. This was not our first stay at Breakers East so we knew we would love the place in general. Something worth mentioning, they have some beach toys you can borrow so you don't need to buy/bring your own. The owner was very responsive and we had no concerns. Already booked again for next year!

Heavenly Balcony

We stayed over Spring Break week and were greeted with one of the best vistas on the beach when we arrived. The unit is every but as impressive in person as it is online; perhaps even moreso. There was plenty of room for everyone and the amenities were of the quality that one expects for such a price.Our local contact was very responsive and helpful in correcting a mistake I made in the smart TV, and we were made to feel more like friends than temporary tenants. We will look to rent this same unit when we visit again. 10/10 would recommend!
