'GREAT' views of the Gulf in a family friendly resort with numerous amenities.

This Gulf front unit provides magnificent views of the Gulf and beach from inside the unit or from the large deck. Great for that morning coffee, an afternoon siesta or the beautiful sunset. The master bedroom with king size bed, and on suite bathroom, opens directly to Gulf front deck. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a twin bed for added convenience. The tastefully decorated living room also opens directly to the Gulf front deck. The living room sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations if needed. The kitchen has been recently remodel. All new cabinets with 'Corian' counters and top of the line stainless steel appliances. The large dinning table accommodates six (6) people. The unit also includes its own washer and dryer and a full second bathroom. A flat screen TV and DVR are in the living room and a flat screen TV is also in the master bedroom. The master bath has also been recently remodeled. The second bedroom also has a TV and DVR. High Speed Internet service is available throughout the unit. Outside you will be able to enjoy the incredible amenities that the resort offers such as the beautiful beach, 7 outdoor pools including a children's pool, hot tub, two indoor pools and a complete fitness center. There are tennis courts and putting greens also on the grounds and you can walk to the championship golf course of Kiwa Dunes which is next door. If you enjoy outdoor cooking there are many grills provided on the grounds. We hope you enjoy our beach condo as much as we and our family do.

Great Family Vacation

JONES BEACH VACATION

We love Plantation, Fort Morgan is quite but this location has so much to offer for the kids. The condo was well supplied and Ted is a great host, he responded anytime I had a question. Absolutely loved chairs on deck!

My family stayed in this condo, it was perfect. Great location and included everything we needed. I loved the kitchen and the abundance of cookware available. The balcony was wonderful for sitting and drinking coffee. We truly loved it and communication planning with the owner was great as well! Planning on coming back!

Great family vacation

We love Plantation, we have stayed here before and plan to return. Our unit was clean and comfortable. We brought our son and daughter in law plus our two grandkids ages 1 and 4. Everyone had a great time, this community is for all ages. There is a restaurant on sight as well for convenience and their food is good. Pools are clean and grounds are well kept. Definitely recommend!

Family Spring Break

This property is great for families and is accurately advertised. We are return guests to the building but new to this unit. Ted was very helpful and quickly responsive to messages. The unit was clean, family friendly, and had everything needed (i.e. stocked kitchen, beach items to borrow, etc) for a great beach stay. Would recommend and stay again!

Perfect condo

We've stayed at the Plantation several times and this condo was perfect for our family. The owners have tried so hard to help families who are traveling. The extras like sand toys, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. we're so wonderful and our family appreciated having these items.

Unit 6309 Plantation Palms Resort

We loved our short 3 day stay at Plantation Palms in Fort Morgan. The condo was excellent and fitted our needs perfectly. We loved the decor and the very modern appliances. Had everything we needed for our family. Plus a great view of the beach and ocean. Also, like the semi-remote location of Plantation Palms. About 10 miles away from the maddening crowd on the GulfShores Parkway but easy access to restaurants, shopping, and recreational activity. Finally, owners Ted and Gloria Johnson were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to vacation in the Gulf Shores area. Michael Sullivan

Great location and wonderful owner

We had a great stay at this condo on Fort Morgan. There were a few housekeeping issues when we first arrived but Ted was quick to address them and they were remedied within hours. Condo has a great location and a great view. The tennis court/pool area can get noisy but it never bothered us when we were inside the condo. It was nice to have two full bathrooms for our family of 5. The balcony area was my favorite spot, it is always shaded and offers a fantastic view for drinking coffee and reading a book. Plenty of beach supplies are in the cabinet on the balcony.

Great condo, great pricing, great owners!

Plantations is always our place to stay in Fort Morgan and I think this condo is going to be the new go-to unit for us! We had some minor hiccups at the beginning but Ted was SUPER responsive - can not stress this enough - and had them resolved instantly! His communication thru the week was excellent. The condo itself is nice, comfortable mattress for once, properly stocked and supplied kitchen, appliances all functioned as needed. One of the best parts of this condo is it has water pressure!!! SO many of these units have weak pressure, bad shower heads to where you dont feel clean, and dishes struggle. Not here!! There was also a nice surprise of the deck box being fully stocked with all kinds of beach and pool goodies from what I can assume is the owner and past guests. Dont hesitate to book this one, my only reservation about leaving a review is making it more popular so its harder to book in the future!

2022 Fall Break

My wife is a school teacher and she wanted to go to the beach for her fall break. She loves to go to the gulf coast specifically the Gulf Shores area. She and my daughter have stayed in several condos over the past six years mainly for my daughter’s state track meets and she really liked the quiet area of Fort Morgan. We selected this property based upon location and description of all the amenities offered. The owners were very involved from the moment we made the request for the dates of our visit. They provided all the information we needed and continued to stay in touch throughout the months before the visit. The check in was flawless and the condo was the cleanest place we have ever stayed - cudos to their housekeeping staff. The owners had everything you could need for a beach trip and more. The only thing left to say is awesome owners, condo, and location for a relaxing beach trip.
