Gorgeous 15th floor Emerald Isle 3 bedroom Gulf Front Condo!

* Please note that the Emerald Isle HOA is currently performing an ongoing balcony recoating project, where balconies could be unavailable. Additionally, due to an elevator replacement project, only one elevator will be available until the project has been completed. At this time, we do not have a completion date. We will update this listing when we have more information.

This spacious Gulf front, three-bedroom condo is located directly on the white sand of beautiful Pensacola Beach. The perfect spot from which to watch the Blue Angels perform! This 15th floor corner unit has amazing views!

Upon entering the unit, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. Enjoy family meals at the dining table that seats six with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The living room has large windows with fabulous Gulf views.. Relax and enjoy the view on the private balcony, accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath and Gulf views. The second bedroom has two queen beds and is located just to the right of the entrance. The third bedroom is located off the hallway to the left side of the entrance and has a twin over full bunk bed. The guest bedrooms share a hall bath, located off of the living area. For your convenience, the unit has its own washer and dryer. This 1600 square foot condo sleeps eight people.

On site amenities include two swimming pools, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. Shopping, dining and night life is just a short walk from this centrally located condo, making it an ideal location for a beach vacation.

Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

Good stay overall

It would be nice not to have to carry a key everywhere. I was only disappointed in the mattresses that were extremely broken down making it very difficult to get quality sleep .

Family vacation

The views we amazing. We had a great vacation and love Pensacola Beach. The pools were good size and great when we wanted something different than the beach. The room was good size and sleeping arrangements worked well for us. The major complaint I have is cleanliness. Upon arrival we found a dirty pair of underwear in the closet on the floor which tells me the closest was not even opened during cleaning. At least one of the bedspreads had what looked to be blood stains on them. We paid a lot for this place and I feel the cleanliness should have been better.

There was plenty of room for all of us with a bed to spare, plus we didn’t use pull-out couch. We especially loved being on the end of the building so after sunset we got a well lit 15 story view of Pensacola night life. All appliances and amenities were in good working order, including a washer and dryer. This is the third condo we’ve stayed in in Pensacola and by far had the best A/C! We would definitely stay in this condo again!

On the 15th floor the view from the deck was spectacular directly on the gulf. View front the LR was the same . Condo was clean, well maintained. Kitchen modern , well stocked. Bedrooms ample, especially liked the kids room bunk beds and the two queens in the second guest room. We were 4 adults and two school aged children that ran from the gulf to the two pools all day. Would definitely rent again. Lots to do and places to eat around the condo.
