Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, app-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon and the lakefront walking path that is open year-round. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops from January to March which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
