Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to the Coffee Lab, Pug Ryans brewpub, restaurants and bars at Dillon Ridge or in the Dillon Core and bowling. Enjoy the Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon from Jan-Mar.
