Perfect location. Waking up each morning and sitting on the back balcony and enjoying the view of the sea was incredible and it was so easy to get anywhere with the bus in front and the train in back. Also, a grocery store just a block away was so convenient. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Lovely stay

Amazing location, right in front of the beach.Close to tram and bus stop, restaurants and Supermarkets.Kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals.Muriel, the host is a lovely lady.I truly recomend this place for a holiday in Nice.

This property was one of the best VRBO stays we've experienced. Muriel the owner greeted us on arrival. She allowed us to drop off our luggage early before we returned our rental car to the airport. There were many little extras in the apartment that you don't find in higher priced properties. The main attraction is the location and view of the Nice shoreline. We sat on the balcony just watching the beautiful Nice sunrise/ scenery. We highly recommend Muriel's apartment for its location, view and hospitality.

Home away from home

Home away from home. Highly recommend. Please note this gorgeous apartment is a little out of the main hub so be prepared to tram it into the old town as it’s a long walk. Beach out front is perfect- not many restaurants or food outlets close by. Otherwise absolutely fabulous.

The apartment was in an excellent location. Only a few steps away from the public beach, beach club, bus stop, tram stop and a little market. The apt has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. It was clean and comfortable. The apt had everything that you can possibly need for your stay. The host even provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels, which was very useful. Will definitely recommend.

What an amazing apartment. The location is perfect and it has a great balcony with full ocean view. The apartment is clean and large and offers everything you need to cook and clean and even do laundry. We enjoyed walking to the city center and old town. My wife sat on the balcony every morning to meditate and enjoy the view.

Amazing apartment

We were six girls staying here for six nights, and we absolutely loved the apartment. The photos in the listing don’t do it justice — it was even better in person. Everything was clean and well-equipped, including beach chairs and other essentials. The location couldn’t have been better — just a one-minute walk to both the beach and the bus/tram stop. The host was also very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!

Great location

Great location directly on the Promenade, across from Cocoon Beach bar/restaurant. Convenient to the tram as well. Host Muriel was great, was present at check in and was super responsive via messaging on the app.

Very nice apartment and location

This was just what we needed to relax after 2 weeks of very busy sightseeing. It had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Close to restaurants and patisseries. I would stay here again.

Great view!

We enjoyed our stay so much at this location. The view of the ocean, walking on the promenade each day, visits to Old Town, the Nicetoile Mall and lots of other fun places. You really do not need a car if you plan to stay locally as the tram and train is convenient and close by. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer was so nice to have while on a trip. The second bedroom does not have any windows and is very small so may seem a little bit tight/closed in for some people. The only two suggestions for us would be an upgraded better mattress for the main bedroom and a pizza pan for the kitchen but this would not deter us from booking again. Thanks for a great stay.

Marvelous apartment in glorious location in Nice

We three friends stayed for 4 nights in Muriel’s beautiful apartment on the Promenade des Anglais in n Nice. The owner Muriel was wonderful - welcoming, helpful and totally accommodating. The apartment is super clean, spacious and in the most spectacular setting overlooking the sea and the nice skyline. Can’t recommend enough.
