Chalet très agréable à vivre, très fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé. Vue et expositions idéales. L arrêt de bus au pied de la maison est très pratique. Annick est une honte très agréable, le panier de bienvenue fut très apprécié. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Une vue magnifique une situation confortable près de tout, facile d'accès avec les navettes bus pas très loin. Très bien équipé, propre, spacieux. Seul bémol: avoir des voisins au dessus qui peuvent être bruyants: on entend tout.

Second séjour dans ce magnifique chalet. La propriétaire nous a accueilli avec toujours autant de gentillesse. Décor, fonctionnalité, propreté irréprochable, équipement complet et de qualité, emplacement et situation très agréables. Un des plus beaux emplacement du Grand-Bornand, face à la merveilleuse Chaîne des Aravis, à quelques minutes des commerces et remontées mécaniques...... hautement recommandé. Un séjour parfait

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description. Les équipements sont neufs et impeccablement propres. Le confort est vraiment au rendez-vous, rien ne manque. La vue est superbe. L'accueil de la propriétaire est cordial avec des attentions dont on rêverait dans toutes les locations : fromage, jus, confiture et oeufs maisons. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter une seconde ! Si nous devons exprimer un bémol : la route un peu bruyante au dessus et les voisins aussi au dessus que l'on entend mais cela n'est vraiment pas un problème majeur....

Parfait séjour

Séjour inoubliable dans cette région et ce chalet qui nous manquent déjà... Superbe logement très propre, très accueillant que ce soit pour les enfants (jouets disponibles dès l'arrivée dans le salon ce qui a tout de suite captiver notre petite fille de deux ans après le long voyage), les parents (accueil pour nos papilles: confiture de myrtilles maison, oeufs des poules d'Annick, délicieux Reblochon fermier et jus de pomme bio également) et aussi pour notre chienne qui s'est sentie comme à la maison! Le décor était planté pour passer un séjour parfait. Tout est pensé pour que l'on se sente comme chez soi: très bon équipement ménager, sdb grande et très pratique, grand chambres, etc. La vue est un spectacle différent chaque matin. Bref, nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir dans ce logement. Encore un très très grand merci à Annick pour toutes ces splendeurs, pour cet accueil, et pour ce logement au top! appartement parfait !

Cette année, il s'agit de notre 2ème séjour dans cet appartement (1er séjour en 2013). Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, cet appartement est très bien équipé, spacieux avec une vue magnifique et l'on se sent tout de suite chez soi. C'est une adresse qui mérite d'être connue.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour au chalet "Le Sévantine". Le très beau temps de ce début octobre nous a permis d'apprécier pleinement les merveilleux paysages des Aravis. Quant à l'hébergement, inutile de chercher, il n'y a rien à redire, tout est parfait : l'accueil très chaleureux de la maîtresse de maison, les délicieuses attentions à notre arrivée, un chalet magnifique offrant une vue splendide, bien agencé, décoré avec goût, et où rien ne manque. Sans hésiter nous accordons la note maxi et n'avons qu'une envie... y revenir !

ACCEUIL CHALEUREUX

NOUS AVONS PASSER UN TRES BON SEJOUR le chalets et tres bien equipé et tres bien chauffer par le sol les navettes gratuite au pied du chalet et la ferme a cote pour du fromage et du lait tres calme et tres bien situé vue sur la chaines des aravis avec une grande terrasse en bois plein sud la proprietaire nous acceuil tres sympatiquement et tres agreable nous renseigne sur quoi faire dans la region a recommander pour un sejour a la montagne encore un grand merci pour ce sejour avec enfants et petits enfants
