Wake up oceanfront in the heart of Destin! The views from this 2-bedroom condo are absolutely stunning! Step out onto your expansive 30-foot balcony and breathe in the salty sea air! This private outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking up the sun while enjoying panoramic ocean views. Whether you are splashing around in the oceanfront pool, playing shuffleboard, serving up your best game on the tennis courts or cooking some freshly caught fish on the community BBQ grills, you will love it here. Our private boardwalk takes you to the sugary white sands and Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

This Oceanfront Vacation Condo includes two large bedrooms with the Master Bedroom suite facing the ocean. Our home provides plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The guest bedroom offers 2 queen beds with a bathroom that can be used as an ensuite. The open-concept living room is perfect for gatherings, featuring comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for movie nights. Enjoy family meals at the dining table or breakfast at the kitchen bar. Channel your inner chef in the kitchen, equipped with all the cookware, and dining essentials. Prepare fresh seafood or your favorite vacation meals with ease. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the refreshing ocean breeze.

Breakers East community offers an oceanfront pool, shuffleboards, tennis courts, community barbeque area, and a private boardwalk. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are just across the boardwalk. The Track and Big Kahuna`s Waterpark is across the street. Shopping, the best seafood areas in town are just minutes away!

*The pool is heated March 1 - May 1 if the outside temperature is 65 or higher. The pool is also heated the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.*

EXCELLENT VIEWS!!! This condo was very clean. It is exactly like the details posted, and exactly as pictures show. Communication was excellent as well. The balcony views are even more gorgeous in person! This condo is on the 12th floor and an end unit. It was perfect!! Beach access is very easy and has only a few stairs. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time to stay at Breaker East. It was the perfect spot on the 12th floor, corner condo, and right on the brach with its own pricate access to the beach. It has a nice size pool as well. It's located close to so many attractions, restaurants, shopping centers and a premium outlet mall. You will not have a problem finding something to do. The staff is very accomodating and responsive to your emails. The condo is very nice and big with awesome views if the ocean. We will definitely go back!

Wonderful Oceanfront Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful oceanfront property! The balcony views were absolutely stunning, and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. The entire place was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Check-in was seamless and easy, and the listing was 100% accurate. We especially loved the pool and direct access to the beach. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful beach retreat!You can adjust this to fit any specific highlights from your stay or add personal touches about your trip!

The condo was beautiful!

We loved the looks of the condo and enjoyed our stay while we were there. The only thing was trying to get out onto the main road. The traffic was terrible and it was hard to make a U-turn to get back in; but other than that very was wonderful!

Everything worked out well, and the pool was great. Access to the beach was very easy. We had no issues at all and would stay there again.

AMAZING!!

My boyfriend and I just got back from our trip. The hosts were great with all our questions and answered quickly. The condo was amazing! Very quiet, clean, spacious condo with plenty of towels. Absolutely amazing! 100% recommend.

My family and I stayed here for spring break and it was absolutely amazing. The views from the balcony is breathtaking. You can sit and watch the dolphins all day long. You can also see the sunrise from the kitchen window. The condo was clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent. I also like that they have a private parking spot in the building.
