Tener unas vacaciones junto al mar con todas las ventajas de una gran ciudad que vive doce meses del año. No hay mal tiempo en Niza, donde el clima es templado durante todo el año. El apartamento es central ultra, que se encuentra en un edificio señorial. La vista es clara e inexpugnable en la Bahía de los Ángeles. El mar está a los pies del edificio, el Mercado de las Flores de dos minutos, el casco antiguo, restaurantes y dos tiendas de minutos demasiado. No necesita un coche para moverse ya que todo está al alcance de muy cerca. El apartamento de dos habitaciones, situado en la sexta planta con ascensor, ha sido renovado con cocina integrada. El moderno cuarto de baño tiene una ducha a ras de suelo. La cama es grande (160x200) y está equipado con ropa de cama de calidad (Bultex). Se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama. No hay necesidad de salir de la cama para ver el mar. Los desayunos en la terraza va a ser muy agradable. Apartamento con aire acondicionado. PAQUETE LIMPIEZA 80,00 euros

Vue et situation imprenables

Situation idéale pour rayonner vers la place Massena et le marché Saleya. La proximité du tramway permet un accès rapide aux arènes de Cimiez. Emplacement idéal pour profiter pleinement des trésors de Nice.

Ein tolles Apartment, leider aufgrund der Lage rund um die Uhr sehr laut. Bei offenen Fenster ist kein schlafen möglich., daran der Promenade jede Nacht gefeiert wird. Bei geschlossenem Fenster muss die Klimaanlage ununterbrochen arbeiten. Das es nur eine gibt, muss die Zwischentüre geöffnet bleiben und Störungen der Mitbewohner sind gegeben.

Plusieurs années que vous venons dans cet appartement .il est super bien placé proche de la mer, le marché aux fleurs, la place massena etc.... l'appartement est très bien équipé, climatisation, télévision, lave vaisselle,machine à laver etc... et surtout une vue imprenable sur la baie des anges. Brilliant!!

This was our third stay at this lovely apartment right on the Promenade. I cannot say enough good things about our stay starting with the careful attention and excellent communication with Pierre and Elena. The apartment is clean and well equipped and has a delightful balcony which for us is the absolute highlight. The location: simply cannot be better. The flower market is steps away with delicious local produce and products. Easily accessible are several small grocery stores with everything one needs. There is a boulangerie right around the corner with amazing fresh breads. And of course, la plage, steps from the apartment. This has been our absolute favorite vacation spot. Many thanks Pierre!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht

Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit guter Ausstattung in einem schönen Haus. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was braucht. Die Dusche ist schön groß und mit Regendusche und Handbrause ausgestattet. Es sind wärme und dünnere Decken für das Bett vorhanden, so dass man sich hier wechselnden Nachttemperaturen anpassen kann. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Direkt am Meer, so dass man immer einen schönen Ausblick hat und direkt morgens eine Runde Schwimmen gehen kann. Und hinter dem Haus fangen direkt Markt und Altstadt an. Der Nahverkehr ist in Nizza und Umgebung gut ausgebaut und auch sehr preiswert, so dass wir die ganze Zeit nur mit Busen und Bahnen unterwegs waren - sofern wir nicht gerade wieder auf dem Balkon Aussicht auf Meer und buntes Treiben genossen haben. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Un séjour de rêve

Ici, tout n'est qu'ordre et beauté, espace et propreté, confort et modernité, lumière et clarté, gentillesse et convivialité Et on ne se lasse pas de la contemplation de la Baie des Anges absolument magique ! Quant à la localisation dans la ville, elle est des plus agréables : au coeur du quartier Masséna, la découverte du Vieux Nice, ses ruelles si pittoresques, son exubérant Marché aux Fleurs, le Cours Saleya et son offre généreuse de gourmandes spécialités provençales et italiennes constituent quelques agréments très appréciables de l'environnement immédiat, sans compter beaucoup d'autres ! Tolle Lage

Fantastische Lage des Apartments, das Meer und die Brandung zu Füßen. Man kann vieles per pedes erleben. Bus- und Straßenbahnverbindungen perfekt, Ausflüge per Bahn mit sehr guten Verbindungen, alles kostengünstig. Apartment gut ausgestattet, Küche könnte besser gereinigt und mal aufgeräumt werden.

Great view, clean well-equipped

Great view from windows and balcony. Handy to old town and center. Real queen bed. Good shower w plenty of hot water. Only complaint was inadequate intro to appliances. Plan to stay again.

L' excellence à Nice

C'est notre 4ème séjour dans cet appartement. Nous y trouvons toujours le même confort (literie, appareils ménagers neufs, tout le nécessaire sur place) et un accueil chaleureux. Notre émerveillement devant la vue ouverte sur la mer est intact. Merci au sympathique propriétaire de nous permettre cette parenthèse de rêve. Notre 5ème séjour ne devrait pas tarder!

Un appartement superbe

Nous avons eu un séjour exceptionnel à l'appartement de Pierre. L'appartement est idéal pour un couple. La terrasse a une vue imprenable , probablement une des plus jolies de tout le Promenade... L' appart était très propre et avait tout le comfort nécessaire. La communication avec Pierre était très agréable et facile. Nous ne voudrions pas trop le conseiller, puisque nous aimerions y retourner nous mêmes très vite et souvent ;-) Paul

Unbeatable location!

