Independent house well positioned in a residential area in the center of Fiumicino Country yards away from the Sea, main street, dining area and all of the amenities the city can offer. Public transportation to all direction just at the door step, 5 minutes away from Airport, and 5 minute away from ancient Roman sites of Ostia Antica, Port of Claudius, Necropolis of Porto, and very close two Malls.
The house is on two floors with a large garden and patio with BBQ and dining space in the door you have a full equipped kitchen, family & Dining Room, Bedroom with Bath and a sofa bed. in the first floor two double bedrooms two bathrooms, and a corridor to access the large balcony. Roof top is a solarium.

Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l’accoglienza e la grande disponibilità dell’host. La casa è molto bella, le camere le abbiamo trovate confortevoli e pulite. La terrazza è stato lo spazio più magico, soprattutto perché abbiamo ammirato tutti i fuochi intorno. Torneremo in estate!

Our host's son took care of the five of us for our overnight stay before flying out of the Rome airport. He gave us advice on taxis and restaurants and made an arrangement for a van four five early early the next morning. He was very thorough in checking us in, using the great security features of the Inn. The place is extremely well appointed, everything we could possibly need...very cozy. I felt like I was staying at my uncle's.

What a wonderful host and very accommodating to our changes. I was worried about bothering him too much. Adult children with and without children stayed with us and each family had different priorities. The space was good and location was great. Inside and outside spaces with a nice rooftop view. Small grocery stores about 2 blocks and 6 blocks away with several restaurants as well.

Fausto is very welcoming and enthusiastic. Ask him whatever, he is eager to help: he arranged for transportation to and from the Colosseum (I'd had enough driving narrow crowded streets).We were not there long enough to take advantage of all the amenities but the place is clean comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We did walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. Since we were there only two nights we did not have much opportunity to scout the area.There is parking inside the gate, a little tight for a full size vehicle, but there is also street parking available.A nice homey place!

Fausto is knowledgeable, super helpful, spent time showing up everything and really made us feel like family. We were so happy to find cold beverages and coffee after travelling to get here it was a very nice touch.

I don't know why but our GPS jept trying to take us up the street. Once we got Fausto on the phone, everything was easy. The parking is small, even for a small car, but we managed with help. Lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. Tons of food and drink for purchase and some complimentary Continental breakfast items. The rooftop is beautiful as is the garden. There were some mosquitos that made it inside with us, but it was fine after about two hours. Thanks for making us feel at home!

Fasco was great as usual he was very helpful in getting information to us this was a great adventure for us being the first time in Italy. It was very nice that we could stay there the second time for a couple days before we caught our flight back to the states

Fasco Is very informative and helpful and explaining how everything works, very great host and his place is beautiful and plenty of home needs while being away from your home. We would highly recommend his place to other friends We will see him back in a couple days before we head to the states

Perfect last day before taking the plane

Fausto is one of the best host we had. Generous with breakfast food, we felt like he took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. Great restaurants at a walking distance and only 12 mins to the airport. You even have a little shop in the house for your last minute shopping or dinks. You live in Fausto's house I think, so you feel like a local.

Perfect for our quick stay

We needed a place to sleep (were there for less than 8 hours) while traveling to and from the airport with the 6 of us. Everything was as described. Host was wonderful(a pleasure to talk to in the morning, helped us get a taxi back to the airport, was incredibly responsive to and available for questions). I might recommend arriving during the day to better understand the house and neighborhood. I am sure it was safe, but I would not have felt comfortable on my own traveling from airport via taxi to this location after dark.

One night in Fumicino

Fausto is a great host. Don’t get fooled by the outside. House is quaint with good sized rooms. The downtown strip in the canal is great. If you want a little quieter place than Rome and close to the airport this is the spot.

Amazing stay

The house was adorable and our host, Fausto was great! Provided us with so many extras and was very welcoming. He was very communicative and was genuinely concerned about our happiness and comfort. Highly recommend! Approx 10 min ride to the Rome airport with a lot of restaurants nearby as well as very close to the beach.

Excellent apartment near the airport and convenient to explore Rome

The unit was filled with many inexpensive drinks and foods to purchase and many other items were free. The unit was clean and well appointed. The bedding was the best I experienced in Europe. There were many good restaurants nearby, especially near the canal. Communication with host Fausto was excellent

Fiumicino Paradise

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay! Fausto met us when we checked in and gave us a quick brief on the home and the area and was very accommodating. The home is a short walk to local restaurants, shops and the water - we were only there for a day, but did a pretty good amount of exploring. The house has a huge gated yard and a view of the water from the rooftop terrace. The bedrooms were good sized and clean, as were the bathrooms. The air conditioning in the first floor bedroom needs to be replaced and the wifi upgraded (we were unable to connect at all), but overall this was a great house. He even had wine, snacks, beer and breakfast goods to purchase if you didn't want to leave the compound.

Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful experience staying in this spacious Villa. Our host, Fausto, was very welcoming and very helpful for any questions we had. He was very quick to respond to any email sent to him prior to our arrival. The beds were quite comfortable. We felt very safe staying in this gated villa with a huge outdoor living area. Fausto secured a taxi for us when we were making our way to our next destination. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Fausto. Darlene St. Louis MO

Great Location

Property is exactly as shown, great alternative to a hotel by the airport. Fausto was extremely helpful with arrangements. Would stay there again.
