First floor, 2 bedroom condo recently remodeled.
Just steps away from 7 miles of sandy beach. Sit on your patio and enjoy the ocean views while you barbeque on your gas grill. Or you can take a short walk to the center of town and enjoy all that downtown
Old Orchard has to offer such as: shopping, amusements, arcades, and the large selection of concessions.
Front bedroom has a queen size bed
Second bedroom has 2 full size beds and an Ocean View.
Shower is equipped with grab bars to assist entering the tub/shower
Living room has a sofa
Sleeps 6 comfortably
Ocean views from living room, bedroom, and patio.
Parking in front for 2 vehicles

Place was clean and quite charming. Steps away from the beach. Very easy check in. Minutes away & walking distance to shops, restaurants and downtown.

This cottage/condo checks off a lot of boxes. Excellent communication. Easy check in/out. Location is perfect! Steps from the beach and 5 minute walk to pier/restaurants. No need to drive. 2 parking spots in a neat little courtyard. Seems like most of the people there are full time residents. Very friendly and helpful. Yes the place is smaller inside but the point is to be outside most of the time! Plenty of supplies, towels, linens etc. on hand. Beautiful and recently redone back patio. Minor deductions for somewhat noisy a/c (but at least it worked!) and being unable to watch my beloved Red Sox on TV. Great spot! Hope to return next year!

Great Location

The place was great. Practically on the beach and within a short walk to downtown. The host Karen was amazing as I had trouble receiving her emails for access and was available by phone to assist. Had a great vacation!

Small

First the positive: the location of the condo is perfect, 7 minutes walk from the main street and 1 minute from the beach. Very easy check-in. Negative: We stayed there with my mother, my husband, our two children aged 1 and 3 and me. The condo is VERYsmall, smaller than the photos showed. Lack of space to place our suitcases in the rooms (they had to stay in the living/dining room all week) already there was little space. Maximum 2-3 people no more because too small. It was marked in the ad: recently renovated... nothing was renovated. Cleanliness was neglected: very greasy coffee maker and huge stain of tomato sauce on the counter and splashes on the wall. The broom was FULL of hairs and large dust, really not clean. The fridge was dirty, the door bar broken so we couldn't put anything in it and the food froze. The TV remote control is very difficult to operate. No storage to put our food in the cupboards. There is a strange smell when the air air-conditioned start. There were objects from the previous tenants (sunglasses and children's panties on a lamp) in the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper because there were only 2 rolls. We had to make our own beds when we arrived. Despite the beautiful location we will not return there. 3 stars maximum and I'm being generous.

Worth Another Stay

I was disappointed about only being provided with a half roll of toilet paper. I must have missed seeing we needed to supply our own. We left a couple rolls for the next guests. No wash cloths were provided, so we bought those too. There were four of us and we had to wash the provided four bath towels, four hair towels, and some hand towels a couple of times during our stay. The laundry facility is nice and detergent is provided. There are beach toys and chairs available for guests to use from the laundry facility. One of the smoke detectors chirped even with a new battery. The smoke detector was from 2004 and should have been replaced in 2014. The kitchen cabinets felt sticky and most utensils and some dishes needed to be washed before use. Karen was great when I brought these issues to her attention after our stay. She assured me she would be checking on all of the issues reported and suggestions offered. The location is fantastic! It's close to the beach and you can see the ocean between some condos. It's walking distance to shops and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you, Karen!

Every thing about this property was AMAZING. The location, the price, just everything! It was a very nice (and cute) little beach condo. I am recommending anyone who is looking to go to a beach and rent a place......... this is the one!

Place is dank, old and dirty. Arrived at 1:00am because of flight schedule. Had to make our beds before we could use them. Linens were worn out and stained. Towels were threadbare. Beds were old and noisy. We checked out early and got a place in Portland to finish our vacation. Emailed management to let them know we left early and almost 3 days later and still have not heard back. I sent 2nd email just asking for acknowledgement that we checked out early. Nothing!!

Great stay, great vacation!

What a nice stay we had! The checkin process was really easy and we had all information we needed prior to the stay which was fantastic. The rental/apartment was really cute! I loved the fact that we had an outdoor area where we could eat and relax and we could even see the ocean. I also loved the fact that the kitchen was fully stocked we didnt have to worry about needing anything which is great. The full size kitchen versus a kitchenette was also amazing to have especially because there ended up being 5 of us instead of 6. As far as the size, we originally were going to have someone else with us they ended up not being able to come with us and the space was much easier especially because we are a family of 2 teenagers and an almost teenager so we are not a small family. The only thing that was a con is that the driveway was a little small for the amount of vehicles there, however, everyone made it work and everyone was very pleasant. I would 150% rent this again!!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

Great spot!

We had a great vacation at this condo! The location was excellent, right next to the beach and a very short walk to the pier. The bedroom sizes were great to accommodate our family of 5. The living room area was a little small for all of us, but we expected that. The condo had lots of charm and a great beachy feel!

Close to the beach...

The cleanup could be done better. That was correct but for the price it costs, it should have been over the average. All the appliances worked and we never miss any hot water. AC was working properly but Î recommend to bring yourself extra fans to push the air from the living room into the bedrooms. That was cosy and comfy as usual and we could feel the ocean breeze from the inside, as opening our windows. I would get back there at anytime!

Amazing location

My family of 4 had a great stay. You can't beat the location. You can see the ocean from the back door and out the window of the bedroom with two beds. Close to all the activities OOB has to off but far enough away that it's quiet. Being so close to the beach was great with my 3&5-year-olds for bathroom trips. A cozy place to stay, perfect for a week away.

Good location, needs fixing and propper cleaning

The place is not bad, but it has not been propperly cleaned in a while and a lot of things need to be fixed. Entrance door is hard to open and close, bathroom door as well. It was superficially cleaned inside in general and the windows, couch, toaster and hidden corners were filthy. We made it work so our holiday would not be ruined but for a two week stay it really needed to be cleaned. The owner never checked if we were ok with it, the only communication happened at the very beginning before we entered. Not sure who did the cleaning and if the owner knew how dirty it was The location is really good, close to the beach and town center.
