the home has granite throughout and has recently been refurnished. the home sleeps four golfers very comfortably with a master bedroom, one queen b/r and a regular b/r with a fold out bed in the office. all bedrooms have cable tv along with the family room. the kitchen is equipped dishes and cooking utensils. the patio has propane BQ, outside fireplace, and heated spa and splash pool. sunrises and sunsets are incredible as the back of the home overlooks pinnacle peak and surrounding mountains. the home boarders the world renowned troon north monument golf course. upscale restaurants, shopping, and supermarkets are a short distance away.

Iconic AZ Retreat

Complete with stuning views of the surrounding mountains, the house is a spacious luxury retreat. We stayed for 2 weeks. Great location close to restaurants, hiking, grocery stores with easy access to main roads and highways.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, quiet and spacious home in a beautiful setting on the golf course at Troon North. The house itself offers a very comfortable layout of bedrooms and living spaces, and the backyard is a peaceful oasis with simply amazing views of Pinnacle Peak. Beautiful Scottsdale vacation home has it all!

My husband and I spent a month getting out of winter at Ted's gorgeous Scottsdale home. The Troon North community is our favorite because it's not too close to the noise and traffic in downtown Scottsdale, yet absolutely everything you could want is just minutes away. The home is on the Monument golf course, truly the best of some amazing courses in the area. When we weren't golfing, hiking, meeting some very cool neighbors for lunch, playing tennis or dining at one of a plethora of great restaurants in the area, we were enjoying the gorgeous spa in the yard and using the gourmet worthy grill to cook up some tasty dinners under the stars. Very romantic! The house is clean and beautiful, there's a pool table (tons of fun!), plenty of privacy should you vacation with other couples, and Ted couldn't have been a more gracious host. If we could give it more than five stars, we would! One more thing- we loved the community, people and neighborhood so much we bought a home in Troon North while we were there!

We had a really nice stay at this home. It was clean and we enjoyed the quiet location. We especially loved the outdoor space. Ted is an excellent host. The only downside were the mattresses, they could definitely use an upgrade.

A fun and beautiful home away from home

The home is well appointed and in a great location. We were on a golf vacation, so the location on the course with Pinnacle Peak in the background was the icing on the cake. The hot tub and wading pool were a welcome respite after a day on the course. The home and back yard were so nice we opted for dinner at home several nights. The primary bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep to be ready go for the next day.

Troon North - An Excellent Experience

The property is wonderful. A great home, very clean, comfortable furniture, beds, and well appointed. The view from the patio is breathtaking. The property manager/owner is very nice and gets back to you very quickly. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

I have always wanted to live on a golf course and I finally found the ideal place. in addition to the golf course, the mountain views are a great touch early in the morning and at sunset.
