The property is in the Anderson Mill district in Northwest Austin which is just a short 15-20 minute drive (allow more time during rush hour & Austin special events) to Downtown Austin. Or you can take Metro Rail, just 1 mile from The Meadows, to and from downtown. After a great day at F1, SXSW or ACL, relax & enjoy this spacious condo with a lovely enclosed private outdoor Patio. The Living Room has a Wood Burning Fireplace, 46' Flat Screen TV w Internet Apps & DVD player, comfy fold away Sofa and a Breakfast Bar with bar stools for hanging out & being part of the conversation. The Dining Room seats 6 comfortably and Breakfast Bar seats 3. There is free High Speed Internet & WiFi inside the unit which can also be accessed from the Pool area.
The fully furnished condo offers starter Keurig K-Cup coffees, Teas, Hot Chocolate, Spices, Stainless Steel appliances, dishes, silverware, utensils, pots & pans, towels, linens and a full-size Washer & Dryer. The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed with an en-suite Bath having a tub & shower. The Second Bedroom has 2 Full-size beds with access to the 2nd Bath with tub & shower from the hall. Both Baths provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, & hair blower. The Living Room has a Queen size Sofa Sleeper.
There is an on-site Pool & Sundeck w WiFi & BBQ area. There is an additional Pool located close to the back of the property at Anderson Mill (call for details). Also, the property backs up to a park with a 1 mile walking/running and bike trail. One block close is the Anderson Mill Recreation Center which is available to our Guests.

Great property, had everything we needed - pool could have been cleaner
We stayed here for one night for a retreat and the property was great. Everything inside the apartment was provided - dishes, utensils, coffee, towels, shampoo, soap, etc! We used the grills outside to barbecue and had a great time. The only issue we had was that the pool hadn't been cleaned recently and there were a lot of leaves and other little things floating around.
If you read the Property Description completely, you would have noticed that there is another pool that does not have the greenery around the pool that the pool closest to your unit has.
The pool is cleaned everyday Monday - Friday. You checked in on Saturday at a time that was windy and caused tree & bush leaves blow into the pool during your stay. The pool is still clean enough to swim in as many full time residents swim in the pool after windy days and on Saturdays & Sundays.
I stayed at this rental with my family during our vacation in Austin. Here are a few of the things I loved: convenient location, easy entry (keyless, programmed to your personal code), close to the pool (the window of the condo is actually seen in the picture of the pool), well-equipped and organized kitchen, comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets, plenty of parking.
We had a (very minor problem) and the owner went waaaaay above and beyond to provide a solution. He was easy to reach and quite responsive to any questions I had. There is a book in the living area with maps, instructions, etc. to make your stay easier.
This was the ideal rental for us We were able to easily get to the events we had planned, we were able to prepare meals in the kitchen, and overall we really enjoyed this nice, clean apartment that comes at an extremely reasonable price

Amazing condo perfect location
Great location perfect for a large group and right off the hgwy and a cool pool. Need to change the bed in the master bedroom it makes a lot of noise when you sit or lay on it but I still give it 5 stars. Owner was really helpful thanks Gary.
New mattress has been installed
Nice clean condo with lots of extra towels for when we used the pool. Also, lots of extras like salt, pepper, spices, laundry & dish detergent, Saran Wrap, ziplock bags. Easy access to restaurants & shopping. Will definitely stay again when we are in the Austin area. Gary responded within minutes to any texts
