Una hermosa / 2 baño / 1 auto de 3 dormitorios de gran tamaño garaje casa- cerca de las playas del golfo, Tampa, Orlando y Disney World!
A sólo 15 minutos de la playa más cercana!
Dormitorios espacioso y tiene un gran sofá seccional que puede actuar como una cama extra!
Una planta grande y abierta con un montón de ventanas que inundan la casa con luz natural. Hay zonas verdes para ser vista desde todos nuestros ventanas - realmente pintoresco. Hay 2 cuerpos de agua muy cerca, que hacen de esta zona óptima para la visualización de aves únicas y la vida silvestre.
Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a toda nuestra casa. Tenemos una cocina completa con horno / cocina / nevera / lavavajillas / microondas, así como nuestra lavadora de carga frontal y secadora que se encuentra en el garaje.

No vamos a estar presente durante la estancia de nuestros huéspedes durante el verano, pero vamos a tener un amigo y vecino de confianza que le ayudará con la provisión de teclas si es necesario, sin embargo, se ha instalado un estado de la entrada del arte sin llave pero son sólo una llamada telefónica inmediatamente si es necesario. Código de acceso personalizado a la entrada sin llave se proveerá de alojamiento, una vez se ha producido la reserva.

El barrio es una zona hermosa y tranquila - ideal para caminar, andar en bicicleta, patinar / etc. Se encuentra en una excelente ubicación dentro del condado de Pinellas - cerca de todo lo que te puedas imaginar (compras, playas, parques temáticos, aeropuertos) - muy conveniente.

Well kept, nice home in a family neighborhood. The hosts were very communicative and let me check in early when I was displaced by a hurricane. I would stay here again.

Great house for a family!

We had to spend 4-weeks in Clearwater for corporate training and this house served our family well. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a nice central neighborhood.

A wonderful place under the oaks.

The home was just perfect. We apricated the openness and cleanliness of the space. I loved pulling onto the brick driveway every evening under the shade of that amazing heritage oak. It really felt like a home. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries during our stay and provided thoughtful recommendations printed out in the kitchen. It was just perfect for our needs.

Wonderful experience as usual

The owner provided everything I needed and was easy to communicate with. The property is ideal for me and my dogs, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The housekeeper did an excellent job each week, and the owner made me feel like it was my home away from home.

My husband and I traveled to the Clearwater area with a daughter & granddaughter to visit family. The location was great: 30 minute trip to the airport and a variety of venues and activities in the area. The property was well suited for us with plenty of kitchen items and a nice dining area to gather. Quiet neighborhood and clean environment.

Clear water and more

We chose this location for its location to the beach as well as a leaping stone for Universal Studios and more. It was the right location with Gustavo and Tara quick to respond to any issues that arose. We will be back if we visit the Clearwater area again. Loved Our Stay

My adult son and I are lucky to be traveling together these last few months. We stayed at Gus and Tara's Clearwater house and had a blast. The place is as expected, pictures are accurate. Lawn is maintained and house was clean. Hosts were accommodating and pleasant and communicative. Everything needed is provided. We hope to come back around and stay again when in Clearwater. Highly recommended by us!!

Very nice!

This is a very nice home. We chose it because it put us in a central location, not too far a drive into Tampa and not too far from the beaches. It had everything that we needed. The owners were quick to respond to any questions that we had. The neighborhood is nice. It has a big fenced in backyard that our puppy dog enjoyed. If we come back to this area, we wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

3 Perfect Days

Hi. This 3 day stay was in addition to a month long stay to which my adult son and I stayed together. These additional days were just me as my son travelled on ahead. So, in essence, I got to enjoy three days of solitude, and so did he. That said, I truly enjoyed staying at this rental. Please see my review of the long term stay as it is a 5-⭐ rating! Clean, pics as described, great location and neighborhood, all essential stuff supplied and more. Give this home a visit, you won't be sorry. The hosts are so great and accommodating and communicative, what more could be said?! Loved my stay!

Awesome experience

Great property for us, met our needs perfectly. They leave a neat starter package , minus the food of course its basically like these people just let us use the house as ours, we saved alot over hotel costs, not to mention laundry!!! Some minor things such as mixmatched screws in door hardware, garagedoor spring could be tensioned so could use it. Also when going through the literature they leave if look at all the trash runs 5 days a week!!! Dont know why so many days lol, but in actuality Mondays and Thursdays are trash days. Thurs also recycling day. Great neighborhood very peaceful, the beds all sleep amazing too.

Wouldn't Stay again

This place has one TV in the living room. The linens all smell old and have spots. Cigarettes on the front address decal on the house. Back gate not secure. Lights in backyard don't work. No lights in patio at all. Absolutely no paper towels. Dishes dirty inside of cabinet. Garage the nastiest I've endured and have the nerve to say don't open it. Wifi was in and out and had to use me own to stay working.To be fair they let use stay a few hours that saved with the dog. But I wouldn't recommend this place for the amount. You can be in great places with consideration and amenities for this price. Took pictures before entering and when we left so we know we left the place better than when we arrived

Marcus didn't communicate any of what he wrote in the review to us at any point during his stay. We actually talked to him at the end of his stay via the phone , as we kindly let him stay two hours past check out time to assist with his travels, and he mentioned none of what he wrote in his review. He also conveniently left out the fact that he continued to stay past the time we communicated (a total of 4 hours past the normal check out time) while our cleaning staff waited outside because he did not have the courtesy to leave at the agreed upon time so we had to kindly ask him why he was still in our property. We would not recommend renting to Marcus because he did not have the kind decency to bring up any issues that he encountered (all are untrue as we and our cleaning staff work hard to present a clean and comfortable environment to our guests as can be seen from all of our other reviews). Had he had any issues with anything, we gladly would have remedied anything possible had he just communicated and this only reflects bitterness for not being able to stay longer past checkout.

Great stay

The house is an older home but you can see that the owners are in the process of upgrades. Everything in the house is nice and clean. The house is fairly close to the beach and we didn't mind the drive. We did not have to be beachside. Besides it being better to go to less populated areas for shelling. Thumbs up. The per day price is reasonable. The fees kind of hiked the price though. That was the only negative in my opinion. And also not reflective of our stay. I understand the pet fees, taxes and cleaning but some of the service/vrbo fees are excessive. Owners may not have control of this.

Great location

This property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood near Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Petersburg and many other areas. There are two county parks minutes away with beautiful walking trails. We also found some great restaurants and breweries nearby. The house itself was very clean and roomy and the fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs. The hosts were always available to us and immediately took care of a couple of very minor issues.

Great Time in Clearwater

The owner communicated often and responsively to my minor concerns during my stay. If something was not quite right, he responded immediately and his staff took care of everything quickly and professionally. The housekeeper assigned to my place was excellent, a hard worker and detailed oriented. I could not have asked for anything more and they all made my stay pleasurable and comfortable. I would highly recommend this location , the owner and his staff to anyone considering staying there
