Perfect place for family visiting the parks!

Beautiful, clean home very close to the parks so you can come home to give the little ones a chance to nap while you enjoy the beautiful, private pool. Will be staying here again! Very responsive host too!

Great stay!

Thomas was easy to communicate with and the check in process was simple. The house is very close to Disney, which was exactly what we were looking for. Also, the home had everything our family needed/wanted while on vacation.

Beautiful villa with everything we needed and more. Lovely pool and hot tub, excellent location for the parks. Would stay again if we ever go back.

Great stay!

We loved everything about the villa. It was clean, had a stocked kitchen, and the pool and hotub was alot of fun. Thomas was great to communicate with and helped us with anything we needed.

Excellent home

Perfect location, close to everything, this is our favorite neighborhood. The house was very clean, did not see one bug the entire week (which is great for Florida)! Can't wait to visit again.

Perfect place for our family to stay for an out of town wedding

Nice, well equipped home. Beds comfy, very nice layout for family time. Loved the pool and hot tub on back. Also loved that I could keep laundry done so I didn’t come home with a ton of dirty laundry. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Excellent stay.

Everything was just as advertised. The property was well maintained, had anything you could ever need, including things you didnt know you needed! Communication was quick with Thomas, he answered all of my questions and took the time to us tips for our trips to the Disney parks. This is the best VRBO experience I have had to date! Howie R.

Outstanding Experience

We booked this home for our party of four adults and three younger kids, for a brief stay near DisneyWorld before taking a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Everything was just great, and the home accommodated everyone very comfortably. Also, although we have rented through VRBO many times over the years and have generally had good experiences, owner Thomas was probably the best, most helpful, and most responsive owner from whom we’ve ever rented. We hope to return!

Amazing Home & great location

The home was everything it promised to be. There were so many little extras that I wasn't expecting like tin foil and cleaning supplies. Little things that made it feel more like home. The arrangements were made directly with Thomas who was so organized and responded quickly to any questions I had. The home is spacious, clean, bright and so comfortable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking forward to a stress free vacation!!

Family Vacation Stay

We had a great stay on our family vacation. The location and accommodations were perfect. We had a large group of 4 adults and 3 kids and it was roomy enough for everyone and the kids were entertained. The owner was extremely helpful when our flights got canceled and rescheduled at the last minute. The only down side is the Condo is kept at a very warm temperature. It kept reseting itself to 80. If you are from the north it felt a bit oppressive. I'm sure the owner would have helped but after helping with our reservations I didn't want to bother him again.

Wonderful house! As beautiful as the pictures!

This house did NOT disappoint. Tom was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end. He's very accessible and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The house was clean and comfortable. Home away from home. The kids enjoyed the pool and LOVED playing ping pong and Foos ball in the game room. They have a ton of DVD's to choose from too! It's a quiet gated community and the ride to Disney was just a few minutes. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat and have already recommended it to my friends and family! Tom is a class act with a house to match!

Quiet,Private and Very Clean.Beautiful Home.

We have stayed at condos,suites and many houses in Florida over the past years,but Wexford Villa was by far,the nicest ,cleanest and most convenient of them all.Just an amazing time we all had.Golf ,beach,shopping,groceries,drugstores,numerous restaurants within a few minutes.Everything we needed was just a short drive away.Pool area was the best part for me.Salt water pool with hot tub at night and lit up,was so peaceful.Thomas provided us with all the info we needed about the house.Was always happy and quick to respond to any questions we had prior to vacation. My family and I would like to Thank you for making our summer vacation an enjoyable and memorable one.Hopefully we can make this our annual retreat.Thanks again

Great house, great location and owner was excellent to work with

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wexford Villa. Tom was great to work with and the house was exactly as described. We loved that the pool and the spa tub was warm even with chilly temps the week prior to us arriving! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation, we will be back!

Perfect Place for a Disney Vacation

We spent the week at this property and went to Disney three days out of that week. The location is great, it was perfect for the size of our family, and it was as advertised. The best part of this place was dealing with Tom, he answered back right away and was very accommodating to anything we needed.

Great property, great owner!

We stayed here for a week while we visited the Disney parks. the location is convenient to Disney, which is a very easy 10-minute drive away (if that), and there are all kinds of restaurants and grocery options within about 5 minutes. The house had plenty of room for our group of 7 (including 4 young kids), and the gaming room / garage area was a nice bonus. The house is very clean and well maintained, and the owner has provided just about every creature comfort a guest could possibly want - new electronics, DVDs, streaming options, books, games, detailed instructions on how everything works, plenty of towels and blankets, baby toys, kitchen tools, you name it! My wife and I kept remarking about how many of our unanticipated needs and wants were already met because Tom has prepared the place so well. Beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. The (gated) neighborhood seemed very nice and well-maintained. It was quite cold while we were in town, so we did not get to use the heated pool, but the hot tub was great! Tom (owner) was extremely accessible and happy to help with any questions we had. I would enthusiastically recommend this house to anyone looking for an off-site option near Disney or any of the other Orlando attactions.

