I love Santa Barbara. Perfect weather and beautiful surroundings as far as the eye can see. Come stay and get away from it all. Enjoy the sun, surf, and all that Santa Barbara has to offer.
Why they chose this property
This condo is centrally located. A quick drive to the beach, a nice walk to the mission and close to a ton of restaurants. It’s quiet and close to all the colleges and universities in the area as well. Love it!
What makes this property unique
Our place is clean and quiet. You wake up in the morning with a view of the trees and the light streaming in the window. It’s a beautiful place to wake up and have a coup of coffee before getting on with your day.
