Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath detached home in fabulous location of Laguna Niguel. Hardwood floors throughout, meticulously maintained. Steps to PARK, playground and POOL Front yard has a 3 hole putting green. cool pace! One family only per stay. Our place looks just like the pictures! :)

We had a great experience at this house! With 4 toddlers the putting green and the enclosed property were a big plus. The house was well equiped and had a location that was convenient shopping and fun things to do. Communication with the owner was easy also.

We had a great time. A quiet neighborhood playroom for the three of us. We had friends stop by to visit Small but comfortable backyard. All was great. We would stay there again.

Great family home in a residential neighborhood

The home was perfect for us - in a nice, quiet neighborhood, well located to OC beach towns and hiking/biking/running trails, and with plenty of space for the four of us. Would highly recommend.

Exactly what we needed

We had an awesome stay at the property. The host, Bernadette was fantastic. The location to the lake, park, beach was great. The appliances and furnishings are a bit old but other than that, nothing to complain about. We'll definitely stay again!

Amazing home

our family stayed in the house , we enjoyed it very much and will stay there on our next vacation . the house was full of everything you can think about , the most i ever see in a VRBO home. the host was available 24/7 with any problem we had .

Great House!

This home was so much more than we expected, Very clean and high end appliances. Kitchen was well supplied. We also loved the front and back patio and the front yard garden. We will come back here again. Also the location is perfect for getting around Socal.

We had a pleasant stay. It was nice to have a front yard and back patio to enjoy the sunny so cal weather. Some needs for updating but a nice little house and a great owner.

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient

We had a lovely stay at this rental. The home was comfortable and clean. The location was terrific. Quiet neighborhood. All kinds of shopping within 1-2 miles. A small park is a few houses down (convenient for dog walking) and Laguna Niguel Regional Park is walking distance for a great workout. Bernadette was a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful stay! I wish my home was this nice!

As soon as you walk in the front door you know you made a good decision. The home is very cool as stated. It's also sparkling clean. Awesome kitchen, fabulous location. Close to everything we wanted to do. The beach, Disneyland, 24 Hour Fitness is 2 minutes away, the big park (can't remember the name) with the lake is walking distance. Pool and spa at the end of the street. Highly recommend the restaurant "Opah". Really great stay!

Perfect Location!!

This home was everything we could have asked for! Great beds, soft pillows, fresh linens, adorable garden with fresh veggies, updated kitchen and furnishings, etc. The homeowners definitely take pride in owning this home because it is very well taken care of and it looks exactly like the photos. The location was close to shopping (particularly Target, Whole Foods, and The Shops at MJ), mountain biking, a great 24Hr Fitness, and 20 minutes from SNA. It is also worth noting that it was great being able to get home easily from work when heading north from the Carlsbad area off the 1st exit on the 73 without incurring toll road charges or having to take the long route off I-5. Plus the easy access to the toll roads or the 5 to head inland was very convenient. Bernadette was amazing to work with and checked in every so often to make sure our stay was going well. We will definitely be staying there again whenever we come to So. California!

We found the home to be a comfortable size for us with no problems while we were there. The house and landscape could use some TLC, but again, nothing really impacted our stay. It was a bit of a drive to the beach and beach cities but grocery stores and restaurants were located handily. And also lovely parks were very close by and a nicely maintained children's play area.

Fantastic Family Trip!!!

We just cannot wait to return. Really, we are planning to return as soon as we are able. The home was lovely with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Very well maintained. The single story, fenced home was perfect for our toddlers and pups to run around. The local pool and park were such a treat for the little ones. And not a far drive to the beach. The property owner was so responsive and kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Family House

We rented this house over Christmas for my daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids. The house was perfect for the family, the park, playground and pool just steps away provided lots of activity for the kids. The house itself was terrific, with both a front and rear courtyard and a great kitchen for cooking a couple of meals together. The homeowners made the check-in/out process easy and were readily available for any questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay

My family and I stayed here for 5 weeks while our home was being renovated. The home is well maintained and has everything you need for a home away from home. Our kids and our 2 dogs really enjoyed the small yard and nearby park and it's just a short drive to Dana Point or South Laguna Beach. The owner has been very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Comfortable Stay, Close to Everything!

We stayed at this home for a month and found it clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us with a big washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had wonderful Viking kitchen appliances. The front yard had a little vegetable garden and a great area to sit and relax. We also were able to take long walks around the park nearby which was a treat. The house came stocked with everything we need! Would recommend to someone looking for a place to stay in the area.
