Great for day time gatherings of families and friends with approval.

Vaulted ceilings, large windows, open floor plan. Bay window in dining room, cozy gas fireplace in family room, kitchen nook with bay window, kitchen open to family room. Spacious Master bedroom with 5 piece bath, private office/den, finished basement with 3/4 bath, bedroom and media room.
Great back patio with gas grill and outdoor furniture for family gatherings. Fenced back yard for pets.
Near the Santa Fe Trail for cycling and walking/running.
15 minutes away from Mount Herman hiking and mountain biking trails.
Easy access to Air Force Academy, I-25, Ford Amphitheater, Denver and Colorado Springs. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

Great alternative location for remote workers at reasonable rates in the Winter. Monthly rates negotiable upon request.

We have stayed at the house for the last several years for Thanksgiving. The host always have the house ready for our arrival its clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with enough kitchen wares to host a large party.

This was the perfect property! Centrally located between Colorado Springs and Denver in beautiful Monument, CO. Easy access to modern shopping districts, and a must see historic downtown. The owners were accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It is an absolute return stay in the future!

We have stayed at Patty and Bill's Monument house multiple times and always enjoy stay. Very nice home and secure backyard for our 2 Golden Retrievers. Neighborhood is a typical safe suburb area, nice walking trails in the area. We'll always stay at Patty and Bill's house when we're in the area.

Our home is conveniently located between Colorado Springs and Denver with easy access to the interstate and to front range mountain roads. Monument is a small town but has much of what larger cities offer... restaurants, big box stores, and local flavor.

Very close to the Monument ice rinks for those that are in town for training or competition.
