• Housekeeping: Standard housekeeping service is provided six days per week. Discounted last-minute reservations may have different housekeeping terms; additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.

• Laundry: Guests do not operate the villa's laundry facilities directly. Housekeeping will provide personal laundry service once per week, with additional service available by arrangement.

• Security Deposit: A refundable cash security deposit may be required at check-in depending on group size.

• Multiple Configurations: Casa Fantastica may be offered in different bedroom configurations. Regardless of the configuration reserved, the villa is always completely private and exclusively for your group—never shared with other guests.