My husband and I absolutely loved our 9 nights in Pierre's apartment overlooking the bay. Coming from the Arizona desert, having an impeccable water view was fantastic. We could spend hours just watching the water sports happening right outside our balcony. The apartment was set up with everything one could want--the easy-to-use washing machine was my favorite feature. but there was a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, too. The walk-in shower was a big hit, also. The location could not be beat, right there at Old Town. We walked to many sights, but one day took to Hop On Hop Off bus to get a bigger overview of the city. We also took bus 81 to get to Villa Ephrussi on Cap-Ferrat. The villa and gardens were a spectacular sight. When we booked the apartment a year ago, I had no idea that the Euro 2016 was being played in France. Nice hosted a game right after we arrived and one on the day we were leaving. A mini-fan zone took place daily right below us. I realize that our trip to Nice was impacted by the huge influx of sports fans coming to cheer on their teams, but now we know what all of the fuss is about! If we ever come back to Nice, you can be sure that we will check with Pierre if his apartment is available.

Great apartment!

This was a great little apartment. The view was spectacular both day and night. From inside the apartment, you feel like you are on a ship! Pierre was very easy to work with and he arranged a pick up for us at the airport, much less expensive than a taxi. The apartment is exactly as pictured and is immaculate. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is newly remodeled. Though small, it is perfect for a couple or a couple with a young child. Because of the double paned windows, it is very quiet. The location could not have been better. Cours Saleya is a few minutes walking and you can buy all your ingredients to cook a nice meal while enjoying the view from the apartment. Be sure to pick up a nice bouquet of flowers at the marche aux fleurs to enjoy during your stay; very reasonably priced. The tram to the train station is also just a few minutes walking so you can take train trips around the Riviera. Old town is also very close. Everything worth seeing in Nice is within an easy walk of this apartment. We could not enjoy the lovely balcony because it was very windy during our stay. However, because of the windy condition, we were able to hear the waves and they lulled us to sleep at night with the slider open. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others visiting Nice and the Riviera and hope to return again soon. Thank you, Pierre, for a lovely stay in Nice!

Wonderful

This was the first time we had stayed in an apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. It was everything we imagined it would be and looked just like the photos on the web. It had everything we needed, was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We made good use of the balcony with the beautiful view of the bay. It was close to many restaurants and shops for our groceries. plusieur séjours dans cet appartement de reve la vue du balcon est une merveille tout est etudie pour passer un agreable sejour rien ne manque la propretee est exemplaire nous avons reserve pour 2016 et 2017 le proprietaire mr layet est toujours a l ecoute du moindre detail et fort sympatique une petite attention nous attend en arrivant dans la location (produits licaux) bravo mr layet et encore merci pour votre accueil

Unforgettable stay

We spent 2 weeks in Pierre´s lovely apartment in September 2015. This place exceeded all our expectations and we were absolutely impressed by the location and the view. It is short walking distance to everywhere – beach, market, shops, restaurants, port, public transport. The apartment itself is very well appointed with everything you need. It is very bright, clean and comfortable. But what we especially loved was the fantastic terrace with amazing sea and promenade view. It was so nice to wake up every morning to the sound of the sea and to see the turquoise water just behind the big windows. We enjoyed every minute on the terrace – all the sunrises and sunsets, breakfasts with delicious croissants and dinners with excellent wines. Pierre is a wonderful host. He always replied promptly to all our messages and he also arranged Claude to meet us at the airport and bring us to the apartment. The chilled rose wine in the fridge was another nice surprise. So in summary, it is an excellent place, with incredible owner, which I can highly recommend. Merci beaucoup Pierre, nous espérons de retourner tôt! Cordialement, Irena & Michal

another stay in this lovely apartment

We have spent four holidays at number 93, Quai des Etats-Unis, and have just booked for 2016. We have been in June, July and October ( with mostly beautiful weather) and decided to try late September next year. It's a very comfortable, well-equipped apartment, with just wonderful views over the Baie des Anges. The proprietor, M. Pierre Layet, is a most charming gentleman, for whom nothing seems to be too much trouble. The location of the apartment is ideal (Opera House, Flower Market, Old Town all very close), and there are some very good, typically Niçois, restaurants in the vicinity (we have enjoyed la Merenda and la Cambuse very much). There is often a lot of activity on the Promenade itself, always perfectly organized, and usually great fun (with a bird's-eye view from the balcony, of course).

Second visit even better!!

My husband and adult daughter stayed in Pierre's lovely Apartment for a week two years ago and fell in love with it and Nice. This time we came for 2 weeks and honestly, it was still not Long enough. Pierre is absolutely a wonderful host. He replies to Messages very quickly. He arranged a pick up for us from the Airport, kindly brought us delicious cherries and melons and immediately replaced the coffee maker in the Apartment that unexpectedly broke. The Apartment itself is well appointed with everything a vacationer Needs. Wifi worked flawlessly , everything for cooking was available. The balcony overlooking the sea is amazing and by far, our favorite Thing about the Apartment. The Location is also excellent. Less than two blocks from flower market where vendors are incredibly friendly and helpful. Several small grocery stores are within 2 blocks also. Private and public beaches directly across the street. I could write much more about this place and how wonderful it and Pierre are. We will definitely be back for a third time. When traveling to the Cote d'Azur, we will stay no where else.

Appartement exceptionnel

Un troisième excellent séjour dans ce lieu idéalement situé, d'où la vue, du balcon au 6ème étage, est une pure merveille. L'appartement, qui bénéficie de la meilleure orientation (est-sud-ouest), est parfaitement tenu: propreté exemplaire, décoration sobre et raffinée, et propose, outre une bonne réserve de produits de première nécessité, un équipement complet de très bonne qualité. Un tel must à Nice est si rare que nous avons déjà réservé un 4ème séjour en 2016. Merci au sympathique propriétaire!

Le Top du Top à Nice

Le top du top: merveilleux appartement avec vue imprenable pour des vacances inoubliables. Pour le reste, tout a deja ete dit ds les autres commentaires.
