Our home is located on a cul-de-sac that is shared with only 2-other neighboring homes. Our home faces the lake and away from our neighbors' properties, which makes it feel very private and secluded.

Great view with a big deck!! House is clean, organized, and well equipped for your stay. Owners were extremely kind and went above and beyond and to make sure we found the place ok, were comfortable during our stay, and even helped expedite our deposit return through VRBO. Would highly recommend a stay here.

NYE Stay

We spent New Year's here and had an amazing time! The host was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in and late check-out, which made our short trip feel much longer. We loved relaxing on the deck with its beautiful view and fire tables. Plus, getting down to the village was a breeze.

Nice house close to the trails and town. Since the rainy weather kept us indoors all weekend, we loved the well-stocked kitchen and the layout of the house - very cozy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent for viewing the fireworks on the 4th of July. Just wonderful. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed for a month's stay. Great location. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with on any issue. Definitely will come back to stay.

Beautiful house. Our dog enjoyed the adventurous walks nearby. Breathtaking views. A quiet spacious home with tons of amenities that made our stay fun, comfortable and memorable.We brought four of our 4-7 year olds who had an awesome time. Amazing View! Very Pleasant Getaway!

Great host, clean, and fantastic communication. We were given all the facts to make our stay perfect. We all (young and old) enjoyed playing games, making smores, watching movies, and admiring the view from the deck. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving meal. Our family enjoyed a quiet and peaceful getaway. Our only suggestion is to put curtains up in the lower level bedroom. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Double booked

When we arrived with a party of 8 while it was dark already and the house was already occupied because it was double booked. We were upset. It took 2 hours to get 2 rooms at lake arrowhead head resort which was barely adequate considering we were 5 adults 3 kids. I did receive a refund but would have rather not had this hassle.

Cool place but cleanliness was questionable

So we stayed at this house during a winter stay in February. The house layout is really cool. There is a loft bedroom with bathroom, a bedroom and main bathroom on the main floor and a full bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor. The view from the main house was beautiful as it shows the lake wonderfully. The main negatives we had were the house cleanliness and the driveway, which were not shoveled properly for the snow. The house had used water bottles laying on the ground, 2/3 beds looked like the sheets were dirty and had not been washed, and the shower curtain on the lower floor was full of mold. Additionally, the washer was full of dirty items which prevented us from washing everything the right way. When we were leaving our car was stuck for 4 hours because the driveway was not shoveled correctly and we had to spend all that time shoveling to get the car to move. This was highly annoying when all the neighbors houses were shoveled perfectly. And when you consider we paid a huge cleaning fee that all averaged to $450-500 a night, I don’t think we received the best value for our stay. Aside from all that, the stay was very nice. I just don’t think we would stay here again.

We had such a great stay! The house was really clean! We enjoyed the abundance of extra cookware, blankets, towels, linen! The outside deck was really nice too! The nearby hiking trails were really nice for dog walks.

Over the years, we have enjoyed the fine-dining and waterfront bars and restaurants; listening to live music; playing pickleball, tennis & golf; hiking; fishing; snow boarding, & skiing and water skiing; outlet and antique shopping, art galleries & museums and wine-tasting venues in the area.

We want others to experience the beautiful sights and scenery in Lake Arrowhead and are happy to open our home so guests may make their own memories. We hope you will return to experience the beautiful color change in the area with each of the 4-seasons (spring, summer, fall and winter).

Why they chose this property

We drove to Lake Arrowhead to spend a weekend visiting friends. After experiencing this quaint community and the surrounding scenic landscape, nature and its close proximity to Los Angeles, we immediately started looking to buy our first vacation property. After stepping up onto the home's large deck and taking in the glistening view of the lake with its surrounding mountains, we immediately knew we were meant to live in Lake Arrowhead. After many wonderful memories, we wanted to share our lake view home for others to enjoy.

Since our initial purchase, we have remodeled the home and want to share this space with others to enjoy all that Lake Arrowhead, Big Bear, Lake Gregory, Crestline, Cedar Glen, Twin Peaks, Running Springs, Sky Forest and surrounding areas have to offer.
