One car garage, master closet & den are not available. 5 bedrooms available, 6 bath, (every room has a private bath), gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, all kitchen gadget's, breakfast bar, 2 living area's, 2 fireplace's, huge master, luxury bedding, single level, cul-de-sac, very private, overlooking Mcdowell Mountains, pool, 2 covered patio's, gated (only 20 houses), kid friendly, 1 king bed, 4 queens. One bedroom has a futon as well as a queen bed. Both couches are lounge couches that would accommodate 2 people each. We have 3 blow up mattresses as well. Tuscan inspired, basketball, trampoline, lawn games such as corn hole, bocce ball, ladder game, foosball, huge flat screen t.v.'s, T.v.'s in all bedrooms and rooms of the house, Cox cable, many things to do and in walking distance.... grocery store, restaurants, massage, bank, Starbucks.


We have event tables and chairs if needed.
We also have a 12 foot outdoor movie screen with projector for use.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