Thankyou for a lovely stay in your amazing villa. The villa was very clean and we loved the pool area. Communication from Thomas was fantastic and he was very helpful. Location was great for all the Disney parks and the neighborhood was well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Florida getaway

Fantastic villa and pool, all very clean and very comfortable. Lovely extras in the villa such as pool toys, towels , and umbrella and chairs . Everything you could have needed such as hairdryers and extra towels. Excellent communication with host , and pre information supplied was excellent and all accurate . Pool and hot tub were amazing and clean , excellent setting and place . Would definitely recommend and go again !

A good sized house in a great location

The house is a great size - plenty of room for 2 families. Thomas was ultra helpful both before we travelled and once in Orlando when we had a minor problem with one of the toilets which was resolved the same day. His local knowledge and advice was excellent. The instructions in the welcome pack were superb too. If I was to assess the house against others we have stayed in in the Orlando area I would say some of the fittings were slightly more tired (for example the bed in the second master bed really needs a new mattress) than those we’ve encountered before. There isn’t enough outdoor dining space (a 4 seat table and 4 dining chairs) for a house that is likely to have 6+ occupants and only 2 sun loungers. The pool and jacuzzi are lovely, very clean and well maintained. The neighbours were incredibly noisy which can’t be controlled by the property owners but we got the impresssion they weren’t tourists but rather lived there so likely to be permanently in residence. We stayed for 2 weeks over Xmas and New Year and when we have done this previously there are usually some Xmas trimmings in the property, at least a tree so maybe this would be a nice touch in future.

Hello Emma, Thanks for your information. I will have to check out the 2nd master bed mattress because it is fairly new only being replaced about 2 years ago. If you don't mind contacting me directly with the issue so I can see if it is fixable. As I am sure you noticed we just upgraded the entire kitchen with new cabinets and appliances. All new furniture in the living room, etc. We are definitely committed to keeping house looking new and updated so we appreciate your comments. Adding some seats outside is a good idea and I will certainly do that. I have never had a request for Christmas decorations before, but not a bad idea and easily rectified for next Christmas. Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay, the home was very clean and conveniently located. We shared the home with another family. We did have one small issue with the fridge not being cold (which was a brand new fridge and not the owners fault), and we notified the owner and it was taken care of immediately. The only other concern we had was AC temp in the home was not low enough, this was preset. Some of the days we were there, it was 95 outside and in the house it was 78-80, this made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. We did stay at the home most of our stay as we were enjoying the pool. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. We had a total of 8 in the home. The resort was wonderful, our kids 2-14 year old boys and 2-17 year old girls, had a wonderful time. There was plenty of activities for them to enjoy. We would definitely recommend this home. Owner was very friendly and answered any question we had promptly.

Hello, Thanks again for staying at out house. The thermostat is preset to certain temps by can be adjusted manually when you are at the house. I will update my instructions to make it clearer on how to adjust the temps so people can be comfortable. Recently a large oak tree was removed from the front of the house because of safety issues. That tree provided a lot of shade and the removal has changed the balance of the AC. We are installing a Magnolia tree to provide extra shade and adding more insulation to re-balance the system. We are doing this before the warm weather arrives, but it sounds like it arrived early this year. I hope you stay with us again in the future. Best regards, Tom

A perfect holiday villa !!

We stayed for 8 night in Nov/Dec. Arranged through homeaway.co.uk with the owner, such as nice easy transaction. Thomas was very helpful and provided lots of information and suggestions for our stay. He was very flexible to our needs and easily contactable, it felt like we were staying in a friend’s house!! The villa was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. The Pool and Jacuzzi, were the perfect temperature and very clean and we spent quite a number of hours in there after playing golf or tennis. The villa is located just across from the resort pool, gym, bar, tennis courts, sand volleyball area etc., it literally is just a 2 mins walk, so it was so nice not to have to jump in the car all the time. As there were only two of us we didn't use all the bedrooms, but I can definitely say the king size is a lovely room. The bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable and the location is very quiet. The bath in the ensuite was just huge!!! TV channels were very good and my partner got to watch champions league and premier league football matches without any problems. The villa is very central to all the attractions and just a 5-min drive from Windsor Palms to a Millers Ale House that has a great atmosphere and serves good food, as well as a Perkins that I have a personal fondness for as they serve great French toast!! Its also very close to a Walgreens Pharmacy and Publix. Our experience at the villa contributed to the fabulous holiday we enjoyed. We would definitely recommend it and I think we will be returning on our next visit to Orlando.

Home away from home

From the moment we first contacted Tom he couldn't help us enough with giving details on his villa, once booked he was on hand to help with car booking, travel directions and answer other enquiries for us in a very efficient manner. His villa didn't disappoint it was clean and provided plenty of space and tastefully decorated, good sized pool and access to the club house. The kitchen was very well equipped and we didn't want for anything during our stay. Location was great for visiting the various parks. We will definitely stay here again on any future trips. Thanks Tom for welcoming us into your home.
