1st Floor Luau 11, all new flooring. Most convenient unit in the Luau complex!

This lockout unit (2 bedrooms) is very close to parking and the pool area for ultimate convenience. The gym is also right down the hall from the unit. The Pool area does not impact quietness of this unit. Kids can have their own area to call their own here or 2 couples is great also! The unit has a private patio for each unit of the lockouts (2 patios).
The Bar-B-Que area is also right outside the unit and has a new Pagoda for newly designed bar-b-que area to shield from the sun.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean and the location was great! The parking was so easy and great access to the pool. The beach was just a short walk. Loved everything about the Sandestin area! An awesome surprise was you can see the Baytowne Wharf Village fireworks from the patio! We will definitely return again!

Property was in a great location, convenient to everything.Condo was decent but definitely had issues. Dining chairs and couch were stained, tables were marred. Bedding was terrible with very cheap microfiber sheet that kept coming off the bed. Mattress in 6123 was broken. You fell into the middle of the bed. Could never get the tv to work in 6121 and my grandson was really upset about that.Kitchen was nice and new flooring was nice. I realize it’s a rental but for the price was not really a good value. Sorry just being honest.The host was great about communicating back and forth.

This is a great location. Steps away from the beach, nice walking paths and the golf course. The area abounds with good restaurants, several within easy walking distance. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. Gas grills are available within steps and the fitness center is virtually across the hall. Paul, the owner, is friendly and helpful.

This is a great location, beach, shopping, excellent restaurants, walking paths, movie theater, grocery, all within minutes, most by walking or tram. Beautiful white sand beach is a five minute walk, or less. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. Gas grills are available within steps and the fitness center is virtually across the hall. I'm a Louisiana Native and LSU fan! My family and I love to come visit this beautiful coastline during the summer and throughout the year. Great get away to have. I'm very happy and blessed to have this Luau unit.
I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I do!

Why they chose this property

Convenience is the key word here. park within steps of the unit (it's on the first floor) and when you are ready to bar-b-que its' right off of your patio area. This is a newly totally redone Bar-B-que area with a Pagoda. Also the pool will take about a 30-40 second walk down the hall, out the door and about 40 steps over to the Waterfall pool area! This is also rented together with 2 separate units with front doors to each unit and sharing a foyer when coming into the unit. The work out facility is literally about 25 ft down the hall from your front door! no excuses!!

Close to parking and pool, one for each of the separate lock out units and the Bar-B-Que area is close by too.
