This beautiful condo is 1750 sq ft of indoor / outdoor living. This condo comes with direct beach front access. Our condo has been completed remodeled - by karina cardozo design (brazil) in the fall of 2015 and includes custom italian kitchen cabinetry, italian tile, glass backsplash with under mount lighting, quartz countertops, and state of the art stainless steel whirlpool applicances. The unit features 9 foot ceilings with a 550 sq ft private patio. Master bedroom has a king and its own bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed. Large queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms contain hypo-allergenic duvet bedding with egyptian cotton sheets 400 thread count. A total of 3 hd plasma tvs with full cable and sports package (nfl network etc). High speed wireless internet and router. Brand New LG Washer and Dryer in the unit. Perfect house for entertaining guests. The unit is overlooking the intercoastal and a few min walk from america's #1 beach.
Only about 1.5 mi from the village it's the perfect unit, with the perfect location, in the perfect beach.

Why Ali Dhanani chose Siesta Key
Karina and I have been coming to Siesta Key for the past 4 years and when we visited Harbor Towers and saw the unit for the first time, we knew it was the one! We underwent 2 months of extensive renovations to make the villa a perfect getaway for our family, and our guests. The villa sleeps 6 comfortably and is directly across the street from the best part of Siesta Key Beach. Everything is completely new in the Villa (furniture, dishes, silverware, TV's, bedding, and entirely remodeled 2018.)
What makes this Condo unique
We love this unit because its only a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach (10 min walk), it has 9 ft ceilings, its has a beautiful view of the intercoastal, a 550 sq ft patio private with bbq the fact that we can pull our car in right to our rear patio door. We also love the fact that harbor towers has a 24 hr manned security, gym, sauna, clubhouse, 2 pools, fishing, and 3 hard try lighted tennis courts. Can you ask for anything more?

Our family of 5 spent two weeks in Siesta Key and stayed in this beautiful condo. It was the perfect amount of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I really loved having a washer/dryer in the condo because we were on the beach almost every day! Fully stocked kitchen too! Clean and well-kept. Ali was extremely responsive. Would highly recommend this property!

Siesta Key - Harbor Towers Holiday Stay
We very much enjoyed the unit we stayed in at Harbor Towers. The unit was recently renovated and had a comfortable contemporary feel. We especially liked the first floor location with patio looking out into the bay. This made coming and going very easy. Harbor Towers sits on the bayside of Moon Night Pass Rd and has a nice area around the small marina for sitting and watching the bay and boat traffic. Access to the beach was across the street and a few properties up but was a short ten minute walk to access. The shops around Stickney Point are a short half mile walk and Siesta Key Village is about 1 mile away. The unit owner was very helpful and communicative. Example - one of the bicycles had gone missing. The owner offered to reimburse us if we wanted to buy a bicycle and leave at the property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
The apartment is attractive and not over-furnished, as many apartments near beaches seem to be. It would be nicer if it weren't on the ground floor and had a screened porch, since the mosquitoes can make sitting outside uncomfortable. The linens need to be "refreshed," i.e., replaced. The sheets have been washed too many times and are quite pilly. The king-size mattress in the master bedroom is uncomfortable; the queen-size mattress in the second bedroom is better. The soap and shampoo holder in the master bedroom's shower was very rusty. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn't work. Finally, the washing machine and dryer in the apartment is a huge pain to operate. The washer must be drained by hand, and since the drain hose is near the floor, the procedure is quite awkward and likely to cause water to leak on the floor. The dryer has a container that collects water from each load and must be emptied frequently or else it leaks down the front of the appliance.
Probably the biggest complaint we had was that when we arrived, there was nothing in writing from the owner providing instructions regarding the use of the appliances, how to access the Siesta Beach from one of his other apartments, the need to register my car with the front office (which is closed on weekends anyway), etc. My car was almost towed! When I contacted the owner regarding various problems we were experiencing, he was very nice and generally helpful, but we wouldn't have needed to contact him at all if he had put written instructions in the apartment before we arrived. Every other time we've rented a place through VRBO, the owner has included such instructions.
